At my first appointment she told me not to worry & that she could help my lashes get healthy again. During that appointment Jordan gave me a conditioning Lash Lift & reassured me that my lashes would be healthy & ready to accept extensions in 2 weeks. And she was right! At that next appointment I left with eyelash extensions that I didn't even know existed. They felt like my own eyelashes! They weren't too heavy or too thick or too long. They were perfect! And they lasted so much longer than any other extensions I had ever had! Jordan's eyelashes don't get too long & noticeably unruly! They actually look good until my next visit. Anyway, this was the only place in Long Beach opened later than other places (6pm close time) and so I called and booked and drove there. Parked on the residential street & walked over. I got greeted by Sapana (spelling?) who was working on someone else's eyebrows (good job, btw) and I signed in and sat down. A lady was relaxed & asleep in front of me on one of the booth chairs! Good sign, I guess. lol! After she finished with the young teen, I got a waxed by her and she did a great job! I already forgot if it was painful! She's that good. Not sugar wax but strips. It was very warm so brace yourselves. She did such a good job, she didn't have to tweeze anything. I exfoliated, yesterday, before coming so I guess that's good. Finished in less than 30 min. And I was considering getting my eyelashes done for the first time... the ladies convinced me it was worth it and so I got it done with Aysha (spelling?) and she was pleasant and we carried on great conversation. However, they totally messed up my lashes. Throughout the service I noticed my lash tech was multitasking and busy. So she left half way and was texting people while my eyes were closed. I didn't get a lash bath or proper sanitation done. Still, they turned out looking good for those first couple of hours. I actually really loved how they looked. The very same night they did my lashes, I woke up around 1am feeling like I had a contact lens stuck. I had a massive red spot on the whites of my eyes. It's a chemical burn or a subconjunctival hemorrhage. Literally looked so scary and the next day my eyes had discharge and were so dry. I communicated this with their team and everything seemed cordial at first. They offered removal and full refund. They had me come in at 7pm, and waited until they finished with another client while I was in the lobby waiting on my phone. We started around 7:15pm. Another lash tech did my removal WITH NO LASH BATH. This other lash tech basically tried to gaslight me. She said it was completely normal for this to happen. She also said it was probably due to me "touching my eyes" so the redness was normal. And then she also said it could be that my lashes are straight and that's why it itched. I've gotten lashes before. I've done volume, natural, hybrid, etc. Never a problem. Be so for real.. my eyes were watering and twitching like crazy. The other lash tech let me know that she "has a bunch of friends who are nurses and this is normal." Ok well, guess what? I'm literally in nursing school. I even went to the ER earlier that day and I was prescribed lubricant eyedrops. You caused me a chemical burn with your cheap glue and lack of sanitation! They kept pulsating so much she had to hold down my eyelids with the gel remover. At the end, she couldn't even get half of the lashes off and USED A MAKEUP WIPE. After peeling off the pads, she goes to literally pluck my natural lashes out. At the end of the removal I had to go into the bathroom and wash off my eyes. Massive flakes of hard glue still on my lashes that they pulled and cut out. I got my refund, but now my eyes are still messed up and half of my lashes are gone. Pay cheap and expect cheap service and them to gaslight you!
