My overall service was 5 stars. The pedicure was really nice. The service was provided by Lee, and I highly suggest that you ask for her. We came on a Monday as a pack of 3 getting pedicures. One of us also got a manicure. There were only 2 nail techs working, so one of us (me) was left just soaking for a long period of time. Which would have been fine, but my water continued to get cold. There was someone working the front desk I guess, just walking around and sitting in the front laughing at videos while I sat in cold water. Which I found annoying and rude. I wish she would have been more attentive to me since she was doing nothing. For her none-attentiveness, I really wanted to rate this review lower, but that wouldn't be fair to the service I received and the clean facility. Update: lowering one star. My moms gel manicure is already peeling off after a little over a week.

I had a very pleasant experience here for a pedi one time. The girl that did my pedi has been on vacation for a few weeks now. I decided to try Anna for "hard gel" I am very picky and like a job well done . I must say that Anna is talented. However today I had a pretty bad experience. I came to see her last week and she did my hard gel and gel polish. On that day I witnessed her having an argument with another client. She had given the client a price and then changed it for $5 more . The client kindly asked why that happened and Anna quickly became defensive. She became frantic and when she sat back down to do my nails she was shaking and very upset . I asked if she was ok and noticed she clearly wasn't . She then grabbed water but it was so awkward. Anyway she did a very poor job that day. I went back today 3 days later. Made an appointment for her to change my color and redo my nails. I get there and she was doing someone else's nails . She didn't take me in until 1.5 hours later . I only waited because she needed to fix my nails and I wasn't going to visit a new place a pay all over . I'm not one to do this but enough is enough when your the one paying for such service. She was not happy that I was there . Made a few comments and she said omg you are so picky!!!! Yes I am picky because getting my nails done is my guilty pleasure . I pay to have my nails done ! At the end when she wanted to charge me and told me I owed $20. I told her I would pay for my toes not my hands. She was rude and took me in 1.5 hrs after I made an appointment! I gave her the money for my toes because they were repainted too. She didn't care that she made me wait , she didn't even want to help me. She power sped though each finger and I was jumping as I felt she was going to cut me. Another comment she said was- why would you go outside and look at your nails ?! Excuse me ? My nails should be perfect in the sunlight and in the dark ! WTH! Unfortunately I do not recommend this place until Le comes back to do her amazing pedicures . If you don't like what you do , try something different! I am not one to complain but she needs to work on her customer service skills it's not ok! I won't be going back to her after this it's sad because I have her a second chance .

Best nail salon ever! My new favorite place I will never spend my money anywhere els with thier affordable prices!! ASK FOR ANNA! She did this set, took her time! Did not make any faces when I asked for changes. Very patient and polite. I am extremely happy with this set I cannot believe how gorgeous they came out! WOW thank you ANNA!! I will be back! if I could give over 20 STARTS I sure would! They chair we sit in for our pedicures also gives a massage! Massage chairs all options available.

It was a treat to come in today! My daughter and I walked in and we were taken right away. They are so clean and organized and treat you like royalty. Their color selection is amazing and the massage was relaxing. We chose some nice blues and teals. The coats are layered in multiples according to base, color in 2 layers, and top. The orange sugar scrub was heavenly scented too! Will be my new Go-to for a pedi spa in the future!

I have been going here for a few years. Everytime I come it's always the best experience. I am greeted very well and I always leave satisfied.

Well... where do I start, so the place is nice clean and spacious. We went in October 6,2022 for 3 pedicures 2 dips one gel manicure. First red flag was that she didn't take of my previous dip she just filed it and added new dip on top that resulted in some of my nails to look bulky. The appearance of the finish product was not it. The following day my color chipped and SATURDAY my dip fell off on part of my pointer finger. My sister who also got dip Her dip fell Saturday too. As for my moms gel manicure is chipping as I type. Overall it wasn't with $200 dollars. Do not recommend this place. In the pictures you can't really see the inconsistency of the color that was painted with gel and not dip as it should.

Love this salon! The only place I come to for my nails. I got a pedicure on Friday, from the start the lady was really rough. (She also pushes the cuticles dry) All of my toes were tender to touch as i left the shop. Although the rest of toes are now ok, my big toe is still red, swollen and now excreting pus. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have not been able to sleep because of the pain and the throbbing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I still cannot put on socks/shoes because It's painful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do not recommend this place, i also noticed that they did not use new sanitized tools. read more

I've been coming here for a year and I'm very sad to say I got nail fungus here. My big toe broke, so when getting a pedicure, they suggested an acrylic overlay. I agreed, when I went back the following month, she said my nail was still growing so she decided to keep the acrylic but failed to tell me there was fungus on my nail. She finished my pedicure and I noticed this time she was not using sanitized materials on me. Safe to say I will NEVER come here again. read more

