I'm pretty upset. I had an appointment booked with Ashley at 5:30 pm yesterday. I am extremely picky about who does my lashes as my eyes are sensitive and it is important that I know the person's work and feel comfortable. Bebe Lash is not my regular studio, but I go there when my girl is unavailable or out of town. I have gone to Ashley before and she has done a good job. When I arrived for my appointment, Ashley was not there. Another lady named Helen said she was going to do my lashes and was covering for Ashley. At that point, I really didn't have any choice because I'm traveling and I didn't have another time to try to book the appointment so I went ahead and let Helen do my lashes. I did express that I wasn't fully comfortable, but I really just didn't have a choice at that point. She was very sweet and tried her best but burned one of my eyes very badly. We had to flush it out and put drops and then I was OK. She also at one point pulled one of my lashes out of my eye, and I physically winced and gasped. I was nervous the whole time, especially after that. I actually liked the way the lashes came out so I tried to just accept it and feel better, but they were falling off rapidly by the time I got home. Many fell off last night and this morning. I'm going on a trip so hopefully enough will stay that I don't have sparse spots or look crazy. If Ashley was not able to make my appointment, the least they could've done was let me know beforehand so I could've made a decision to either go there or not. Putting me in a position to go with a tech I didn't know who has zero reviews on their yelp was not fair and I won't be returning to Bebe lash. read more

Got my lashes done here for the first time ever. Had them done Friday and by Saturday multiple clusters had begun to fall out.. Followed the care instruction's so I'm shocked and disappointed with the overall quality. By Sunday it only got worse. Called them Monday morning to try and see if I can go in to have them fixed and nobody answered. Paid $100 to have lashes look like this by the 3rd day. I've been coming here for about a year now. I found it on IG. This salon is conveniently located in a strip mall. Their scheduling process is very easy online (thru IG). There are several lash techs to choose from, they have decent availability, they have competitive prices, & they offer a cash discount. They accept most forms of payment including Zelle/Venmo. Hannah is my lash tech. She's very nice, and has a calming personality. I come for volume fills regularly, every 3-4 weeks & I have decent retention. The quality of her work is good. I enjoy coming for a little nap while I get my lashes together. The only complaint I have is that it can get a little warm in the salon. They don't turn on the A/C or fan. Aside from air circulation issues, everything is pretty spot on. read more

I know some clients dont respect your time and come in late which backs up all appointments but your girls should explain that and not cut time off from the next appointment. Those who are late lose that time. I have a suggestion for your scheduling, remove the any one available option. If you cant block out that time for all techs then dont have it as an option. read more

I got a hybrid lash for $80. I had recently booked a service for my mom for a classic flash for $70. And her lashes last about three weeks I really like the convenience of their booking website. It's easy for me to know when they are available to book an appointment. My last girl was very sweet and I would book again. I do think maybe the actual Lashes themselves can be a bit more fine. I've been coming here for over half a year. Most lash salons I've been to do the most natural looking "volume" sets ever, to the point where I switched to going to an in-home lash tech. However, at Bebe Lash, they deliver that! I always go back for my fills at 3 weeks. They also have a great policy where they will fix your lashes for you within a certain time frame, so I'm always happy with my set. I'm in my early 20's, so I love a short, thick set. This eyelash extension facility just opened two weeks ago! I actually found them through social media and wanted to try them out because they have really good promos out right now. $80 for hybrid full set! Can't beat the price anywhere else (at least for now). The facility was clean . I got my lashes done with Ashley and she took about 1.4 hours to get a full hybrid set on me. Not super happy with the results! unfortunately the lashes weren't mapped out correctly causing me to have more lashes on one eye then the other. I also showed a picture before getting started and my lashes looked nothing like the picture. I also asked for a certain size, but i didn't get it. I paid for hybrid set but looked more like a classic set. Really disappointing because I was super excited. It's only been a few days, and I'm getting them removed cause they look horrible. I think Hannah does a great job. I don't feel any glue burning when I open my eyes. My lashes feel light and she doesn't clump glue at the eyelid so they don't feel heavy. I am still testing how long my lashes stay on after my appointment and so far ok. I'm hesitant to post this review because I selfishly want to gatekeep Ashley all to myself, but I need to give credit where credit is due! I have been getting lashes done for YEARS and have been to many different lash studios between the South Bay and LA. When I find a lash tech I like, I book with them exclusively unless I'm in a pinch and they're not available. Sadly, I'm usually left having to look for a new lash tech whenever they leave LA/South Bay, stop doing lashes, or leave the studio never to return. This was the case prior to me finding Ashley. I had been getting my lashes done at another studio nearby for nearly two years, but I have had to change lash techs a few times at that studio because they kept leaving. I sensed there was probably a management change and perhaps some of the techs were unhappy being the reason for their departure. I was too lazy to look for a new place so I just picked another "master" tech at the same place. Unfortunately, I wasn't really feeling her because my lashes just weren't looking the way I like them to look, even after telling her multiple times what I like and don't like. I also found myself constantly touching my lashes because they felt heavy and uncomfortable, not at all what I was used to with the last techs I had. I found myself leaving each appointment disappointed and annoyed. The final straw was when they tried to overcharge me for a fill because they couldn't be bothered to look at the calendar to see when my last appointment was. I literally had to ask the front desk manager to pull out a calendar to count the number of days between my appointments, which was when they realized their "mistake". After this incident, I decided to look for a new lash place and stumbled across Ashley's studio. I took take a chance and I'm beyond happy I did! Ashley is super sweet and the girl LISTENS! I've gotten a new set and two fills from her already and I have loved them each time. All three times I've been to Ashley, I've had a different request for how I want my lashes to look and she has gotten it right each time! Every set was meticulous, comfortable, and lasted at least 3 weeks. I love that she doesn't rush her work either. Ashley works with one other lash tech; I believe her name is Hannah. I've never had my lashes done by Hannah but I have interacted with her and she seems really nice as well. If you're looking to try a new lash tech, give Ashley or Hannah a try. Their prices for a new set and fills are extremely reasonable for the work they do and their booking system is a breeze. read more

