Parking was a bit complicated since it's only street parking and they are on a main road . However I am happy with the results I came in and asked for wax eyebrows ( usually I thread and have been for years , but sometimes I just don't feel like enduring pain ) so I asked for wax and she asked if she can clean up with thread after . I said yes that's perfect . So I'll be returning she really shaped my brows evenly and pointed out which one was uneven . read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Brow Heaven! I moved to LB a year and a half ago and a friend recommended BH, and I instantly became a regular. I came in not having any specific threader and was assigned Hira, instant connection, she did an amazing job on my brows, listened to what I like and don't like and delivered 1000 times over!! I have even had to come in when Hira wasn't working and any other person I was assigned has been great also! But Hira is my homegirl, so sweet and an artist in threading! Not the best lash lift service. Very mediocre, doesn't get close enough to your eyelids to make it look like there's length. Lashes don't stay lifted long. Next day was already falling. Spent less than $100 on this service, I may need to go back to the other lash lady I went to prior. Spent almost double but the quality was worth it. Walked in after 3 pm on a Wednesday. I was greeted by everyone in the shop. No one was getting their brows done. I asked for a specific threader but she was not on the schedule for the day. I asked for another and she was taking a break but agreed to take me. She examined my brows and asked what I would like. I asked for a cleaning as I hadn't had my brows done in years. She cleaned them so nicely I asked for an additional arch. She added the arch and it framed my eyes nicely. I really liked how she added aloe vera on my brows afterwards and massaged it in. Sometimes with threading your skin can get sensitive and become inflamed. The aloe helped so much and felt so good. I love the shape and the promptness of it all. Brows cost $12 plus tip $3 for a total of $15. Definitely worth it. I want to try the tinting and the lamination eventually. Thank you Brow Heaven! read more

Rachana is amazing! I came here as a Walk In just for eyebrow threading. I simply asked her if my brows would be good for lamination and she first said she had to examine them. She truly cares about your brows and how that will change your new look. After asking me a few questions and giving her advice I went with the process. I did not have an appointment and was a walk-in. I searched on Yelp and saw this this eyebrow salon offers eyebrow waxing which is what I prefer. This salon provides both services, eyebrow wax and eyebrow threading. The eyebrow technician who waxed my eyebrows asked me several questions about why I prefer to wax them instead of threading, and was trying to persuade me to switch to threading. The soft wax felt lukewarm by the time it was placed on my skin, and it didn't appear that they had a specific room for waxing in the studio, so my services were done in a regular chair where eyebrow threading took place. She was very quick and did not ask me during the process what I thought, other than asking if it was a "clean up" before starting. I understand that they offer both services and I probably chose a service they don't do often, but they're better off not offering waxing services if it's not something they're skilled in. TLDR: only come here for eyebrow threading, not waxes. read more

He was very careful & examined my eyebrows before threading. He checked in frequently throughout to make sure I approved before moving on. I think that is essential to keeping happy customers. Love the aloe gel and face/head massage at the end of each service. It's always a relaxing experience when I'm in Brow Heaven. Love this shop! Very clean. No nonsense, like many other threading places harassing me to by other products that are cheap and full of chemicals. Excellent customer service. Good prices, check in deals and customer incentive program. I get the deal each time I attend and rack up points toward future services. Parking is tight, but it's Long Beach, so expect to deal with that. I usually find neighborhood parking or try to come during non-peak hours if possible. read more

Good sign, I guess. lol! After she finished with the young teen, I got a waxed by her and she did a great job! I already forgot if it was painful! She's that good. Not sugar wax but strips. It was very warm so brace yourselves. She did such a good job, she didn't have to tweeze anything. I exfoliated, yesterday, before coming so I guess that's good. Finished in less than 30 min. And I was considering getting my eyelashes done for the first time... the ladies convinced me it was worth it and so I got it done with Aysha (spelling?) and she was pleasant and we carried on great conversation. I am well pleased with how it turned out! Yay! No more mascara! Saves so much time! Highly recommended! Cute spot upstairs from the restaurant.
