Have been coming here for years. I personally have very sensitive skin and they take that into consideration, I usually get cuts when I go to other threading salons. I ask for their aloe Vera gel which helps a lot with my sensitive skin not getting irritated or breaking out after threading. I am beyond upset! This lady just butchered my eyebrows! I usually come here just because they have the points card leading to a free threading but no free threading is worth what they did to me today! Horrible service! I had to give them a 1 star according to Yelp but if it were up to me I wouldn't even give them any stars. Wasn't greeted at all, once it was my turn to sit in the seat I Specifically told the lady what I wanted and once she was done OH man completely ruined my brows super thin and both my brows weren't even. Then the other lady tried to fix my brows but nope couldn't. I noticed after every costumer they asked if they were happy with they're brows but once I was done they didn't even ask me anything or to follow them on IG like they told the other young ladies before me. I have been a customer here since it opened and it's my go to threading place. LOVE the work that the first chair does. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my eyebrows and I will not go anywhere else but here to do my eyebrows. It's the only place that I have found open the day before any major holiday or right after. I used to study in the Bay Area and I would wait to do my eyebrows in this place. I came here because it was convenient to my location and because I read the reviews, which seemed good. I was helped by a young lady that sat me down in #3. HORRIBLE customer service. She was just rude from the moment I walked in. I was the only customer there at the moment, her attitude was awful. Overall she cleaned up my eyebrows(I already have them shaped) and I also got my upper lip. Even though she did an average job on cleaning them up, I will not be returning due to the bad service. This locating is right inside a plaza next to CVS pharmacy. I came here once because i desperately needed my eyebrows done and could not go to Ziba before work. The owner did a good job on my eyebrows, she just cleaned them up which is how I like them, clean and not thin. The only thing I didn't like is that the thread they use is very painful nothing (probably cheap) nothing like Zibas, it hurts getting my eyebrows done nonetheless upper lip.
