See all

I've been coming here since it first opened and they do a fine job and they are nice people . But today this lady who was doing my eyebrows, was so rude to me . Will continue to come but not with her. read more

The first time I tried this place the older woman (I believe it was chair 3) completely left my eyebrows extremely thin although I have very thick eyebrows. During my second visit, I told the other woman (chair 1) to leave them thick. Instead, she left me with a thin eyebrow and a thick eyebrow. She was also extremely weird. She first asked if I lived with my boyfriend, which was an already weird question to ask. She then gave me the business card with her personal phone and urged for me to text her with my name. When I wasn't sure if I heard right, I repeated her directions. She then grabbed my hand with her business card and placed it in my pocket. She then also started hushing me as the older woman approached. She took almost 20 minutes to do my eyebrows as she kept urging me to text her. I will not be going there ever again. read more

This is the worst ever I have seen before in my life such threading . The lady who helped me dropped spit on my face while threading......

They are AMAZING! Always leaving my eyebrows on fleek! If you are looking for something less painful then wax, this place is perfect. The people are always nice, they greet you, and fix any mistakes that you see. read more

Terrible service, not only are they RUDE but they stop taking customers 20 min before closing. One of the 3 ladies that work there was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The other two tried to help me but this one lady said NO. Ridiculous. read more

I was at b of a one evening and instead of driving to my norm place I decided to try this spot in the alameda plaza. BIGMISTAKE. They were not busy at all should have walked away then. The 2 women there are very nice and friendly KUDOS on customer service. Once she finished my brows I was so sad. I hardly have eyebrows and she left them really thin and one more shaped than the other. I will not be going back. read more

super kind friendly staff! I tried it out for the first time about two weeks ago and my life was changed, will definitely make this my new go to eyebrow place! read more

The only reason I give it a 1 star is the place look nice and spacious. Other then that these bitches don't know what they are doing . I had beautiful thick eyebrows . And that ugly bitch with the tattooed eyebrow fucked it up!! Never ever agin!! Don't go!! Stay away!! read more

I had the WORST experience of my life here. I was in actual tears, I was crying I HAteD THEM. DONT GO TO THE OLD LADY IN SEAT 3!!! Or you'll cry too. Honestly girl in seat one is pretty okay but NOT 3. read more

WORST PLACE! I've gone previously when I would fully grow my eyebrows and wanted them shaped, they did a fair job for the price. However, I went today to get a "clean" and one eyebrow was completely over plucked! I didn't notice at first because I was in a hurry, but I did notice that the woman doing my eyebrows kept referring to her employee, and even convened with her like if something was wrong. The other lady ended up taking over. I didn't notice it at the time because I got a call but all I remember the lady telling me is that I should put ginger when I got home and that my eyebrows aren't even. I was in a complete rush so I didn't pick up on what was happening and didn't get the time to really look at them. They still had the audacity to ask me to tip. I rather have a caterpillar as eyebrows then get them done with these women!!!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place ever I have good eyebrows they left me different eyebrows I'm so disappointed and mad!! read more

I usually come to this place but last time I came around 7:40 and one of the lady's said it was closed already when it clearly says they close at 8:00pm on yelp and on their door sign. read more

Honestly, I thought this place was better but I thought wrong. I had thick eyebrows that took effort to grow out & when I went I told the lady " just clean" I even pointed to her where and she hurried me and said rudely " okay okay just hold your eyebrow" like okay... then I noticed my eyebrows were hurting so much. After I was done , extremely thin , how is that possible after I showered her where to thread . Please workers pay attention to the customer! & DO IT SLOWLY, too fast that's why they mess up !!!! To worsen the situation after I walked out I noticed I had cuts in my eyebrows no wonder it hurt so much. Ugh they aren't even the same shape read more

I used to love this place until today. She completely rushed my sister and I, and did such a poor job. I'm very disappointed considering I grew my eyebrows out for this. They are so uneven and she took way too much hair from the beginning of my eyebrow. Not coming here ever again. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. Today my sister and I went to get our eyebrows done this was our first time trying this awful place. They ladies there are so rude! Obviously we didn't give them our business. They didn't even apologized for being so rude to us. What an awful place I definitely wouldn't recommend it! read more

This place is ok... Well it's just that the Indian lady with black tatted eyebrows messed mine up. I am light skinned and have light thin eyebrows. I went there for a clean up and she left them even more thin and with no shape. Not to talk about a bald spot in the arch area... Ask for the chunky girl she knows what she is doing read more

I don't live in the area so I am unable to come here often. For the most part I am satisfied with their service here. I've never felt that they rushed me through the session, they always take their time. Only once did I have to clean up stray hairs after a session. They always give me the chance to take a look and I've been able to point out stray hairs and they take care of it. I've always been happy with the shape. They are very nice and friendly. Their customer service is great. Their prices are competitive as well. read more

Worse customer service ever! The lady was talking on the phone the whole time and when I asked her if she could shape my eyebrows like a picture I showed her she said no. When I went up to paid she tossed me my change. read more