I really wanted to like this place because they're nice and the facility is clean and relaxing, but the lashes do not stay on. Decided to try a new place after my normal tech moved away. I went for a foreign refill and my lashes were coming out in clumps, one after another. I only lasted two weeks before I had to come in because there were so many gaps. So, I tried again hoping I just needed to be consistent with the studio. Again, it has only been a week and my lashes are coming out quickly. They look good for a few days but within a week do not stay. I noticed that a ton of my real lashes do not have any extensions on them. It normally does not look bare until 3 almost 4 weeks elsewhere. You'll end up spending $160+ a month just to upkeep. Imo, not worth it. So sad. read more

i love this place! i started going here a little after they opened because the place i originally went to was declining in quality. and i'm so glad i made the switch! hannah is AMAZING. every single time i leave, i feel pretty and new! lashes last a good amount of time, and ive never had any issues with my eyes hurting after or lashes falling out, like i have had at other locations. i get color in my lashes and i get compliments on them all the time!! other things to add- calming music music plays while you relax. they have clean blankets you can use if you get cold. and a little cubby so you can store your belongings safely. plaza has a good sized parking lot. so never any issues with finding parking. read more

My experience here was not the greatest. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions so I did not know what to expect. First and foremost I walked and I was not explained anything. She just layed me down on the chair and started on me. She asked me what style I wanted when my eyes were closed and she was putting tape on my eyes and I told her (Ashley) I did not know since it was my first time getting them. She said she would do the standard cat eye. I am not as educated as i am now but my eye shape does not suite that style since I have downturned eyes. Anyways what I did tell her to do was make them very natural. I was expecting the service to take about 1 1/2 hours or so, that's the standard from what my friends who get eyelash extensions all the time told me. I was surprised because it took her 40 min to complete. At first glance they looked nice enough so I paid and left. I even tipped her. Well as I was driving home my eyes were sooo uncomfortable. I pulled over and took a closer look. I realized the lashes applied were the 3D kind where there are about 4-5 hairs attached to one single lash. This caused the lashes to go down and scratch my eye when I blink. Also if you look closely, you can see she skipped over a bunch of lashes and just added the volume style I'm assuming to save time. I went back literally 15 min later because I could not stand keeping my eyes open. I walked in and asked her if she had a moment. She told me she was finishing up with a client and to wait in the lobby which I totally understand. I sat there for about 15 minutes and once she was done I let her know my eyes were hurting and I needed them removed. She told me to come back in two hours or the next day as she had an appointment and could not accommodate. I told her my eye was really hurting and that I could not come later and she did not make any accommodations. I left with my eyes literally burning and itching. I could barely drive home. If you look at the picture, it looks like I need a fill but thats a brand new set. Also the lashes that have extensions on are so thick and bulky. They hurt so bad!
