Ohh nooooooo?!?? You guyssss ?!??! Arti/Ardi is GONE!I'm soooo sad !! Please, someone help me find her. I called today to see if Arti was in and the lady let me know she is not there anymore. I asked where she went and the lady said she doesn't know and if I wanted to come in anyone there could help me. Let me unpack this for you...... First of all, if I wanted help from any other person in that building other than Arti, I would've already received a service from them, but I don't. Also, I find it very perplexing and obviously I'm upset that I don't get to have a service done by somebody that I'm familiar with and trust. But I am very disappointed that this individual who answered this call is literally gatekeeping a service that I have gone to their facility for X amount of time for. Let's get something clear, I've gone there to get a service from Arti not a service from that company those chairs aren't even comfortable. Anyways, I told the lady I thought she was not being completely truthful with me. *crickets* It's hard for me to understand these ppl who at one time or another were probably jealous of Arti's line and are attempting to poach her clientele, because they can't build their own loyal clientele. They really took the time to shape my eyebrows. It was not rushed. My eyebrows came out nicely shaped, clean and refreshed looking.

I always come to get my eyebrows because they just work magic in my eyebrows. They're extremely busy so patience is key . Today was no exception to any busy day ; however , a party of two followed by a one person party came in . The one lady available ignored me completely sitting with my sleepy baby . Told the one person she would be helped after she assisted the two party people . In fact called today to book appointment and I was told walk in . I walked in and wrote my name down . I walked out since she didn't bother to assist me nor acknowledge me . She didn't mention anything to me just looked at me up and down . She didn't decide to address me in any manner until I stood up with my child. read more

When I moved cities and was a bit further away, I didn't bother looking for a new eyebrow place because Om is top tier. I appreciate that I can make appointments with Laxmi. Not very happy with the services. I've been a total of 3x, probably the last. Strike 1: I made an appointment without being informed that it's an extra charge. Came as a surprise at the end but reserving a spot was unnecessary since there was no one else there. Either way, gave it a second chance-no issues. Final strike, the woman gave me 2 different shaped brows even though I allowed them to grow out for at least 2 months. Very disappointed, I wanted nice brows before my birthday & wedding anniversary. Came here for a quick threading service and was surprised to find how popular this spot is. [Parking]: There's a designated private parking lot behind the shop. I accidentally parked at a small adjacent parking lot (1801 Pacific Coast Hwy) right next to the shop, but luckily my car wasn't towed away after one hour. [Service]: Walk-in welcome on eyebrow threading for both women and men, brow microblading, and brow lamination. Appointment required on threading by Laxmi (owner). Customers are able to book an appointment for threading services for $5 extra and let the staff know about the appointment upon arrival. [Price]: $15 for eyebrow, $5 eyebrow middle, $40 full face, $45 full face with neck, $25 brow tinting, $70 brow lamination, and $495 eyebrows microblading. Additional fees on using credit card (an extra $0.85 for $15). [Walk-in visit]: Came here for a walk-in session at 1:25 PM on Saturday and the sohp was super crowded. I put my name on the sign-in sheet and waited appromxately 45 minutes. I was the only guy customer, but I felt completely at eased. I walked out of the shop at 2:20 PM. [Session]: I was randomly assigned Susan and she was absolutely amazing. She said whether I only want to clean up my eyebrows and I said yes. Chair was comfortable and Susan meticulously threaded and trimmed my eyebrows. At the end she asked whether to apply witch hazel or aloe vera and I said aloe vera. FYI there's a $5 fee just to make an appt. I called at 3 pm and asked to make a same day appt for eyebrow threading. They said they could take me at 3:30 pm (yes 30 mins from the call) and never mentioned the extra charge. I would have done a walk in had I known. There was only 1 person ahead of me when I arrived. Bimla (unsure of spelling sorry) did an okay job but I can get the same service elsewhere and not be blindsided by some hidden fee. She wouldn't waive the charge even though it was my first time there. This left a bad taste in my mouth so I probably won't be back. I first came here in 2021 to have eyebrow microblading done by Laxmi. She did such a wonderful job; I just went and had them done again today (2025). Laxmi is so talented and really knows her stuff. She takes her time, is patient, and really goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable...and she is such a nice lady, to boot! The entire process takes about an hour and a half. She explains the process and what she is doing as she goes along, and afterwards she is very thorough in explaining the aftercare, and addressing any questions/ concerns you may have. This place is unmatched. Every time I go anywhere else I am disappointed and wish I had just held out to go here. All the ladies here put so much attention into your eyebrows and pluck them so carefully like they are sculpting a masterpiece.. the line can get long for that reason but they don't gaf your eyebrows are the top priority! I love this eyebrow shop. Nobody does it like them, I've tried multiple spots around my area and they don't do it like OM. I travel all the way from palms/Culver City area. DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE!!! I talked to them on instagram and the person told me to let the brow tech know how you want the brows. I showed the girl how I want the brows a clear picture of how my natural shape of brows are. They are supposedly micro blading experts, but their girls can't even align the eye brows equally while threading. She left my brows uneven. She didn't even bother to fix the ends of the brows I had also asked for tinting and said I want natural look. Then, she also made the tint color uneven and off shape. On top of that I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS HORRIBLE JOB. I hope the owner realizes that she will start losing customers if this is the type of job you are charging for. If I were you, I wouldn't even trust them with microblading. This is just ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! GO ONLY IF YOU WANT YOUR BROWS TO COME OUT ALL UNSHAPED AND UNEVEN. Update: the owner as well backs up her horrible techs that can't get brows even. As per the owner you have to tell them to take tint of you skin, so Your supposed to show the tech how to make a straight line with the tint guys. Make sure you do that when you choose to go here. Maybe they're great at micro blading but threading is not their forte- my brows were butchered. I asked for a clean up/trim and they removed way too much AND their uneven! My brows don't grow back like they use to so it will take a while to get back to normal. Wondering if they extensively removed the brow so I would have to pay for the micro blading. I'm going back to my regular place in Redondo Beach. 1 star for friendly service and another for cleanliness. read more

