AVOID THIS SHOP******** I came into this nail shop at 11am for nails and a pedicure. The older man told me he would start with my nails first. He sat me down and started a soak-off, and while that was finishing, what I assume is a "regular" walked in around 11:13am and asked, "should I come back later?" since there were already about 6 people being serviced. He told her no, to sit at another table, and then got up and left me mid-service to go help her. Mind you, I only had gel on, so it's a soak-off with acetone and then drill off the rest. He started servicing her and never came back to me or communicated anything, he just walked away. Around 11:18, another lady noticed that the man just left me mid service and moved me to a pedicure chair and started my pedicure. After a while, the man finally came back to continue on my nails. I politely asked him to remove the aluminum foil, and he said he would finish doing my nails, but at that point I declined service based on how everything was handled. The other lady told me he "had an appointment," but I don't believe that was the case because she had just walked in and asked if she should come back later, not that she was there for a scheduled appointment. Overall, it was just handled very poorly. I come here when I'm in the area, and my partner is a regular customer, but after this experience, we both won't be coming back. Okay.. this is your typical run of the mill Vietnamese chop shop. 1. They don't turn on the AC 2. They offer water 3. The older Vietnamese lady micromanaging and hovering was not appreciative 4. Open space back room so you could smell their heated lunches or hear their show playing on their phones Some services aren't listed on their menu, so that kinda sucked. So they can upcharge however much they wanted. And $1 charge on card transactions that I didn't see a notice anywhere. I wouldn't come back. read more

Great clean spot, ran by a family. Got gel nail polish for hand and feet. Tips on my hands. Had a chip on one of the nails after a couple days and went back to get it fixed. They fixed it right then with no charge. Got some compliments on my nails as well, I will be back! read more

This is a family owned business ran by a couple and their two kids. It is a hidden gem at the Ralph's shopping center that is clean, calm, and relaxing. The technicians are very professional and take pride in their work, plus there is not a lot of chatter between them which makes the ambiance relaxing. The prices are comparable and they offer several scrub and callus remover pedicure. The mother is also great at removing ingrown nails. Best part is they close later at 7:30, unlike other salons nearby! read more

I was in the area and needed a quick manicure so I stop by to ask if they can see me and of course they took me in. As soon as you walk in, they were extremely nice to me and ask what I needed . I said just a trim/cut nothing extra I was short in time so I needed something fast. I forgot to get the technician name, but she didn't great job on getting me in and out fast with professional work. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely come back here again. Amazing!!! I don't usually like doing my nails unless it's a special event, so I don't have a manicurist or location that I prefer. But after coming in for a full set I want to continue coming in. I appreciate the detail and attention, skill set is beyond what I've experienced at other nail salons. I had the powder set and these are the thinnest and most natural looking nails I've had done. Usually the nail ends up thick and feel unnatural. But my set here feels like the extension is my natural nail. It reopened under new owner, Kevin, who has made some significant improvements to the salon and services. The new friendly reception staff are always professional and courteous. As well as, the salon is bright and clean with a welcoming staff. Lani has been my manicurist for 5yrs+ and is WONDERFUL. The facility seems really unsanitary and they don't use a liner when they wash your feet. She just sprayed it down after... so honestly wondering how many germs are in there............ I go to this salon for pedicures and a different salon for full set nails. I decided this time i'll give it a try and wanted white french tip nails. I changed my mind mid way thru because of all the extra charges. My other salon would've charged me $55-60. But here they were charging me $75.
