Stay away from this pharmacy if you don't have over an hour to wait in the drive through lane. Their work flow is absolutely terrible. The technicians don't seem to able to handle the drive through in a timely manner and just walk away and leave the car sitting there at the window. I have been in the line now for 31 minutes and STILL have 6 cars in front of me. This will be my last time coming here for prescriptions and will be calling corporate AGAIN. read more

This Walgreens is well stocked and open late. It is close to 2 hospitals. It has a drive thru pharmacy pick up and a large parking lot in front of the store with additional parking in the rear.staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy counter itself is in need of some TLC . The plexiglass windows look to have been hastily added during COVID. By now something more professional should have been in place. Never the less this may be one of a few options if you need to fill a prescription late in the evening. It is better than the closest alternative. Price wise not bad as far as non pharmacy items. read more

Tracy made sure I was able to get it at another location and called around to make sure it was available and ready for me to pick-up. She went above and beyond as I know this location is always super busy. When this location had it in stock, Tracy called me and told me it's available for my refill. She great, be kind and give them a little grace if super busy, Her compassion is worth it, she'll make sure to help you as best she can. read more

The drive thru is virtually ignored by the staff so why have one ? The store is in an area that isn't safe and unhoused individuals roam the parking lot like vagrants The service is as painstakingly terrible as it is slow, which is tip for ownership and management to make immediate changes. Please add a security guard for preventative maintenance before this place has an incident that makes news at 11! Drive through service was awesome and my order was filled with efficiency they called me for a follow up re medication to be sure if there was no issues or side effects and I appreciate that very much. Big Bro just turned fifty a few days ago which makes him eligible for a 2nd booster. There are many other pharmacies closer to home but this place had the soonest appointment available. So we made the 20-minute trek and made it to his set appointment on time... ... only to be told we didn't have an appointment. I showed them the screen shot (see attached - I took the pic before I clicked on "book appointment" as a reminder of all the details) and was told NO anyway. Pharmacist asked if we received a confirmation email. I didn't realize we needed one of those since that wasn't really clear - I figure we had a confirmed appointment through their website, so... THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their pharmacy staff are AWFUL. I went to pick my mom's medication, got in the drive-thur line at 7:30 got to the window at 8:45 the medicine was sent in by the hospital at 6:00 pm. The cops came and told them to walk out the medication when it was ready, it was now 9:10 and still the medication hadn't been walked out to me unfortunately I have an injury and having to walk in only makes matters worse. I made my way into to pick up the medication at 9:23 pm. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Save your time find another pharmacy. read more

After visiting a first location recommended from the site, We were told that they "don't do that" and sent here. When we told the pharmacist where we were going and asked what vaccinations were needed she had us wait while she checked. After a few minutes she told us we needed to go to a doctor. Chiquie is the best!! I am so happy the times I walk in, and I see her smiling face! She is so bubbly and bright, and interacts well with people. She takes the Covid-19 rules seriously, always wearing her mask properly (unlike the small in stature 20-something dark-haired, male manager/supervisor, I have seen him maskless) and I have seen her wipe down the counter and wears gloves. Hideous. Pharmacy arbitrarily refuses to fill prescriptions based on the doctor that write them. Pharmacy manger was rude, interrupted me, refuse to apologize or explain, and finally hung up on me. When I went in to get the one they did fill the jerk I spoke with was busy giggling behind his mask as I complained to the woman who was working the pharmacy registers... disgraceful. I called to make the Schedule for 1 st shot covid vaccine for my grandma on Saturday afternoon because she has appointment at hospital on Tuesday morning. The guy who pick up the phone said " you can walk in and no need to make appointment !! " but when my mom bring my grandma to the store today. My grandma can't get the vaccine because they need the confirmation !! what...? The reason why i called to check before bring her to the store because my grandma is really old she almost 99 years. She has difficulty walking and poor health. so, i decide to call back to the pharmacy store to get the answer who and why he give me the wrong information? If he doesn't really know or that's not his responsibility. He can just told me that he not sure and transfer the line to someone who know. This is a really great Walgreens Store. IIt is not close to my home. But we came here for one specific reason - They are the closest pharmacy of any company that provides vaccination services for those wishing to travel out of the country. We showed up to get our shots and was being helped by a person named Tracy (I think). She was trying to get this worked out on the computer but the system would not accept our insurance. She tried very hard and worked on it for more than an hour. My wife then got on the phone with Cigna and tried to work it out being the middle-man between the two parties and the pharmacist, Wendy tried to help too. NOPE, Then Wendy took a call directly from Cigna and tried to work it out and Tracy (I think) had to go home. Wendy was unsuccessful and apologized, but said she would work on it the next day and call my wife to get it worked out. Guess what?? Wendy actually tried to fix it and called my wife to tell her what happened. And while she was unable to make the insurance part happen, she did follow up and tried her best. One of the shots we needed was not covered by the insurance and was cheaper at Walgreens. So we went there that day and got our shots. They were $30 cheaper than they were at Costco, and the people were so nice at Walgreens that we were glad to go back again. What a GREAT TEAM - You guys ROCK!! read more

