Let's get real, ever since a bunch of pharmacies shut down (like rite aid) Every CVS and Walgreens is having to over compensate Since I have chronic pain / repeated procedures / surgeries, it's safe to say this place is my second home lol I've dealt with Tracy a couple times, including inside the Pharmacy (not just the drive thru pickup) after one of my past surgeries a few months ago, She saw me doubled over in pain while trying to get my medication after a bladder surgery that was extremely painful. I kept getting texts saying my medication was ready, but everytime I called to double check, it was not. When I showed up she got me my medication within less than 30 minutes and was on top of it. (And she kept telling me to sit down and asking if I was ok) I'm extremely understanding that these places are overwhelmed. I've dealt with a really rude male pharmacist here, but Tracy has literally been a lifesaver Recently, I had called ahead of time to see what I needed for an early release (2 days early for a medication that is highly controlled due to me not being able to pick it up on the scheduled day) she told me exactly what to request from my doctor. (Which, I got ahold of my doctors office and told them) My doctor put in for my medication, but unfortunately, they did not put what Tracy needed them to put. It was night time and my doctors office was already closed. Tracy told me not to worry at all and that she would call them in the morning and get it taken care of for me. I honestly did not think much of it. I was fully prepared to call my doctors office / having to deal with it all on my own. Yet, I got a text saying my medication was ready in the morning. Tracy even called me personally (not just the automated generic voice message system they leave saying to come get your medication) Tracy called and told me that she had been calling my doctors office as soon as they opened and she had everything taken care of for me. It honestly made me cry. While dealing with so much such as a surgery and trying to get everything taken care of, it meant so much to me that she took care of everything for me and did not make a fuss about it. She literally went above and beyond and I'm extremely thankful that she not only does her job, but is extremely sympathetic and helpful. Tracy is a pro Every time Tracy is working, she goes over the medication with me and asks if I have any questions and etc If you have any issues I highly suggest asking for her (but only if you're nice to her, because she's amazing) This location has a drive thru and is also open 24/7 read more

Went to print a document. It took over an hour and the staff is not helpful. They don't tell you how long it's going to take and if you have something you need, go somewhere else. The process does not let them help you. Walgreens it would be fine for photos. I would pick up later but if you're in a pinch, go somewhere else. read more

This Walgreens is well stocked and open late. It is close to 2 hospitals. It has a drive thru pharmacy pick up and a large parking lot in front of the store with additional parking in the rear.staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy counter itself is in need of some TLC . The plexiglass windows look to have been hastily added during COVID. By now something more professional should have been in place. Never the less this may be one of a few options if you need to fill a prescription late in the evening. It is better than the closest alternative. Stay away from this pharmacy if you don't have over an hour to wait in the drive through lane. Their work flow is absolutely terrible. The technicians don't seem to able to handle the drive through in a timely manner and just walk away and leave the car sitting there at the window. I have been in the line now for 31 minutes and STILL have 6 cars in front of me. This will be my last time coming here for prescriptions and will be calling corporate AGAIN. read more

Tracy made sure I was able to get it at another location and called around to make sure it was available and ready for me to pick-up. She went above and beyond as I know this location is always super busy. When this location had it in stock, Tracy called me and told me it's available for my refill. She great, be kind and give them a little grace if super busy, Her compassion is worth it, she'll make sure to help you as best she can. read more

The drive thru is virtually ignored by the staff so why have one ? The store is in an area that isn't safe and unhoused individuals roam the parking lot like vagrants The service is as painstakingly terrible as it is slow, which is tip for ownership and management to make immediate changes. Please add a security guard for preventative maintenance before this place has an incident that makes news at 11! I will not be returning and will tell others to definitely visit a more safer pharmacy as an alternative and.much safer option. read more

Drive through service was awesome and my order was filled with efficiency they called me for a follow up re medication to be sure if there was no issues or side effects and I appreciate that very much. My meds weren't available the day I brought them so I left it but they had a delivery service deliver the meds to me at home I can definitely vouch for Walgreens pharmacy I've been a customer for 30 years and they have always been fantastic in customer service and product availability. read more

