I would give 10 stars if I could. Today I had my eyelash appt. I was late because there was construction on all the near streets. They didn't get upset they took me in right away. So now I'm laying on the bed with my eyes taped closed. I'm 30 mins in and I start to have anxiety. OmG my poor tech Emma. She tried calming me down with candy and the fan. Then she sat me up and finished fixing them while I was upright and now breathing correctly. She took it in stride and helped me through it. I was so embarrassed and they were so kind. Had an appointment for a lash lift and tint. The lady called me in and just got started, no confirmation, no questions. They looked ok at the end but not great. I feel like they didn't get tinted? But I could be wrong. I also noticed when I got home that there was a gel like substance on my lashes and as soon as I washed that off they dropped a little? Almost like the gel was doing all the lifting and that they actually hadn't been lifted with the solution? But this is my first time doing it and no one gave me any aftercare instructions so maybe I wasn't supposed to wash them? I was very gentle. Also there was a promo and when I tried to pay, they said that the promo was only for cash and that bothered me because the lady at the front never said that when I checked in. I was worried for no reason. Everything turned out great! It was super easy to book online, which is always super helpful. I wanted a very natural look and that's what I got. I was very relaxed and comfortable during the service. When booking, you do have an option to book a master tech for additional $5. Which I did. My lashes last 3 weeks. I hate to say that my experience here for a lash lift was horrible. I left with over processed lashes that ended up looking like short spider legs. Which I did tell the tech the moment I looked at my lashes that they were too curled, she reassured me by telling me to just give it "a couple of weeks" for them to get better. Just to add to it my lashes ended up being brittle and breaking off and some just falling off. I reached out at some point to see if they could reverse the perm before my lashes started falling off, and they still wanted me to pay 95 dollars for their mistake. So as a conclusion I am now left with barely any lashes. Would not recommend for lash lifts. read more

I couldn't book an appointment because the front desk girl took my "im sorry" as "im not gonna book" when i was going to finish with "for having so many questions" and hung up on me. I wanted to book - just had lashes left on and didn't know I had to book removal separate as it was my first time. She blocked me, called back on my husbands phone, I asked if she hung up and she lied and mumbled something about customers and being busy. I asked why she didn't place me on hold or wait for me to finish speaking and she hung up and blocked that number too. This happened two more times before I let them know I would rather pay a woman willing to let me finish my sentence. The lashes look amazing, which is why I wanted so badly to book, but alas. They have tables spread far enough and comfortable table tops w a blanket available if needed I love how they truly provide the allotted time for each client such as 2 hrs for volume lashes The lashes itself is mink and soft which I love The first time I came I was super late and understandable why she could only do a hybrid version when I wanted a volume I was fine w the look but half of it literally came off within a few days I came back a week later to the same girl and she was even surprised how fast it came off She did a volume set but I'm not too sure if it's the glue or the type of lashes that was applied but it looked so thick as you can see in the pictures. I have been going to Angel's for a little bit over a month now. I enjoy their check in process, as it is easy and smooth. You enter in your phone number, check the service that you are getting, and the machine that keeps record of you as far as how long it's been since your last service and how many times you've checked in. They have a really cute little lounge to the left, that sells a few of their items. In the back, there are about eight tables for clients to lay down. They are separated by a thin piece of clothe hanging from the ceiling. Music is playing from any type of genre top 40s, country, and enjoyable. It isn't too loud, so, I end up usually taking a little nap. As far as the service, quality, style of my lashes, I truly enjoy my technician. Karen hears what I want, makes adjustments as needed, and they come out looking exactly like I want! One time, she even stopped midway to show me the work she has done. So i was gearing up for Vegas and have been saving my lashes for about 2 months so I could find a new tech and give her a blank slate. My previous lash girl moved and we had a 3 year relationship going on. So let me just say...They look fabulous! My lash tech was incredibly sweet and accommodating. It's been a week with little to no fall out! I absolutely looooooove them. Lashes are fluffy and good quality! Easy to brush, even look great wet and dry nicely if you don't have a brush handy at that moment. I got the volume set :) highly recommend! Coming from someone who doesn't mind paying for quality let me make this clear, her prices are phenomenal. Don't forget the time and patience and pain it takes to crouch over your face for an hour or two as a lash tech. All the prices are in the appointment app according to the level of lashes you'd like, so you pick what your comfortable with! Also, her place is so cute and clean!
