For more than five years, I had been a loyal customer of this business and referred over 10 people…read moreto them because I trusted their services. During one of my visits, I experienced a situation where an employee was speaking about me in another language, and it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Based on the interaction, I felt that I was being treated differently, and I believed there may have been racial bias involved. I brought my concerns to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the business because I had missed an appointment. That missed appointment occurred while my grandmother was hospitalized, and I believe the circumstances were not taken into consideration. The owner also told me that the staff had held a meeting about me, which made the situation even more upsetting. After my experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business, and I wanted to share what happened so others can make their own informed decisions before choosing to go I also want to mention that a similar situation happened to my friend, who is also a person of color. Based on both of our experiences, I believe there is a pattern in how customers of color are treated. Dora was also very rude and unprofessional throughout these interactions. My father is an attorney, and he will be taking legal action regarding my experience with this business. My friends are also looking for new lash techs and will no longer support business . They just lost a lot of customers The owner reached out and is still not taking accountability. I told them that I had an issue and they never acknowledged the discrimination that I faced. Second of all I've sent many customers there and I've always been on time during the grace period . So don't make an excuse as if that's the problem. Third of all, I've only gone to Chelsea and only liked Chelsea so they could've continued to book me with her instead discredit my feelings and told me that I wasn't welcome because I brought an issue to them now they want to respond because they know that they are wrong and again we will be taking legal matters. Also, now I have proof that you just told somebody that they said that they were discriminated and not to make that as an excuse that's worse on you. I also reached out to the business several times trying to resolve it through text and they blocked me and never Responded, They're only acknowledging me because it makes their business look bad me and me and Chelsea never had issues. She would even talk to me about her kids schooling troubles, so you're making up excuses. That was a troubling experience however I have found a salon, more professional, and the quality is way better than Moon Lash. Please take your money somewhere else. They do not acknowledge you and it is not worth it. When I shared my experience, they couldn't believe that happened. They have never had to tell a customer because of a complaint. They are no longer welcome.

I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them. The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

I booked a wispy set and specifically asked for a soft wispy cat-eye look. mind you i did tell her dark but me thinking she was going to make them dark at the ends for the cat eye and the spikes , but I didn't expect BOLD AND SUPER BLACK. Before the appointment, I showed multiple reference pictures and was hoping that she would understand that I have lighter/feminine features and didn't want anything super dark or heavy. Although the lashes themselves were not badly done, they looked nothing like what I requested. I ended up with a very bold mega volume look that did not flatter my face at all. It completely changed my appearance in a way I wasn't comfortable with. I reached out respectfully afterward and explained that they were too bold and not what I asked for, especially since this was my first lash experience. I asked if she could accommodate me with a removal or some kind of correction, but I was told I would have to pay again for both the removal and a new set. For $120, I expected better communication and a result closer to the references I provided. If you like very bold/full lash styles, her work may work for you, but if you want a softer wispy cat-eye look, I would be cautious and make sure you discuss it very thoroughly beforehand.

DON'T BOTHER MUCH BETTER NAIL SALONS AROUND I'm not sure how my experience can be so extremely different than the others who have reviewed!!! I wanted to like this place and it has all the ingredients but it just falls wayyyy short!!! I mean wayyyyy short & I don't do negative reviews unless I seriously had a bad experience. I've had the same set of acrylics for over a year. I recently moved to LA so I had to find a new nail salon so I went here based on good reviews. Showed up 15 minutes late (after calling with a heads up). Didn't get greeted upon arrival. Waited another 10 minutes before my pedicure got started. First of all, within the time I've had nails, they NEVER lifted or broke. These lifted within 3 weeks! They looked good but I'm usually able to go 4-5 weeks between fills. The biggest reason why I am giving one star is because I was really disappointed in the service! The lady who was doing my nails was SO ROUGH AND ABRASIVE! It got to the point where it was painful for me! I just felt like she was rushing through and she was not taking her time and care into my treatment. It was sloppy and she got nail polish on my toes and other areas besides my nails. The lines weren't clean at all and it looked terrible. Also, for a fill and a pedi it cost me over $80!!!! That's insane!! I can't justify that price at all. They also don't have any prices listed in the salon so you can't even be sure what they're charging for. I was also overcharged for my services. I will definitely not be returning to this place. The nail tech said that they have only been open 4 months, I don't see them staying open much longer. Total rip off and I won't be returning! This whole experience seemed surreal like in a bad dream! We couldn't believe they have been in business 4 months!! We even asked "are you guys new?" Bc it was so utterly unorganized and dis functional & laughable!! Please don't go here - I'm warning you...you will not be happy! There are too many places that know how to do nails to waste your time or money here!! read more

DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!!!! I've been going to Infinite for a while since it was belonged to Tina, the old owner. However, over the past few months, their quality of service has gone seriously downhill. Today was my attempt to give them one more shot, and it was the worst yet. The manicurist (I can't remember her name) so aggressively scraped at my nails to get the gel color off (I've done gel for a long time), that she was scraping my skin with the emery board, and took a giant painful snip out of my cuticles. How many times do I have to say, "Ow!" during a manicure?? Also, the girl TRAN doing my pedicure made this painful as well. No need to painfully rub the BONES in my legs and call it a massage. Also, the way she poked at my feet was super-painful, and in the end, the polish looked awful, too. After I complained to her, she actually blamed my cuticles for the snip!!!!! While she DID offer to fix my rotten pedi and the gel color ALL OVER MY SKIN, I told him that no, the service has just been too bad for too long. Apparently I had to give this place one star in order to post this review!!! Please don't go and waste your money here. It's gotten just too, too bad. read more

This place does an awesome job on your hands and feet. They are very considerate and ask every step of the way if I liked it like this or not. They also work in a timely manner and I did not feel rushed at all even though it was a bit busy. When I first got there around 3 PM, there was like a 15 minute wait. The most important thing to me is cleanliness since I got an infection before down the street. Their tools and everything is all new. They do not reuse old stuff on you. Overall, the experience was very nice. I would totally go back and recommend this place! read more
