Horrible Experience! Do Not Recommend I came in for a simple eyebrow clean up only, not a reshape. While she was threading, I felt her taking off more hair on the left side and it even hurt enough that I said "Ouch!" and asked "You're not making them thinner, right?" She said "No." When she handed me the mirror, my left eyebrow was noticeably thinner than my right. I always ask for just a clean up because I love my thick brows and now they're uneven right before a special event! They clearly don't listen to client requests and don't pay attention to what they're doing. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. Do not come here unless you want your brows ruined. read more

One of the only places I trust to do my brows correctly! There's usually only one or two eyebrows techs there but they are super quick and do a good job. I walked in at 5:57 and was done with eyebrow and lip by 6:04. A little pricier than my other spot but convenient in location. If I ever want adjustments they are happy to accommodate. The cooling gel after is nice and their utensils and threading station seem very clean. They also provide stamp cards which result in a discount after filling the card. I typically enjoy this place ..I only go to the younger looking woman bc she does an excellent and fast job BUT : They NEVER open on time ..like ever . Always 20+ min late to open the store & always a line of us waiting outside . So I was in town for work and needed to get my eyebrows threaded. This was closest so i gave it a try, did not look on yelp beforehand. Gasp! I am not sure if I would have gone if I saw these reviews. This is a bare bones establishment, there was one lady in the first chair threading a man. She did not greet me and there was no signage up to tell me prices. So I asked her the prices, which were $7 for eyebrows and $5 for lip. I signed in and sat down. She did not talk to me again. You must sign in and they call you based on the order of sign in. Parking: Tons of spots, this is in a mini mall so there are lots of free parking. Ambience: No signage in the place. It looked clean and there was a big TV playing Indian music videos. Nothing fancy except the chairs in which we sit in when getting threaded are comfy. Service: Well as I said before the lady in the first chair was not a talker, no greeting or anything. I was threaded by a younger lady in the third chair. She was also not so talkative, I do not know if she was shy or there was a language barrier. I told her what I wanted and she was fast and efficient. She knew her stuff, even trimmed with scissors without me asking. She showed me my eyebrows in the mirror then put on soothing lotion afterwards. Just a quite thank you when I was done. They were a little more cheery once I added my tip to their charge. Overall I would return if I needed this service and was in the area, as the woman I had did a good job. The younger looking lady she's the only one that knows what she's doing and won't mess your eyebrows up. Anyone else will mess them up. I went in today saw a new lady so I gave her a try BIG MISTAKE! She messed my eyebrows up. Thinned them out when I told her CLEAN UP only. And one is thinner than the other. Those ladies will mess your eyebrows up. BEWARE! This was my go to place, since I've moved to the area until this time I went there was I guess a new lady who I've never seen there before that did my eyebrows (just a cleanup). I always go here and a couple times when they open, and there sign says one time and thEy come over 30 min late. They always look like they are mad, no smile or nothing. Service is 5 star, they charge $1 more compare to other threading salons, eyebrow threading is $7, I was just around this place so I did it while waiting for somebody. But I like my eyebrow afterwards. Place was clean. They have restroom, tv, waiting area. But she doesn't have a price list sign inside the salon. Not sure about the wait time, I came in Monday afternoon, I'm 3rd in the line. I waited about 20-30 mins. Not sure. I'm not in a hurry so I don't care.
