I want to start by saying the woman who did my nails was very kind. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst manicure I've ever had. The nail shaping was uneven to the point that I had to fix it myself at home, and the gel polish was applied very thick and chunky. Five of my fingers were left bleeding, my cuticles were not properly trimmed, and there was loose skin hanging after the service. My fingers now burn even when I wash my hands. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. read more

I randomly found this nail salon near my house and decided to give them a call. Tina answered the phone and kindly let me know that walk-ins are welcome, so I came in about 10 minutes later. Brian did my acrylics and Helen did my pedicure -- both were amazing! They were gentle, kind, and very sweet throughout the whole service. I've been having a hard time finding someone who can do my acrylics just the way I like, and Brian did such a great job. Afterward, Helen asked if I wanted to do my eyebrows, and she threaded and plucked them perfectly -- they came out great! Overall, I had a really pleasant experience here. FIRST AND LAST TIME I've been doing dip for eight months, came here because I relocated not only did they remove my dip powder completely they replaced it with a cheaper product AND IT WAS SUPER THIN that came off the very next day and when I got it repaired, it came off the same day and is chipping see pictures. The product they use is subpar and each nail tech Mimi(the girl) and Brian (the guy) do it completely different ways which blows my mind. As someone who's been doing dip powder for eight months both of them are not correct in their process. And those that want to say well each nail place is different, that might be the case maybe if it didn't fall off the next day so save your comments for yourself. I have been coming here for Helen to do my eyebrows wax and Mai to do my gel pedicure for 6 years. I live in another state but when I do come home I always stop here and get my usual. I was happy that Mai was able to squeeze me in but make sure you call directly and schedule an appointment because they are under new management. I did call the shop directly a week before to make my appointment with Mai but it wasn't noted. Some of us have been coming here before new management took over and we're loyal to our nail ladies. Beware!! Avoid this place! I can't think of a worse salon. I left this place feeling robbed/cheated. I went in for a basic pedicure. Which is listed as $20 on the window sign. The tech pushed for a manicure, so I agreed to that as well, also asking for a basic service. Window sign lists this as $13. What I received was a bare minimum pedicure, no scrub, no stones, no massage, no callus removal. By the end, I was charged $46! How?? She couldn't explain it AND wouldn't refund me to recharge correctly! And proceeded to be rude and blame me. On top of the lies and blatant STEALING, the service was shoddy (see pictures). My cuticles are worse off then when I came in. And even after several asks yo clean up the work, I was left with very poorly done work. Save your time, breath, and money! I'd say avoid this place!! read more

Update: second time back here and was helped by same person who did my white tip set, Mr Bryan. I asked to have them taken off (I type a lot so I just wanted to have a regular manicure) and he went out of his way to wrap each finger in tin foil/alcohol to remove the acrylic. This is standard technique but bryan was very gentle and diligent in the process which I very much appreciated. I've had a lot of rough and painful "take off" sessions from other salons but he made it comfortable and quick. I also want to shout out TINA who did my pedicure same day. She offered every service they provided so I knew what options I had. I picked the $37 lavender treatment and it was worth it. They have other scents available. It's basically a hot lotion foot/leg rub as well as crystal exfoliation. I saw her go back after she was finished and continue to clean up my cuticles and make sure each toe had cuticle oil on them. It's not everyday you get nail techs who really pay attention to details. On top of their skill set they are all very kind and sweet and always make me laugh and feel comfortable. Bummed. Nice ladies but not the best work. Went in for a pedicure and the quality wasn't good. The paint isn't coated smoothly and there is paint outside my nail bed. Came in the next day to tell them to fix it but still alittle sloppy. Not sure if it's the quality of nail polish or the pedicurist but left unhappy twice. Manicure on the other hand looked good. I have been here three times and first time was alright second time I liked 2 ladies who did my mani and pedi one of them goes by name Hannah. This time I asked for Hanna and got different Hannah no problem there but the gentleman who did my manicure did not have the right skills because he buff way too hard on my fingers and my skin and it started bleeding. He was hard on cleaning off the cuticles too I reminded him that it's a regular mani and not gel so does not need to buff. Totally not okay to pay to see my skin cut and bleed. During this times specially I could expect them to wear gloves but he had not and kept using his thumb nails to clean off any nail paint from the edges. The lady was wearing gloves wish all employees of this place followed the rules. It is irritating when someone uses their thumb nail by cutting close to sensitive skin after all the scrubbing instead of a brush to clean off edges felt that needs to be changed. There is also communication problem where I felt he is not understanding what I say. I do support local business that's the only reason I kept going to this place. I will not recommend this place to anyone because of my disappointing experience. read more