This was my second time and they did an amazing job! I wish I got the name of the technician who helped me because she definitely took care in the service provided and it shows. I have thinning brows but she left me with a shape that was natural, not too thin, and I will be able to easily manipulate with good brow make up. I would have rated a 5 but the first time I came, it didn't seem like the same care was taken as this time around. Maybe the previous tech was just having an off day? I've been coming here since when they first opened. Always did a good job and never had issues. Prices tripled since they opened. Last time I went in I waited over an hour to get my eyebrows threaded. I decided to go back and this time was the last time. It was a few people sitting down waiting and then I walked in , and signed in. On the sign in sheet it showed I was next because the names above were checked off. Another lady came in a few minutes after me and as soon as she sat down she got called. Completely skipped past everyone that was already sitting waiting (not sure if the girls that were already sitting when I walked in were having a service or already have been called) but I was definitely skipped. I just got up and walked out. I won't be returning. I ended up driving 20 minutes to a different threading place which is my new favorite go to. No longer referring people to this place . Post Quarantine - walked in with the door slightly open and a sign in sheet that's says to sign in and wait in your car. Came in, sat in my designated chair and technician went to work. Very meticulous, and gentle. If you know threading, there are technicians who are rough. I noticed another person who was sitting a seat away from me getting her eyebrows done and the technician still had her mask on as she was threading. I have been coming to this place for over two years and I always enjoy my experience. Every person that works here I would say does a great job on threading. However, I do have my preferred threader her name is Rosa. She is really great at knowing what you need and also takes her time. I have gotten my eyebrows and my chin done consistently and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Overall, it doesn't matter who you get in the shop they will take their time with you. After years, this is still my spot to come to. I've learned to come in early to beat the traffic off others. I've waited up to an hour waiting for Laxmi but that's because she's worth it. The prices have gone up since I first started coming. Bring cash since there's a charge for using a card. That's an annoyance. They don't do the stamp card anymore either. This is the only place I get my eyebrows threaded and have been going for the past five years at least. The ladies definitely know what they're doing, and you can definitely tell that people love their service because the waits can get pretty long at times. I'd recommend visiting on a weekday or right when they open. It costs $10 for eyebrow threading, which is a little more expensive compared to other spots, but definitely worth it. I was driving out from Orange County to meet up with family and looked in the mirror and noticed I needed my eyebrows done, so I google the closet location to where I was and it led me here. I am super picky and as I walked in I'm looking at the client sign in sheet to see who these women choose and at first I wrote some ones name down and as I was sitting waiting for my turn something came over me and I got up and changed the name of the brown tech. When I say I'm picky I am super picky I will let my brows grow out for months until I find someone I like and the minute you mess up my brows you will never see me again. So with that being said I ended up seeing Laxmi and I told her what I wanted and told her it was my first time and I'm scared because it's my brows at stake here the front of my face could me messed up in a flash... well I was very impressed with the work she did and I have found my new eyebrow location even if I have to travel.. So I'm torn about my experience. I just moved to the neighborhood and this is my first time coming to this shop. My technician was lubie or rubie (I cant hear when i sleepy and I didn't want to make her keep repeating it) I just took first available because I was really tired and need to get to home. PROS: she was quick but not rushed. It was virtually painless. I almost fell asleep while she was doing my brows! (That has NEVER happened! Iwas tearing up when she got to that upper lip #beautyispain) CONS: I think my brows came out ok, better than before but the arch isn't as smooth as I like. The things I asked her to address I didn't feel confident in her ability to fix. So I left well enough alone.(better to have to fix it with brush and concealer than have to draw it with a pencil!) One the I didn't like, almost all the before and after pics show full and thick brows as a finished product. It neglects to mention both on yelp and in the shop that those beautiful luscious brows are the result of a $350 tattoo job! I thought they did some kind of pencil fill in or other technique like ziba or shapes. And speaking of them, this place doesn't give you a cooling gel massage! I really needed it after that upper lip job! Which is always a nice treat at the end. Lastly, I can't remember if she used some hand sanitizer before we started.
