Clean up, with a small trim, NO thinning or aggressive shaping. She's perfected my brows. She knows I'm sensitive and is gentle with me but plucks ALL of the unnecessary hairs out. She's also quick. And yesterday 6/8/2026 was the first time I tried her. I wouldn't go to her again, unfortunately . I believe her name is Shrilla or similar. She was super aggressive. She didn't get all my hairs out but I had to leave as I was on a time crunch. I had to tweeze some hairs out once I got home. I would give four stars just for that reason but Deepa is just SO good ! She does not work on Mondays though. The only times I have walked out was when I was in a rush and there was just too many people ahead of me. This part is on me but she (Shrilla) had just gotten out of the bathroom (I'm sure she washed her hands) but I couldn't help but think that she was JUST in the bathroom and now her hands are all over my face. Jasmine is so kind and loved the massage she gave me while I had a pumpkin enzyme mask very relaxing. Her techniques are great slightly different from others I've gone too but very professional. Her appliances, tools and all are very clean and love that she lets me know what she is going to do and if I had any allergies as well because of some of the products she uses. The room was very relaxing and clean and smelled so good. She Has a little shelf to put your clothes and bag or items you may bring along.
