I initially had a great experience at this place, which is why I decided to return. My second visit involved a bit of a wait, but I brushed it off. However, my third appointment was the final straw. I had scheduled my appointment with Wendy two weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was told she would be 15 minutes late. After waiting 20 minutes, I checked in with a nail tech, who called Wendy and then seated me at her station. Wendy didn't show up 15 minutes late--she arrived 35 minutes late. She wasted my time. Lied about how long she would be. I specifically booked with Wendy because I appreciate her work, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I've given this place too many chances, but yesterday was the final straw. I've been a loyal customer and always get the same service, but this visit felt completely rushed and careless. I took my son in for a pedicure, and they actually did an amazing job with him. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Rose cut my toe badly enough that she had to apply peroxide, and Tina cut my finger during the manicure. I'm a professional braider, so using my hands is my livelihood. Because of these injuries, I've had to cancel all of my clients for the rest of the week, which has directly impacted my income. Accidents happen, but the lack of care and attention this time was unacceptable. I expected better from a place I've supported regularly. Sadly, I won't be returning. read more

Horrible experience! Went in and got my nails done. Nail Tech Emily was rushing to get them done and in the end they looked bad! About 15 mins after leaving some nails burst and had liquid come out, others wrinkled. Went in the next day to get them redone. Same tech 'fixed' them but did something totally different so I knew she probably didn't know how to do them. In the end they came out a bit better so I left. 2 hrs later the same thing happened as the first time!! I was so upset because I didn't want to waste more time getting them redone a third time. Went the next morning and insisted they take them off and give me a refund. The tech had the audacity to tell me that they can't do refunds only redo them and I refused to accept that! I demanded a refund. She said she could only refund half and once again I refused. In the end I told her I wasn't leaving without a full refund because I wasn't about to get them done again with someone that clearly doesn't know what they are doing. My nails were incredibly sensitive at that point plus she had cut me a couple of times. In the end she told me that the money was going to come out of her pocket and I told her I didn't care where it came from as long as I get it put back in mine. My first visit here was wonderful because the woman I had helped me with my ingrown nails but then she painted my nails with old polish that I had to take off when I got home because it was gooey and didn't dry. I decided to give it another try. Terrible experience. The woman was nice but it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She didn't dig in the sides to make sure I didn't have ingrowns. She used old gooey nail polish and instead of asking to change colors, she kept globing it on top and it ended up being chunky and ugly. So terrible pedicure and terrible pant. I came in today for my usual and they offered me a detox service I couldn't refuse. They soaked my feet for about 30 minutes and the toxins that was released in the water was unbelievable. I got a pedicure and they did do a good job on my toes but I could you not there was rats running through the ceiling. I ussaly do not do reviews but I do not think this is acceptable. When I acknowledged the rats in the ceilings the lady who worked there acted like no big deal and laughed it off. I came in here yesterday and got pedicures with my husband and a facial for myself. The staff was so nice and helpful and the salon is clean and organized. My nails turned out beautifully and the facial has already reduced to appearance of my wrinkles and dark spots with the first 30-minute treatment. I will be coming back to purchase the Incellderm collection. I also came here a few years ago for pedicures with my young daughters as well and the staff was so sweet and patient with them. Kinda a mixed bag here, but I likely won't be back. Let's start with the good. The pedicure was good. I got the princess + peel package. She spent a lot of time getting all the dead cuticles. If anything it was a little on the rough side, but sometimes it just takes that to get around the edges. Massage was good. I loved the cooling gel. Which is also a separate step from the massage. Pedicure was a 4.5/5. Now the bad. I will say that must take personal responsibility as I am not assertive enough. I don't do well with pushy people and I tend to be overly trusting that sometimes they know better than me. Well I wanted to go back to my natural nails and get the acrylic dip powder removed but the man doing my mani said he could do a fill and thin out the acrylic and it would look nice. No wrong. He didn't even do a good job. I should have gone with what I wanted. I only got the dip powder last time because I was going to an event and had some broken nails. I'm not sure how this salon has 4 stars. I came here thinking they had quality service. The lady who did my nails took absolutely forever, I simply asked for acrylic nails with just black polish. No design. She took over 2 hours and the results were terrible. I left the salon with acrylic all over my cuticles and on my fingers. Not even an hour of leaving the salon, my gel polish chipped off. It seems like the gel polish did not fully dry. I came in the next day at 10am to see if they could fix it. It says on the website, google maps, Apple Maps and on their signs that they open @10am. But the store was not open and no workers were inside. Another customer and I waited outside the salon for 15-20mins and the salon was still closed. We both called the number of the salon many many times. The lack of professionalism this nails salon holds proves that they are not worth your time. I highly recommend going to a different salon to get your moneys worth. read more

My friend and I decided to visit this location for the second time. They did a very good job the first time we visited. This second time my friend and I arrived at 12:30pm. We understand that all business are short staffed. We waited 15 minutes before being seated for a spa pedi and manis. They proceeded to work on my friend first. It was 45 minutes before, I was helped. I had taken my feet in and out of the water. It was starting to get cold and my feet were getting wrinkled from over soak. The pedicure was ridiculing my feet for having "so much dead skin" I informed her that my feet had been soaking for a while but also there was a reason I was getting a pedicure. She over-buffed the skin below my big toe. I let her know it hurt me. She brushed it off like it was no big deal and continued to rub alcohol on it. My friend was all done with both her mani and pedi while I was just getting my toes done. It was now two hours later. We were starting to get hungry. I decided to skip the manicure. I was at this nail salon for 3 hours still getting my toes done. This place was ridiculous. read more

When I come by to visit him, we make a day of coming here. They take their time! I've been to places where they rush you and don't do a quality job, not here. The ladies make sure you are satisfied and get exactly what you want. Vivian is super kind, friendly, professional and proficient. Wendy is a cute little young thing with detailed experience. Rose and Tina give the best pedicures, and are so sweet, very good at detail!This nail salon is nice, roomy, comfortable and welcoming. Always decorated and cute. A year ago, while moving, a heavy drawer was dropped on my foot, bruising my big toe black at the cuticle. Scared asl that it might fall off, I came to this spa after. They reassured me that it wasn't going to fall off, just needs to grow. As a result of very careful (no gel) pedicures my bruised toe has grown out and returned to its original state in 8 months! I was able to wear sandals throughout the summer because they really took their time making my dented injured toe matched the others. Absolutely loved the enthusiasm and encouragement for helping me through that difficult time. Love these ladies!! They show so much care and attention. The drinks and snacks offered are *chefs kiss* I remember coming in one day that I was dead tired after work and they let me nap after my pedicure was done! Every time I come here on a Sunday in the morning I always make sure to call otherwise I have waited for 30 minutes before. They are pretty disorganized with appointments. I called them before for an appointment and they never honor it. Today I called them at 11 am to ask them when is a good time and the owner told me at 12pm. I have errands to run I got dropped off at 12pm for the owner to say can you come back in 40 min? Her excuse was that the lady who was suppose to come in didn't come in. That's not my problem.
