While she was threading, I felt her taking off more hair on the left side and it even hurt enough that I said "Ouch!" and asked "You're not making them thinner, right?" She said "No." When she handed me the mirror, my left eyebrow was noticeably thinner than my right. I always ask for just a clean up because I love my thick brows and now they're uneven right before a special event! They clearly don't listen to client requests and don't pay attention to what they're doing. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. Do not come here unless you want your brows ruined.

At the end, she never asked if I wanted lotion applied. She went straight to it & put a whole bunch that it went in my mouth & lips & it tasted nasty. NEVER TF AGAIN AM I COMING HERE. I let her know she went too rough & I still gave her tip. She made me bleed under my chin & I never ever broke out in this area. After the service was done I realized that the lady kept starring at my eyebrows as if something wasn't right while she was checking me out on the register. I didn't notice until I got home one of my eyebrows came out way more thinner. I'm so upset I don't understand how this happened I grew out my eyebrows thick enough I only requested to get them cleaned.
