I ask to just get a clean up and she completely destroyed my eyebrows.. she took off too much in the front and left them uneven. I was so disappointed i used to go there a lot when i was younger and i got an amazing job done not anymore. Highly recommend to go somewhere else if your getting them clean up. read more

I usually love coming here, but I'm giving it one star this time. There's no AC, and with summer just starting, it's already unbearable. They've set up fans, but they don't make much of a difference. Customers are left waiting on hot leather seats, and I can only imagine how tough it must be for the employees to work in that heat all day. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until this is resolved. It's really disappointing--especially after finally finding a threading place I liked. read more

Don't go to this place. They make you sign in and don't honor the sign in shit. Then you have the ignorant broad that looked right at you as she sat and waited. Knowing she came after I. It was my first and last time there. I called the owner her answer. I'm busy and can't know who's next, but yet you look at each of us as we enter your business. I wasted 30 minutes. Im Giving three stars because I actually Love this lady and how she does my eyebrows. The only thing I don't like and the reason why I'm not Giving five stars is because this place unfortunately is very very unstable regarding opening and closing times. I call asking what time is closed and google says 7 but the lady said 6:30 I get here straight out of work at exactly 5:55. It's closed. So I come the next morning before work because it says it's open at 10. She's not here. It's really upsetting. read more

I finally came across a nice, clean threading salon. The only reason I stopped by was because it look clean and new like it just opened. Apparently it has been there for about 1 year. I walked in and was kindly greeted by Deep. She is nice and friendly and did an amazing job shaping my eyebrows. I also like how she has security cameras overlooking the parking. I initially came here with one eyebrow shorter and thinner than the other one because the previous place I used to go messed them up. Deep did an awesome job fixing my eyebrows! I've been coming to this place for over 5 years I think and I always either go with Sara or Dipti! This past weekend I needed to get my eyebrows done because I was going out of town and neither Sara or Dipti were there and I had not called before to ask. Anyways, the only one who was there was this lady called Mary. I've gotten my eyebrows done with her and didn't like them. But since there was no one else besides her I had no choice but to go with her. The way she greeted me was horrible to begin with. She knows I usually go with Sara or Dipti so right away she's like oh they aren't here but in a very rude way which I didn't like but like I said i needed these brows to be done. I told her it was okay that I would just get them done by her and she just did a face at me and started doing my brows. I had been letting my brows grow for Almost 2 months. She finishes doing my brows and OMG! I wanted to cry! She left my eyebrows SOOO THIN! And she left one of my eyebrows patchy she took hair from the front of my brow that she wasn't supposed to be removed! My boyfriend also did his eyebrows with her and she did the same thing to him! It was soooooo obvious she maybe knew the reason why I never wanted to get my brows done with her and maybe that's why she messed them up idk but DONT GO WITH MARY!!! She's the only reason why I'm giving this place a 1 Star. read more
