The prices have changed, but the quality of the service is still great. Although I can't speak for their waxing services, I see a lot of women come in just for this reason. The interior hasn't changed much throughout the years. Probably just the location of the register. The exterior is also showing its age. Nonetheless, the value is worth overlooking these minor cosmetic items. I am happy with the eyebrow threading I get done at Kamana Beauty Palace and would recommend it to others.

I have been going to her since, 2014/2015 -- to get my eyebrows threaded…read more One night I went with an old friend to a Salon on Hoover by USC and I wondered why my friend was so insistent on waiting for Tannu even though someone else was there that could thread brows. So, I began doing my brows there; I would alternated between Tannu and the other lady. Tannu had softer hands when it came to threading my caterpillars (brows) and she left them just right! I began going to her only. Then, she left on Maternity leave and I was sad . After awhile I found her on IG & found out she was back at another salon-- of course I went there with no hesitation. When Covid happened (but cases had lowered) she let me come by her house and get my brows threaded!! Now, she's closer to my house at a different shop. She knows the shape to my brows, never threads more or less. She leaves them just right. After being left with nearly no eyebrows and traumatized, when I used to wax them back in HS I don't think I can trust my brows to anyone else but her. But once it came to the first strip, the pain had me scream and jump up but Priya was so sweet and understanding and laughed with me. shes always so sweet and professional and it eased my nerves, before I knew it we were halfway done ! I swear I was laid down for the wax for 7-10 mins, not long at all and not as painful as I thought. Will 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a new spot.

I do love Rashree, who's always called me by name and been super nice to me, but she's never available when booking online. Instead, I've been worked on by a revolving set of nail techs, ranging from good to terrible. In fact, the last pedicure I had done there, all of my nail polish peeled off within 3 days. On top of that, when I walked into the salon for my last visit, I was met with attitude from the girl with blue hair, which I really didn't appreciate. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The only way I'd come back now is if Robert returned. Despite having accrued lots of points for years of visits, I had to come to the sad decision to move on.
