Every time I had to go back the next day or 2 to get them removed. My friends say nowadays there's better options, technique and sensitive glue available. I found sumi and saw their new client promo price ($55 for a regular full set) and decided to try them since it would be a low price risk in case I have a reaction. There was some confusion over the new promo price with the first girl telling me after my first set it would be $95, then my tech telling me that for what I wanted today it would be $95. She was able to explain and clarify the promo so today's set was $65 because the 2 tip hairs was +$10. Great. I knew I wanted a very natural, light feel with adding just a bit of volume as my lash line is light and cannot hold much (also having sensitivity). I learned from experience. My tech showed me the lengths and it was go time. I knew how simple of a style and shape I wanted based on how I wear my strip lashes. The best part of my experience is that she only took about 35 minutes to apply my extensions, that's what I'm talking about! I know my set is not as dramatic or voluminous but it came out really great and so far they feel comfortable. I really hope they last and don't give me problems the next days ahead. Regular (signature sumi) full set: 2 tips, natural C curve, 9-11 mm, cute style I hope they do well so I can come back for a fill in the next few weeks. What would be nice, especially for those who are on the table for 1 hour(s)+ are either rolled blanket or towels /pillows for under the knees while laying down. It helps with comfort.

Signed in at the screen at the receptionist desk. Was then walked over and seated at the massage chair. Was asked if we wanted something to drink and I asked for water. Then I was told that they serve complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee or iced matcha or mimosa. What?! At 2:30pm?! Love it!! We got the mini moment pedicure which is the standard pedicure. It was a great experience and my nail tech was amazing. No talking, just focused on getting it done. Lol it comes with a mini foot massage. Ugh loved it so much. I have found my forever mani/pedi place! We'll definitely be back to try the other pedicures. The place itself is beautiful, clean and inviting. The customer service is stellar 100/10 recommend. I was told that there is a $17 additional fee for any service if you decide on getting gel polish. You can buy a gel nail polish for that price or even less. I asked if I bring my own polish if they would charge the same and unfortunately they will still charge the same since it's a "service" of them putting on the polish. Bottom line, it's not their fault, majority of nail salons are inflating prices nowadays and it's of course due to the "service" or the "product" so yea just go along with it and no one will get hurt. Service: The girl that helped me was very nice and helpful, I was initially going to get a French tip pedi but she advised to just get the milky white I was thinking about since my nails were already pretty short. She did a beautiful job and I appreciate her honesty and not pushing me to get the French tip. I know you're probably like ok girl just get a drink somewhere else but no! I don't see too many places offering viet iced coffee while you're getting your nails done and that was a big part in my decision making process when deciding where to spend my money. As I'm almost finished, I over hear another nail tech offer some ladies complimentary drinks and then I see a lady sitting across from me with a glass of champagne. I asked the receptionist as I was checking out about that and she said "oh your nail tech is supposed to offer"...and then looks at me like I'm being annoying like..ok I'm just trying to get clarification.
