I thought this was niras threading salon but my fault for ever coming here and not double checking but I told this lady I want a clean up and don't want her to thin out my eyebrows and she starts saying that I already have thin brows so as she shows me the end result I was so I'm shocked I'm still mad about it mind you this happened yesterday. Went to get my lashes done, the technician did a horrible job, I didn't like them, but had already paid, I went home and on my way home they were falling off. When I had a closer look I had pieces of thick glue stuck to my eye lid. I went back immediately , asked for another technician, they gave me the run around, they told me the original tech would fix it, she didn't, she left them the same and just did not understand that I didn't want pieces of glue of my eye and that they were falling off again! I looked horrible. I just didn't want to argue, I was very upset and just left. I went home took them off! Waste of money and time. NEVER again! read more

I've been coming for years and I refer a lot of people being that I'm in the beauty industry as well . Today I walked in for a lash set and my go to girl was on vacation so I asked for next avaibale . I know how it works here it's not my first time . The front desk girl said wait about 10 minutes so I did , there was a lady sitting doing nothing for about 15 minutes she was waiting on a client and next one was done by this time so I would be next . At that moment someone walks in asking questions and the girl who was next to do mine was told to do this walk in . The front desk girl just skipped me and said the walk in requested her . I get that, but she was a walk in I requested next available I was next now because that person walked in I had to wait another client to be done with , that's not ok . She was a walk in with no appointment she should have gone after . Mind you the lady was asking questions it was her first time she didn't request her I heard the entire conversation . I was upset and I asked why and she lied and said she requested her . That's not true . I left and called to ask for a manager I in wit was her she said they were off but that she can relate the msg to the owner so k told her and that's when I knew it was her she still continued to lie about that moment and not admit to her mess up . I'm more upset that she wasn't apologetic and still disregarded me . She needs to learn to communicate with customers and know how to manage a front desk . The service was so very poor I literally went in with an infected eye on Thanksgiving Eve. When I walked into the store I was specific on what was required. Ming thought it was a joke she found laughter in an infected eye. I had to have my lashes removed and I started up front on what was required they did not deliver. Instead I was given attitude and an eye roll Ming and Jenny. I understand no refund but I was specific and the camera should show, but I was amazed of the lack of empathy. I dare not ask for a refund because you caused my eye to swell and I had the lashes removed it the lack of empathy and respect for a customer. Awful place, but I must say Tiffany took her time to remove lashes and was kind. They received there money care and concern was no longer an issue. read more

I have visited this salon for my eyebrows and didn't have an issue. This time I couldn't make it to my normal lash person and decided to get a quick eyelash strip done for an event. The next morning I woke up and my eye was swollen, red and had green discharge. After application I kept telling the rep that it felt like something was in my eye. She told me that she couldn't see anything. I left but could still feel something. About a year ago I got a quick eyelash strip done and ended up with an eye infection after. I didn't initially think it was due to the lashes. Now after getting an eye infection right after a second time it must be this salon. I will not come back for my lashes ever. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received yesterday. I went to Jasmine for my eyebrows and didn't notice until I left that she ripped a patch out of my left eyebrow. I have been coming to Brow Lash Studio for yearssss now, and they never disappoint. Their prices are affordable, and their threaders are very professional and kind. Wait times are typically not an issues unless you go during a busy time of the weekend, but even still, they work efficiently. My favorite eyebrow threader is Sumi--I never see anyone else (she's not there on Mondays, FYI). She is so kind, and now I look forward to catching up with her every few weeks. You can't beat a $9 price for eyebrow threading these days, and it's even better that they're also wonderful to boot! I literally explained to the lady who was doing my brows what I wanted her not to do and she did just that, I mean exactly what I told her not to. I walked in with bushy brows and come out with super thin and brows that don't even match! I wish I never got them done! I came to get my eyebrows threaded. There were multiple employees sitting on their phones not doing anything. I sat and waited 19 minutes and still no one came to start my service. I asked how much longer the wait would be and they told me 2 minutes. I waited another 7 minutes! I was irritated and had other appointments to go to so I left. Waiting 26 minutes just to get my eyebrows threaded and no service was done yet there were plenty of ladies just sitting around. Ridiculous! read more
