I called multiple times since 5:45PM because I had seen on their front door they are open Monday-Sat 10AM-7:30PM no one responded. I drove 45 minutes down to this location because I assumed they were busy maybe that's why they didn't answer. Once I got there it was 6:40 and they were completely closed. I have been coming here for 10 years, I was 16 when I first a started coming with Anita. I've been here through all the different workers and I always hesitated and denied anyone other than Anita to touch my face. A few years ago Anita hired nimi and hetal and honestly this is the greatest team thus far. I know whoever I get from these 3, nimi, hetal or Anita are going to do the greatest job. I've tried other places when I didn't want to wait lol and its always a mistake. No one does the job right like these women. I have beautiful/thick eyebrows so you know I can't go with just anyone. I have only done waxing here but I must say the prices are very competitive. Best full leg wax price I've seen in a 20 mile radius- even after looking on Groupon! The salon isn't anything fancy, what you would expect of an average salon. The waxing room is dark (they don't turn on the light not sure why?) which didn't bother me the first time but the girl wasn't in a hurry. Second time I went in they were getting ready to close (so HUGE plus and thank you that they stayed open) but she was going fast and combined with the dark room, I noticed when I got home she misses a few spots. So I'm only writing this cause I've seen that this is something they do often and it's the second time it's happened to me. Now don't get me wrong they're good at shaping but they have no knowledge of how to use things like wax & thread. I was left with bad burns on my eyelids after coming in to get my brows waxed and my friend that I went with said the way they threaded, hurt badly. This is my go to place for eyebrow threading and bikini waxes!! I started coming to her since they open and been coming ever since. The owner is very kind and courteous, she always remembers you that's the great thing about this place. You always feel special when you come in. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! on Bikini waxes: $ I never had any burn damages done to my skin at all. Actually I used to go to Ziba before and it was painful and had a bad experience and will dread to get it done. Since I stared coming here I never had any pain and skin irritation (all skin types are different) I come at least once a month now. It's done fast and pain free, at least for me. No need for appointments unless you want it done early or are in a hurry in that case Anita is able to coordinate. I had to go to Vegas last week and I called her the day before to see if she can come a little earlier and she did. Right on time!!! For eyebrow threading: Always have the best shape and best eyebrows when I leave from here. The kind that you get compliments on. If you want a place to call your own this is the place to come. They always make my eyebrows look great. $9.00 for eyebrows and lip area, not bad if you ask me. The place is always kept clean. Zibas you just lost a customer!! I found this place here on Yelp!! I came for an underarm wax & Anita did amazing job. Not only did she wax my underarms, she threaded those small stubborn hairs that were not long enough (not as painful as it sounds) giving me THE BEST underarms I've ever had !:) UPDATE! Yelp says it closes at 7, but they claim to close at 6:30 on Sundays. I got here at 6:33 and they denied me, when they had no customers at all. I offered to pay double for their services and was still turned away. Great customer service guys, I had just gotten my eyebrows done and only needed a tiny clean up. If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to love doing my eyebrows and was a regular here but this will be my last time coming. I had the worst painful experience! I went for underarm wax and first of all the lady laid out the wax SCOLDING HOT. It's wax okay it's hot, but that burned my skin. Secondly, she took way too long to add the strips that the wax cooled off that it didn't really adhere to the strip! So when she ripped out( I've done underarms and idk what or how she did and it was unbearable). I kept thinking okay the pain will be worth a clean smooth underarm but no!! She left a bunch of hairs still! And then she tried plucking which hurt even 10 times more but she literally ripped my skin! To the point were the skin was raised and I was bleeding! And then when I look down all I see is half done bleeding underarm. And when I told her hey you left so much hair what was the point of the whole waxing and she said okay I'll do it again but it's extra. seriously?!? I'll never come back again and I hope no one does because this will happen!! read more

I love Anita!! I've been coming for years now. She has great customer service, she remembers everything about you. Aside from her great service she is really good with her work. I go once a month to get a Brazilian wax and get my eyebrows threaded. She always does a great job. I used to go to Zibas for the same thing and they are way pricier and not polite at all they treat you like a number. Anita has great prices!! I saw a bad review on her Yelp account but it didn't make sense to me honestly it all depends on the persons skin type it has nothing to do with the work Anita does. The short rude lady with long nails doesn't know how to do eyebrows she messed up my eyebrows, plus on top of that kept poking me with her long ass nails which was hurting me! If I could put 0 stars I would. Such terrible experience. Went to get eyelash extensions with Ana (I believe that's her name). She had no clue was she was doing. To start hygiene wise, she did not wash her hands, her Beauty tools were absolutely filthy. Eyelash extension were placed but fully wrong. She used black glue that made the lashes look fully clutter. I ask her to remove them so what she did she placed adhesive remover in my eyelid which cause sever irritation. I won't be settling only with just walking out at no charge.. To the lady who made a complete mess!!!! You should not be doing a job that you have no clue of.. At least research and play the part, wash your dirty hands, use clear glue and when your client tells you to stop you stop.... Ugh you fucken KUTHRI!!!!! read more
