This was my go to nail spot until the day they refused to give me proper service for not wanting to pay more for a gel pedicure. I arrived on a slow day, and the short chubby lady I think she is the boss was mad that she had to do my pedicure, she wasn't doing anything when I got there. She didn't take off the nail polish I had on properly and didn't scrub the bottom of my feet with the proper scrubbing tool, just with the tools in the little $1 bag they always give you. She then proceeded to poorly paint my toenails. Her vibe was off and rude, if you can wait for someone else to do your pedicure then you should. I use to love this place when I first found it a year ago but since then it's been really inconsistent. I'd say back in June/July of last year I got builder gel done on my natural nails and it was $40. Today, I went and it was $50, a freaking 25% increase in price. I suppose I wouldn't be so upset until I realized that the builder gel application was so uneven. I should have said something I know but damn, to charge $50 and not even apply the builder gel properly is wild. I explicitly requested a stiletto shape, but the technician decided on his own that an almond shape would look better and filed them down without consulting me. this place is kind of hidden in a little shopping center next to a smoke shop so you would just drive right past it and not think anything of it but they give great service great pedicures all the ladies are super nice. This nail spot has a terrific manicurist who's name is Hannah and a good pedicurist who's name is Jade she's very meticulous and does a thorough job. They're probably the only reason I actually come back. I have been helped by Lisa in the past and she tends to rush through the manicure and gets annoyed when you ask for anything particular (very poor customer service) she acts like she's doing the manicure for free. read more

What I like about this place is that they try to fit you in as much as possible and they do work pretty fast. I've been here like 5 or 6 times now and the work overall is good, but lately it's kind of declining. And I don't think they should be popping acrylics off to remove, they should be soaking them off but they don't do it and can be damaging to your natural nail. My last set, I got a sticker design and it lasted for a good two weeks, then fell off. I just went yesterday and already today some of the stickers I got have fallen off or are peeling off. I made a same-day appointment and came here with my family, two of us got gel manicures, and one of us did a regular mani-pedi. I highly recommend making appointments, especially on weekends. These nail technicians are extremely experienced. They were perfectly efficient, gentle, and detailed. I have gotten my nails done plenty of times and hated how rough some technicians were, but these technicians really know how to take care of you! You have to purchase a nail kit for $1 and bring it back with you every time you go which is something I'm not use it. They don't really take reservations. I called early in the morning and she just told me to come in, didn't take my name or my number. While I was there, there was definitely a long wait for everyone who arrived after me. Overall the salon is definitely on the lower end quality. After 1 day, my gel already chipped. Really disappointed since I got my nails done for an event. i called to see if they can fix it and she just told me to come in . WHAT KIND OF NAIL TECH SMACKS YOUR HAND WITH A FILER because she doesn't like how it's positioned? She scolded me to relax and made me move out my seat multiple times. This is the third time WENDY did my nails and each time was a terrible experience. The first two times i thought i was over reacting because i've never experienced this and was just taken aback by her commands but after the third time I AM DONE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. She told me to not watch what she is doing to my nails and watch the tv instead? like im watching her because she is too rough and keeps straightening or bending my fingers obnoxiously just to position it to her liking that my hands actually hurt. I even have to argue with her when asking her to cut my acrylics shorter. SHE WAS JUST OVERALL RUDE AND NASTY. I needed a pedicure while she's doing my acrylic so i had to pull up the bottom of my pants and she started screaming "no no" and im confused and didn't even know she was talking to me and so she smacked my hand again and told me "I TOLD YOU NO, WHY ARE YOU NOT LISTENING" this pushed me to the edge and i ended up gaving her an attitude back. after the staff knew i was pissed off all of a sudden they all became so friendly but it was tooo late and I WILL STAND BY THIS ONE STAR. if i could give no stars I would. PLEASE DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TORTURE. i paid $90 for such terrible service and my nails didn't even come out how i wanted it. It's shape is all crooked and its overall terrible. This salon was amazing! Everything is so new and up to date. It was a bit small but there was no one there when I went in at 545 on a Tuesday. I got an acrylic overlay on my short length nails with a gel design and my total was $50! Amazing price and she did a great job! She was gentle and don't hurt me (like other salons have). I started coming here a while ago. And at first it was ok and it got some what better. So I kept going. But honestly now that I think about it. My full sets would always have nails come off or break. One time the lady scratched me really bad on my foot and it got infected. And I didn't come for 6 months and it was like I forgot. Today my pedicure was rushed and Wendy cut four of my fingers and did not leave me with coffin nails. Not sure what I was thinking coming back. I'm going tomorrow so they can fix them. Hopefully they don't give me a hard time. And it will definitely be my last time. Also I almost forgot her nails were filthy underneath it was so gross.
