Not once did she offer me a break when threading me. I had to keep interrupting her. She was also rough when turning my head & tapping my face. I was so mad that she went EXTREMELY ROUGH ON ME. At the end, she never asked if I wanted lotion applied. She went straight to it & put a whole bunch that it went in my mouth & lips & it tasted nasty. NEVER TF AGAIN AM I COMING HERE. I let her know she went too rough & I still gave her tip. She made me bleed under my chin & I never ever broke out in this area. After the service was done I realized that the lady kept starring at my eyebrows as if something wasn't right while she was checking me out on the register. I didn't notice until I got home one of my eyebrows came out way more thinner. I'm so upset I don't understand how this happened I grew out my eyebrows thick enough I only requested to get them cleaned.
