I called before I came to this place as a walk in. Since first contact all service was friendly and courteous. When I got there I was seated on a spa chair for my pedicure and was given this small table for my manicure. I enjoyed how clean the establishment was kept. The decoration was very chic and cute. Music was relaxing. Both techs were straight to the point. The lady that helped me figure out what I wanted (I wasn't sure plus I'm very indecisive) was spot on. I picked both color and design for mani & pedi (natural color gel with chrome) . My pedi's massage was amazing btw. I am very happy with my experience. I will be coming back. read more

For starters, you should probably only go to this place if you want Gel X or acrylics. Basic interior in a shopping center. While they're very friendly, it took them forever to do my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was the 2nd worst I've ever had, felt like she skipped so many steps, when she was cleaning underneath the nail she didn't wipe whatever came out onto the towel... she dumped it into the water... where my feet are soaking. I was so grossed out. The woman doing my manicure had to do the cutting and shaping for her and the French tip on my toes is hardly even a French tip. My manicure is cute, but ended up being kind of messy and mediocre. Nothing hurt while they were doing it so I'll give them that. All in all I ended up paying $90 and it wasn't worth it. I believe this place is better suited for those who want fake nails. Me personally, I won't be back. read more

First off I was the only person there of my color second of all they were rude 30 told me I couldn't get a regular pedicure I had to get a gel pedicure although the other women in there that were not my color I could get a regular pedicure but I had to get a gel pedicure if I wanted any design on it as if I've never had a pedicure or regular pedicure with a design I let her do my nails the side of them begin to peel I will never go there don't give your money to people who don't respect you we don't have to pay their mortgage let them go back to their country so they can pay their own mortgage but I will never go there I'll go to ladies nails on the lake went South but I will never go right there on Paramount and market ever again they don't respect people of color. read more

I should have known it was going to not end well when I asked for "cat eye" on almond shape and she asked what was that and if I had pictures. After 2 hours of her working on my hands and not getting a cat eye look I opted out to skip on the pedi. It was clear that she was new and didn't know that she was doing. They let me sit there until 615 to tell me that she was not gonna be able to do my nails because they close at seven and she was still busy as long as I got there before seven I should still have been able to get my nails done, they must be rich they sit in the corner. First time in this shop today. I stumbled on them after my usual nail place failed to call me to tell me my Tech wasn't able to make my appointment (2nd incident like this so I'm done with them). Got in my car and pulled up Yelp, found Letto's and the reviews had me sold. I took a chance and dropped in and Vinny greeted me and said it would be another 40 minutes before he could fit me in. I left and came back, so glad I did...Teresa did my acrylic fill/gel manicure and Julia did my pedicure. Both were extremely meticulous and I'm so happy with the way my nails turned out. I will definitely be scheduling an appointment next time and look forward to returning. Very friendly and kind people working here, and it seems like they do great designs, but I would not recommend for a pedicure. I had probably one of the roughest pedicures I have ever had. I e been going to the same tech for 5 years but she was not available for a week and I really needed a pedicure. I came here based on the reviews and how close it was to me. Unfortunately, my toes have been cut in multiple places, which has not happened to me in years. There are also several toes that dried covered in air bubbles, which is irritating. I still appreciate the kindness of the technicians and the shop is cute, but I would not recommend for pedicures. read more

I have been coming here to get my nails done for about a year now with my friend and I've never been disappointed. Vinny is a very friendly and funny person to be around.
