Really small spot. I called and Ann asked how long I was going to take, less than 5 min when I spoke with her and she said to come in. I walked in and she was getting the water started.toes came out nice. Might come back next time with an appointment.. The parking spots are weirdly marked. If there is a car parked to the nail shop it will take up some extra space making the next spot not able to park between the lines. So I end up parking right next to that car. Since no other car was there. Parked Not to close so I can still get out and I did not know who car that was, so I wanted them to be able to get in too.. Another customer came a couple seconds after me, one of the person came out the car and was like can you move you car your taking up two spot. I said sure it wasnt a problem, since I have not sat down, then she was like oh it's fine cause I didnt see the parking spot was "awkward." With such attitude She will probably see this. I decided to stop by and give this place a visit because it had good reviews, it's close to home, and it seemed very affordable. I called in my appointment and they asked for me to come in at 6:30 but I got there at 6 and Ann was free so she took me in. I asked for Ann because it seemed like everyone recommended her. This place is fairly small. There was 3 women there when I walked in. Nobody had clients but it did get busy right after so there was 2 people waiting for a bit. So I suggest making an appointment ahead of time. I picked my color and got a pedicure with Ann. I am kinda new to pedicures, I always did them myself and I decided I needed to have a cleaner job haha ! Pros: - affordable, paid $13 for a spa pedicure Included : foot scrub, lotion, massage, hot towel and polish. - Ann was thorough, took her time, and was very nice. - Massaging chairs, music videos playing on large tv Cons: - they don't use a bag to cover the spa section. - parking is difficult to find - color selection and brands could be better I definitely would be coming back. I was searching for a cheap nail salon and I stumbled upon Express Nails. I'm so happy I did because the service was great and the price was even better ! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure which turned out amazing. They really took their time to make sure the gel was smooth and had no bubbles. Went in here about 12:30 pm thinking it was not going to be too busy. I live right down the street and have been here before and attended promptly! Once I get in, the lady working looks at me as if she was thinking "What is she doing here?" I tell her : "I'd like to get a pedicure" And for the first time at any business she tells me: "Can you come back tomorrow, we're busy and I'm the only one working". I know some people write shitty reviews, but because they have very high expectations from some one who is spending 2 hours and getting paid $15. Ann is super thorough and organized, yes may be her English is not strong but the service is great and price is super cheap, and it's not owned by some horrible big boss who tortures their employees and treat them bad. They are people too and deserve a break and sometimes they have the right to be choosy. If she is tried may be she doesn't like to do a full set that takes so much time and not a healthy choice for her. Too many princesses and high maintenance girls these days. For what you pay and the service is very very good. My favorite part is the massage and I love going to Ann because she takes her time and does it's really well, just what I need after a long day. I have also tried their facial once and it was pretty good, it consisted of a steam, a mask, and a moisturizer I believe. However, the mask is made from paper from a package. She makes sure that every experience is unique to fulfill one's needs. If you want great colors to choose from, good massages, and a thourogh nail fix-me-up this is the place. A couple of additional tidbits: she has Wi-Fi and will play anything you want on the t.v. I called as soon as they opened to make a morning appointment and there was availability right at that moment so that was great. I got a gel manicure but felt it wasn't as thorough as other places. I also didn't like that the lady doing my nails used the THINEST layers so she made like 4 layers before using a darker polish because she wasn't putting enough color to get the one I wanted which was the one on the polish. Honestly, one of the best manicures I have gotten in over a year. Just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get a gel fill that I was long long overdue for. I called ahead of time and I'm glad I did, the place is pretty small and it's not like a normal salon with 7-8 people waiting on walk ins. So this was my first time getting a pedicure. It was something I've wanted to go try for awhile. After getting bbq from next door the day before I figured I would try. So I got there about 10:45 am and they had one lady there. They sat me in the chair and checked to make sure the water wasn't too hot. They offered me a bottle water while I waiting. When I first got there they had the TV set on some show , not an English show. And they changed it. I wouldn't have asked nor did I mind not knowing what the hell was going on. So I thought that was really mice of them to change it. And the best part is they changed it to King Kong or whatever that movie was. I hadn't seen it so it was nice to watch it.
