I've had terrible experiences at other locations where they mess up my eyebrows by making them too thin or slanted, but here its been nothing but great threading. I recommend this location to everyone trying to have "on fleek" eyebrows, they won't disappoint. I'm always getting compliments from girls at UCI about having great eyebrows and honestly I have to thank Bollywood Threading Zone. Bollywood Threading Zone is an amazing location that I trust completely with my eyebrows.

UPDATE: Sarah was great with threading eyebrows however she doesn't work here anymore. BIG BUMMER!…read moreThe lady that took over is nice however her skills suck! I tried her out 3 times and I have decided not to come back. First time, it was good. 2nd time, she threads pretty rough and she ended up cutting me under my eyebrow. And she doesn't fully thread out your mustache so you can go back every 2 weeks. The 3rd time, she literally fucked up my eyebrow shape. She left the inner part super thin and the outer part thick. Ughhh. Now I have to wait and let them fully grow out. I forgot her name but she's there all the time. She's nice, but her threading skills suck. I will no longer come here anymore :/ Second time I've been here and Sarah never disappoints! Really cheap for getting my eyebrows and lip threaded, $10 for both while other places charge more. Sarah also makes sure you're satisfied before continuing her work, also has soft hands and doesn't hurt when she's threading your eyebrows. Really recommend this place. :)

My nail tech was the most petite girl there, she was about 4'9" (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much for the amazing pedicure!) She did such a great job in cleaning, trimming and removing dead skin. She was gentle and thorough, very detail oriented. She made sure everything was even and did a great job shaping especially with my short toe nails, I know that can be tough. I liked how she checked for the proper length of my toenails by not only looking but also by feeling the top edge of the nail vs. the skin on the top of your toe to make sure it doesn't protrude too much. Then when it came time to paint, WOW. She was amazing at painting. Everything was even and she even got the hard to reach edges.

Instead of showing patience, compassion, or even attempting to accommodate her, they simply refused to provide her with service. People with disabilities deserve the same dignity, respect, and opportunity to receive services as anyone else. Watching my sister be turned away because of something she cannot control was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend a business that makes a person with a disability feel unwelcome or like they are a burden. Do better. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