Big Bro just turned fifty a few days ago which makes him eligible for a 2nd booster. There are many other pharmacies closer to home but this place had the soonest appointment available. So we made the 20-minute trek and made it to his set appointment on time... ... only to be told we didn't have an appointment. I showed them the screen shot (see attached - I took the pic before I clicked on "book appointment" as a reminder of all the details) and was told NO anyway. Pharmacist asked if we received a confirmation email. I didn't realize we needed one of those since that wasn't really clear - I figure we had a confirmed appointment through their website, so... (A glitch on the system, maybe? Who knows...) I asked if there might be a chance he can get the shot anyway. It's not like there were any other customers other than one (who came after us) waiting for a refill. I was told the next available is at 645p. Nope. Big Bro and I returned all the merch we were gonna purchase and walked out empty handed. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their pharmacy staff are AWFUL. I went to pick my mom's medication, got in the drive-thur line at 7:30 got to the window at 8:45 the medicine was sent in by the hospital at 6:00 pm. The cops came and told them to walk out the medication when it was ready, it was now 9:10 and still the medication hadn't been walked out to me unfortunately I have an injury and having to walk in only makes matters worse. Terrible customer service. I bought a $100 Visa gift card for my daughter on Christmas day, but when she opened the package, there was a Starbucks card inside. I twice visited the store, but two different managers said they couldn't help me without a receipt. Why would I have kept a receipt for a gift card? Because i can't trust you? For any travelers looking for vaccinations - The website say "Do you know what vaccinations you'll need? Our pharmacists can recommend vaccinations, prescriptions and over-the-counter medications based on your travel itinerary and health history.Talk to a pharmacist today--no appointment needed." and that is a complete lie. After visiting a first location recommended from the site, We were told that they "don't do that" and sent here. When we told the pharmacist where we were going and asked what vaccinations were needed she had us wait while she checked. After a few minutes she told us we needed to go to a doctor. So again, the Walgreens website is very misleading. Don't waste your time or gas. We also tried calling ahead and never got through. read more

Just got off the phone with the pharmacy, terrible service, according to him he couldn't find a single prescription based off of my name or number provided, (mind you at a different Walgreens I went to they were able to find everything) Instead the pharmacist (some Asian guy I can't explain who it is) started arguing with me about me giving the wrong phone number, I obviously raised my voice back because I'm not gonna have that kind of disrespect thrown at me either, we got no where with the conversation. Chiquie is the best!! I am so happy the times I walk in, and I see her smiling face! She is so bubbly and bright, and interacts well with people. She takes the Covid-19 rules seriously, always wearing her mask properly (unlike the small in stature 20-something dark-haired, male manager/supervisor, I have seen him maskless) and I have seen her wipe down the counter and wears gloves. Loooove my neighborhood Walgreens the store is always well staffed clean and neat. Easy to maneuver around the cashiers always are so helpful. Hideous. Pharmacy arbitrarily refuses to fill prescriptions based on the doctor that write them. Pharmacy manger was rude, interrupted me, refuse to apologize or explain, and finally hung up on me. When I went in to get the one they did fill the jerk I spoke with was busy giggling behind his mask as I complained to the woman who was working the pharmacy registers... disgraceful. I called to make the Schedule for 1 st shot covid vaccine for my grandma on Saturday afternoon because she has appointment at hospital on Tuesday morning. The guy who pick up the phone said " you can walk in and no need to make appointment !! " but when my mom bring my grandma to the store today. My grandma can't get the vaccine because they need the confirmation !! what...? The reason why i called to check before bring her to the store because my grandma is really old she almost 99 years. She has difficulty walking and poor health. so, i decide to call back to the pharmacy store to get the answer who and why he give me the wrong information? If he doesn't really know or that's not his responsibility. He can just told me that he not sure and transfer the line to someone who know. It's better than you give me the wrong information and make a problem to the patient that you might not care !! The lady who pick up the phone name is Tracy. She is a good listener and try to help me find out even if she can't find it. i wrote the review because i would like the manager know the problem and find the way to fix and improve it. I came to this pharmacy because they are open 24 hours. The pharm tech Jose was very helpful. My balance for the medication prescribed by the MD was $58.00. So Jose took the time to search and locate my rx bin number by contacting my insurance provider. And since my rx was covered by my insurance provider my cost turned out to be only $9.00. Thanks Jose for accommodating. The Pharmacist Joan, was very informative. Thoroughly went over medication instructions. Answered all my questions. Thank you! This is a really great Walgreens Store. IIt is not close to my home. But we came here for one specific reason - They are the closest pharmacy of any company that provides vaccination services for those wishing to travel out of the country. We showed up to get our shots and was being helped by a person named Tracy (I think). She was trying to get this worked out on the computer but the system would not accept our insurance. She tried very hard and worked on it for more than an hour. My wife then got on the phone with Cigna and tried to work it out being the middle-man between the two parties and the pharmacist, Wendy tried to help too. NOPE, Then Wendy took a call directly from Cigna and tried to work it out and Tracy (I think) had to go home. Wendy was unsuccessful and apologized, but said she would work on it the next day and call my wife to get it worked out. Guess what?? Wendy actually tried to fix it and called my wife to tell her what happened. And while she was unable to make the insurance part happen, she did follow up and tried her best. One of the shots we needed was not covered by the insurance and was cheaper at Walgreens. So we went there that day and got our shots. They were $30 cheaper than they were at Costco, and the people were so nice at Walgreens that we were glad to go back again. What a GREAT TEAM - You guys ROCK!! read more
