I'm sad to have to write such a low review however, for the price and description of the service it was not fulfilled as hoped. Firstly, I chose the most expensive option for pedicure which was supposed to last over an hour (it did not) it also was supposed to include more amenities that I'm sure were not included. The massage was supposed to be 10 minutes, it was not. I had a timer on my phone because if I enjoyed it I was going to inquire about adding additional time. I go here because it is close to my house and they have one nail tech who is great. This is a hit or miss spot. Sometimes they do good work but most times the quality of your nails does not match the price. The staff is really nice, they serve a mimosa, and it's clean but unless Angel is available to do your nails AND toes....I say...eh. Unless its Angel, all of my nails are usually shaped differently and my toenails are not polished well, with gel or regular. I haven't found anywhere better close to home so I still go but I am looking. read more

Second visit, I went in for fills, I thought I had poly gel nails put on the first time I came in about a month ago. After being seen they said I had Gel X nails. I never had either so it was new to me. So that being said they don't typically do fills on Gel X, they pretty much soak off and add a new set. At the end I ended up paying $60 and lesson learned to make sure to ask what you're getting. I wasn't impressed by the service I received, my nail polish has some areas of uneven coats, under the nail were not even or clean. The place is nice but I think for the price it's not worth it. I thought paying more for basic nail service is best but sometimes you don't always get the service you expect. read more

This was my first visit back in over 2yrs and I remember why. I walked in around 530p and I knew they closed at 7p. I was seated super quickly and it was only 3 other customers there. I asked for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. The waxing occurred while I sat in the chair for my pedicure. Not my preference but the service was okay. I was then asked to pay my full total for all services prior to my pedicure beginning. I checked the time and saw it was barely 6p but I could tell they were setting up to close. I paid and even added tip. Now for my pedicure I had to ask the tech to scrub harder as she was barely scrubbing the surface. I had to ask for the complimentary beverage. I was supposed to get hot towels. I asked for new towels because the ones they bought out were not even warm. She told me that they turned the machine off so that's why. I politely said while I understand they are trying to go home, I also paid and tipped for service so I would at least like the basics. Overall, the tech was nice but i definitely felt rushed for my services. She asked me if I've been there before and I honestly told her that I stopped coming because my services started getting inconsistent so I frequent another nail salon. I came in on Tuesday to use my 20% off birthday month coupon that the salon sends out every year. Instead of being welcomed or appreciated as a returning customer, the owner was rude, dismissive, and combative about honoring the coupon. He even made me pull out my driver's license to prove it was actually my birthday month, which was both unnecessary and uncomfortable. I've always enjoyed coming here in the past, but this experience really left a bad impression. A birthday promotion should make customers feel valued and celebrated, not interrogated. read more

I needed options on what to do to keep them from getting worse while they grew. I was given two options, what they recommended, and told that keeping them short for my job was not an issue (one place refused to cut them short). I had a walk in today for a pedicure, and had to wait a bit but it was something I did not mind at all since I came later in the day. Someone highly requested this place. But came out mediocre and rushed. Never do my nails regularly because never have time but I had a holiday party to go to. Polish was everywhere and glue bulky and not cleaned. Also stacked extra cost without notifying me and me not knowing anything about nails until I asked my friends. So they basically scammed me I paid my due because it is what it is at this point and my daughter needed to be picked up. But as new costumer never will I come back because if I can't see consistency of work it will always be mediocre. read more

Angel, tu, and Amy are the greatest! I love their selection of nail colors. I especially appreciate that they provide a palette with combination colors and chrome designs so that you know what your nails could look like if you wanted (for example) when coat of funny bunny, and one coat of bubble bath with chrome on top. I'm finding this really helpful for myself and makes the decision making for nail colors a little bit easier. I also highly appreciate that they provide a beverage upon sitting in your chair. A few months ago, I was looking for a nail salon that had good reviews for gel extensions, and I came across Beam. My first appt was with Ann (and I've been seeing her ever since). I explained to her what I was looking for and based on my feedback she recommended dip nails. I had never had them before so was a little nervous - but I have since come to really enjoy them! They make my nails so much stronger and they look great. Aside from a little wear on the tips and a couple small chips (all my doing - I'm pretty rough on my nails & hands, hence wanting something strong), I can go about 3 weeks between appointments. They have a huge amount of colors to choose from, so you're bound to find something you like. Plus they offer you a beverage during your service - you can even have a mimosa which is fun! The vibe was cool large big screen TV's nice music great If one thing I would like to see change is that they open their instruments from the sterile packet in front of you. I did not see one person do that are remove them from the germicide jar. Called this morning for an Appointment the lovely receptionist booked me for 1:30. Ended up getting a text to push back to 2pm. Love that they called to let me know to come later. My friend had a good experience but it was average for me. I left with a regular polish job that was clunky and not smooth. The lady was nice but the job was okay. My friend loves her new set and had no real complaints. We couldn't sit together, though because I guess acrylics only were at the bar... kind of ruined our girl's nail day.
