I recently had an incredibly upsetting experience at this nail salon. I went in for my routine manicure with an acrylic overlay and specifically told the nail technician several times that they were my natural nails and requested she soak off the old acrylic. Instead of following my request, she started yanking off the acrylic, ripping my natural nail off in the process. I was in pain and visibly upset, but all she could say was, *"I'll soak off the rest."* There was no apology whatsoever. I was so frustrated that I told her to stop the service altogether. A few days later, my sister-in-law went to the salon, and the owner shockingly blamed *me* for what happened, accusing me of ripping off my nails myself! To make matters worse, they stated they would no longer service me. This place clearly lacks professionalism, proper training, and basic customer care. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save yourself the pain and frustration and go elsewhere! read more

So I wanted to try a new nail place since my old nail place got lazy with their quality of work. Came here on a weekday/evening. It wasn't as packed as usual till after I arrived. Next time, I will be making an app before I go. I got a pedi, they took their time, got a nice little massage after. Then, I went on to getting my nails done, my tech was Steven. I got a small design on each hand. He took his time too and was paying much attention to details. I usually get my nails long but wanted to go a bit shorter this time. I use to always have to do my nails within 2 weeks with my old nail place but after I came here, they have lasted for a while. They have not broken nor look rusty. I do need a fill but it's hardly noticeable. I'm planning to go here again for my next change of nails. Anyway place is cute and clean. :) read more

i've been going to this place since it opened, all the women who work there are very kind and fixes themselves to suit our needs, they never nip me and they always use new instruments like nail buffers and nail filers, they even give them to us to keep ! i've gotten acrylics, gels, and regular mani and pedis, and i'm always satisfied with the results. the place is amazing and has a lot of space. everyone is very nice and they even know my preferences ! i'll keep going here forever!! read more

Came here for the first time and I'm absolutely impressed on how my nails came out. The Deluxe pedicure is the best and it comes with a 6 minute massage which is the awesome! My sister and I both went in for pedicures and full sets and all the nail technicians do amazing jobs! I can't be happier on the outcome of our nails.. After two days, the gel polish started lifting off my nail. I had also noticed that my gel X nails underneath were curving. This time around though really ticked me off. I had went to get a removal of acrylics and gel. When I first got there, the lady, I believe her name was Alexandra was very kind. I won't lie to you. She was very professional. She took my nails off no problem however, then she passed me to a different girl. This girl was going to be doing my gel manicure. When she had asked what I wanted to do to my nails, I had explained to her the design which I don't believe was intricate at all. It was very simple. She explained that she could not do that when she told me that she couldn't do it. She was halfway done with taking the remaining acrylic off my nail, but I could still see acrylic was on several of my nails. In this, she also cut me not once but three times on the bottom of my nail. If everyone knows what I'm talking about it's the skin that grows with your nail at the bottom. Let's just say it was very painful and it's still very painful. When I told her I wanted to go to a different salon because I wanted the specific design she changed her attitude real quick. I still explained to her I would pay for the removal of the acrylic to which she said oh no, I did a manicure on you which she did not. How are you gonna tell me that you did a manicure on me when I still see my cuticles not cut three of my nails still have acrylic on them and you cut me three times. I then asked OK how much is it gonna be to which she asked her boss and the boss also agreed to only charge me for the removal of the acrylic. Let's just say I will not be going back here again and I suggest others don't because what you are about to pay is not worth the quality that you're gonna get with your nails. Trying to charge me almost $50 to cut me. Have acrylic still on my nails and not do the simple design that I asked.

I understand that things can happen, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed especially because i've been coming here for over a year every two weeks, Cindy always asks about my mom and when my mom comes in she's not even acknowledged. When customers specifically request a technician and make the effort to return for that person, I believe they should be treated with more consideration and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.