I came to this pharmacy because they are open 24 hours. The pharm tech Jose was very helpful. My balance for the medication prescribed by the MD was $58.00. So Jose took the time to search and locate my rx bin number by contacting my insurance provider. And since my rx was covered by my insurance provider my cost turned out to be only $9.00. Thanks Jose for accommodating. The Pharmacist Joan, was very informative. Thoroughly went over medication instructions. Answered all my questions. Thank you! Overall, I would return to the Walgreens pharmacy in the future. read more

Looooong lines galore :( Not only the front register, but ESPECIALLY for the pharmacy. It isn't such a bummer that the front register always has a long line of customers with only 1 cashier and several Walgreens employees wandering about throughout the store. This I can stomach. The pharmacy on the other hand... Let's just say I've seen more people leave their place in line out of frustration than anywhere else. Last Sunday was one of those days where I wore sweatpants out in public(okay, I really had every intention of staying in my car). I've always gone into the store to pick up my refills, thinking about how many calories I can burn. The car line at the pharmacy was 4 cars deep, not too badly I thought seeing as my spouse gets his prescriptions at CVS and when we wait through 4 cars it isn't super painful. I sat there for about 20 minutes then decided to give up because no cars had moved. This was it. This was the time I had decided to go into the store, sweatpants and all of my unwashed hair and glory. The pharmacy line was 7 people deep, and they were dropping like flies! Not literally, but people just started giving up because it took too long. Finally over an hour later I got my prescription, and it turns out there was only 1, that's right, 1 pharmacy person working! Apparently it's a thing here so I'm headed to CVS. On a positive note, their makeup sales and selection is pretty awesome if you're looking for drug store brands. read more

The Pharmacy Techs are treating patients! And, they are not wearing name badges. The rude technician this evening made a decision not to refill my eye drops based upon an insurance issue, rather what he considered an insurance issue. I had to ask him 3 times if he was a pharmacist. He replies it doesn't matter the decision will be the same. He eventually got the pharmacist , told him what to say and the pharmacist said exactly what the tech said. Walgreens did not call me directly about this so called insurance issue and it leaves me with either going to the ER for a prescription issue or waiting till morning for eye drops intended to save my vision. Never trust Walgreens's with your prescription needs. Apparently, the pharmacy technicians are running the place! read more

How do I even explain our experience with this store? We went to this location because they had a medication disposal, which are hard to come by for some reason. When we arrived, there was a homeless woman pushing a stroller filled with the contents of her house. She was obviously under the influence of some sort of substance and was wandering all over the parking lot. When we got out of the car, we hurried up to get into the store to avoid any interactions with this individual. On our way in, she was mumbling something to us, which we ignored. Once inside the store, we found the medication disposal drop off. I don't know how often this disposal drop box is dumped, but it was so full that when I was dumping my medications, I could feel my fingertips touching other things inside the drop box! I was just hoping that no one had put a needle in there! When we were leaving the store, we tried to exit the way we came in, but there was some sort of metal bar thing separating the entrance and exit to the point where we had to go around through another aisle just to get out of the store. Once we found our way out of the store, here we met again with this homeless lady who is now screaming at us and approaching us with her stroller. She seemed to be moving faster this time and I definitely did not feel safe, so I yelled, "Run for it!" We ran to the car, locked the doors, and made our escape. Will never return! read more

I can't comment on the rest of the drugstore & it's service. Reading other reviews, I do feel as though I've been treated like a criminal over a medication I've taken for years, which puzzles me. The pharmacist lectured me, even questioned my doctor's prescribing practices which was awkward at best. I shouldn't have to explain my private medical history to them beyond supplying an Rx. it was just embarrassing. I may not have filled it at that location before, but the point of doing business with a chain is that they can see my prescription history from other Walgreens locations. And I certainly filled it before in that system. They also aren't keeping my refill records & are far too quick to tell me "no we don't have that in yr record for you." I insist they look again- I think some pharm techs just don't know how to use the system/records? I'm noticing that they are either understaffed or overwhelmed; service is mostly adequate or very bad. definitely the worst it's been in the 2+ years I've been using this location. I hope someone in management is reading these reviews....bums me out to write it. read more

I like the convenience of a neighborhood 24-hour pharmacy, especially when I need to go out for a late night run of OTC meds or feminine stuff, if you know what I mean. There are somethings I like about the Walgreens chain in general, but there are some things about this location that lowers the number of stars. PROS: - 24 hours! - don't need a club card in order to save $$ CONS: - parking lot is not very well lit at night - doesn't carry my favorite brand of cosmetics... neutrogena and physician's formula. :( read more

Yesterday afternoon (on a weekday), I waited in the drive thru line 30 mins to drop off my prescription; and I m back the next day waiting in line again (20 mins and counting). This is a 24 hour pharmacy and thusly should be running at full capacity (given we are also in a pandemic). Really frustrating. read more
