I really work hard to support small businesses so when my original pharmacy closed down I…read moreresearched around my area and found Aviva. They had great reviews and I figured we could get more attentive service with a smaller pharmacy. Unfortunately, here I am for the third time, waiting for a prescription after calling in three hours ago and being told all my prescriptions would be ready. Out of the four I requested, they had said one they were already working on so it would be ready with the other three. Great! I thought... Lo and behold, upon pickup, three hours later, it was NOT ready and nobody knew why it was just sitting in the queue. Regardless, if I had other prescriptions requested, I'm not sure why they wouldn't complete that one along with the others. Seems like common sense. I used to work in a retail pharmacy so I know things can happen, but this place has just consistently dropped the ball: not following up, not ordering when out of stock, not having prescriptions ready when promised. My husband has also had similar experiences. I just wanted a place that was helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, this is not it. And the customer service is more miss than hit, which only adds to the frustration. After today, I am working on transferring both my husband's and my own prescriptions.

Take days to refill a prescription that has stated availability of refills, and they don't let you know when it's completed or ready. Tried to show up when they open at 9am, and surprise, no one shows up or opens the pharmacy. Changing from this place as soon as possible, hopefully to never return. I can see why independent shops get shutdown and lose customers. This one is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.
