08/10/26 My goodness. Where has this place been all my life?! Walked up and let them know it was my first time here. My daughter and I were in desparate need of pedicures. Signed in at the screen at the receptionist desk. Was then walked over and seated at the massage chair. Was asked if we wanted something to drink and I asked for water. Then I was told that they serve complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee or iced matcha or mimosa. What?! At 2:30pm?! Love it!! We got the mini moment pedicure which is the standard pedicure. It was a great experience and my nail tech was amazing. No talking, just focused on getting it done. Lol it comes with a mini foot massage. Ugh loved it so much. I have found my forever mani/pedi place! We'll definitely be back to try the other pedicures. The place itself is beautiful, clean and inviting. The customer service is stellar 100/10 recommend. We made appointments a few days in advance. We were welcomed and seated at our stations quickly. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish. I loved the care and time taken. I was also pleased with the ombre design. My friend got a mani/pedi and was very happy. Finally, she has shiny fingernails just from buffing. She didn't even need clear polish. She said her pedicure was perfect. I was watching as she got her pedicure and knew for sure I would get one next time also. They also offered beverages and continued to check on their customers. A few minutes into the manicure the aesthetician didn't seem to know what she was doing. She butchered the actual cutting of She machine instead of She did not accurate, clean out the cuticles at all when she was done she walked away, and she never came back. I highly recommend not going to this salon, although it may look nice on the inside the service was terrible and at no point in anyone asked, how do you like your service? Absolutely love this place. This is my go to nail salon for my pedicure. It's clean and they do a good job. They place the pedicure materials on a pretty plate. Officially found my go‑to spot. I really appreciate their patience and quality of service. I had just waxed my legs and couldn't use the scrub, so Kim kindly substituted a mask for my mini moment pedi. Both Kim and Nina were wonderful. As for Lily, who did my husband's matcha pedi, she unfortunately didn't remove his callus and focused more on the top of his foot. One area of improvement would be allowing the callus remover to sit a bit longer and concentrating on the heel, while also being mindful not to overuse alcohol on the skin -- speaking as someone who attended beauty school. read more

She is so polite & friendly and gentle when applying anything on my nails. Jennifer takes her time and never rushes any procedure. The receptionist set up my pedicure chair and offered me a drink - the matcha was so good! My technician, Trish, was amazing. I was very disappointed with my service today. At first, everything was going great. The nail tech seemed very careful and precise with the prep, shaping, and overall design process. Unfortunately, as the appointment continued, the quality of the service declined. Her technique became noticeably messier, and she repeatedly nipped my cuticles, which was both uncomfortable and frustrating. The biggest issue came when I asked for the flower design I originally requested. I understand that detailed flowers can be difficult to draw on nails, and I do not fault her for struggling with it. However, I do take issue with being charged for a design that I ultimately did not receive. I even told her to stop attempting the flower, but she continued trying anyway. Customers should not have to pay for a design that was never completed successfully, regardless of the products used during the attempt. That said, I will give credit where it's due. The salon itself has a very friendly and elegant atmosphere, and the staff members were welcoming and provided good customer service overall. I just wish the actual service had matched the experience and pricing. read more

New favorite nail spot! It was my first time here. At many nail salons, the packages often include callus removal, which I don't want because I have thin skin and no calluses. They usually are not flexible in letting me swap it for something else, and I usually end up either not doing the package or doing it but feeling like it's not a great value when I've skipped one of the services. They were super accommodating at Shape Nail Lounge and allowed me to swap the callus removal for a paraffin wax instead! On top of that, salon was very clean and not smelly, well maintained; service was excellent and friendly. My gel pedicure came out perfect. Rachel did a great job!