Had high hopes of finding a nail shop in my neighborhood that could be my go-to. I made early appointments for my daughter and I the day before. When we arrived, there was only one person and she got started right away, but my daughter had to wait for her nail artist. It felt rushed and no one was there yet, they had just opened! (9am) [[HIGHLIGHT]]We didn't feel very welcomed and felt like they were just trying to upsell us services.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My daughter's nails are short and they kept asking if she wanted acrylics...mind you, she's 12![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And I have never had them, so I just politely kept declining. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They kept asking if we wanted gel pedis, but I only said Manis.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also kept yelling back and forth on the nail design my daughter chose.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If they couldn't do it, no problem, just say so. We could choose something else.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, in just asking her opinion mix and match nail design and basically was given a harsh response.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, it was unfortunate that we won't be returning customers. Update: After my review the owner offered to fix my nails free of charge. The effort to do that with the amazing customer service they have definitely changes my view on this place. Thanks Anna! I went to a nail spot and it's an hour wait so I thought I'd try this place out. I called first and a guy , Jason, answered. He let me know there is no wait to do dip. I actually have an appointment Saturday with the one person I trust my nail with from Nail Bar 86, but I thought I'd try this place out so I won't have to go on Saturday. I'm not a fan of men doing my nails. It just never turns out how I want it to. But I thought I'd try Jason. Third times the charm. Right? Well all though he was very kind, unfortunately I wasn't too happy with how he does dip. It wasn't filed nicely but it wasn't sanded down to the point where it was smooth. There were many bumps. And when he puts clear nail polish there were also lumps. He fixed one but when I got home I found more lumps from the clear nail polish. So after this I'll just stick with Cheata from Nail Bar 86. My nails were terribl. I walked in and got a nice pedicure and wonderful gel nail set. The staff had to take off all the old nails and replace them. Altogether my total is $100 and I will definitely be a repeat and happy customer!! read more

This is my second visit to Luxury Nails & again had my friend with me. It was a great experience! This def will be our go-to shop. Tracy again did a great job with my friend..... Taking on her very long stilettos is def a chore, but the designs in her head are going to start coming out. Anna did my nails this time & I absolutely loved them! The Monday prior to this Thursday appt a young man did my pedi &he was amazing!! I will warn to make an appointment!! They get very busy, very fast. I made our appt 2 days in advance, on our appt day they had 6 walk ins within the time we were there. This over all is a great place &please make an appointment!! read more

Rating : Ambience 5/5 = it's clean Service 4/5 Skills 4/5 James was great with my pedicure so I'm giving it a 4 stars. Unfortunately, my dip full set nails are crooked... The pictures looks better than reality. Unevenly file also the coat was applied just too thick for my taste. One nail is leaning towards left where another towards right if that make sense. I have to fix it myself. I would give it more like a 3.5 star. But I'm nice enough to round it up to 4. Also it seems that Anne is the best technician there and she was busy and I was in a hurry so it might be different if Anne did my nails? I dont think i will come back. Sorry. read more

Had to wait a little bit (15-20 mins) even though I had an appointment. The dip nails I got done didn't really last long (probably a week). It was not worth the $$ I spent, I probably would not come back. read more

I was not planning on leaving my experience but before you come here be aware their acrylic/ service are not good. First off I came on a Sunday, I wasn't greeted (which I don't mind they're busy) but they weren't. Only one person, I came in around 4 so they were probably in a rush to leave as well. I asked for a full set, the young lady who did my nails seemed bothered, she did my set so fast probably in 35-40 min. She left them so thick, and bumpy. I'm not good with letting people know I don't like something, even tipped her but was bummed. 2 days later 2 nails fall off !? That's when I decided to go on Wednesday around 3pm and the shop was closed even tho there hours sat open on the door and Yelp? I took it as a sign to go else where luckily I got my nails fixed Elsewhere and this local nail shop is aware of luxury nails too! I hope they work better in their service, throw out the cheap stuff & have better training over all. read more

Anna took such great care of me. I made an appointment for a full set and gel pedicure. Anna is incredibly patient and very detailed! I am very happy with the outcome. Keep in mind that is appointment only due to the pandemic. Call ahead as bookings fill fast! Clients are to be worked on one at a time and stations have barriers between technicians and clients. My lashes started falling out almost immediately after my appointments. I had a previous lash artist for a long time and never experienced this, and since switching to someone new, I'm no longer having the same problem. Lashes are not falling out at all the next day. That makes me feel confident the issue wasn't my aftercare. Especially since my previous lash girl was amazing and I followed the same lash care. What was most disappointing wasn't just the retention, it was how the situation was handled. When I reached out, I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously, and I felt the blame was placed on me instead of there being any willingness to consider that something may have gone wrong. I even ended up going through a holiday weekend with my lashes looking patchy because I couldn't get them fixed in time. Beyond that, I never felt particularly comfortable during my appointments. The interactions often came across as unfriendly, and over time I started feeling anxious about going in. Getting lashes should be a relaxing experience, not one where you feel uncomfortable. I'm sure she may be a good fit for some clients, but based on my experience, I wouldn't return or recommend her. Customer service and how concerns are handled matter just as much as the lashes themselves.

I had a terrible experience at Luxury Nail & Spa. I asked the technician to file my toenails during my pedicure because they weren't smooth. She insisted it was just how my nails were and refused to buff them. Another nail tech came over and started yelling at me, demanding extra payment for a service that should be included in a pedicure. She continued to argue and eventually told me not to come back.
