The price is decent, but the service is terrible. I called ahead and was told to come at 6, and didn't get seated until 6:45. They then left us with our feet in water for nearly 30 minutes before they finally got started. We arrived at 6 and didn't leave until 8:30, and all we did was a pedicure. Do not recommend based solely on the fact that they'd rather waste your time to make some cash just say they are fully booked. read more

I had a gel manicure done by Wendy I believe and she did a terrible job. I'm currently 9 months pregnant and was able to grow out long and thick nails and she decided to use the electric filer to take off a small amount of gel nail polish left from a previous manicure. My nails ended up paper thin and jagged. She even broke a few of them so had to shorten all of them. I had to tell her to stop. She said she had to use to electric filer because I'm pregnant. WORST SERVICE EVER. It was September 2, 2022, a sweltering HOT Friday afternoon. My friend and I made manicure appointments for MY BIRTHDAY and we spent an HOUR WAITING after our appointment time to be attended! HORRENDOUS! AND ON MY BIRTHDAY?!?! The same thing happened today that has happened the 2 other times I've been here. I called at 2:15 and they said they had room for a mani/pedi at 2:30. I came in at 2:30 and they had me sit and put my feet in the water. The two employees there were just starting on other people's nails, at the time my appointment was supposed to be. I sat there for an hour and 15 minutes while they finished other people's nails. While I was waiting, 3 other people came in for a 3:30 appointment they had scheduled. At 3:45, one of the employees finished and walked over to start with one of those customers. I had to say excuse me, I'm sorry but I've been waiting for over an hour, are you gonna do my nails? Then she said ok and came over to do mine first. The 3 customers ended up leaving (rightly so). During my appointment, 2 other separate customers came in and asked if you had time, and you said yes in a few minutes. It was not going to be a few minutes. You had those people waiting another 45 minutes before the first one even got started. Both nail techs were rushing my appointment to get it done, and because of this the pedicurist cut my toe and it bled. Also during my appointment both the manicurist and pedicurist told me that the third employee had not come in that day and that's why you were backed up. No problem, things happen, but that's exactly what you said the other 2 times, and I don't think that's why you were backed up. I saw you make fake promises to 6 people including myself. This is not okay to do to people. I understand you want to get people's business, but I saw you lose multiple people's business today because you were dishonest about the timing. If you would've told me to come in at 3:30 I would've come in at 3:30 instead of wasting my time. I don't think I'll be returning because this is not the first time I've seen you doing this. read more

Went to this place for the first time, the one star is because they were welcoming. My husband and I went in for a pedicure, 1. It took so long! 2 1/2 hours and we were the only ones in there, 2. They spoke in their language the entire time, never addressed us. 3. My husbands toes are know pealing and by that I mean his skin is literally falling off. He is in so much pain, bleeding. He let her know that whatever they were using was burning him, she continued to spray anyway. This is a nightmare, I feel so bad and I think we might have to go to urgent care. I went here for a facial on January 12. I called beforehand and made an appointment, expecting to be informed or asked what type of facial I wanted ( basic, european, etc) I never was asked and also was never was informed how much it would cost. I understand that not all facials are painless and especially cleaning some acne's and built up makeup you can expect pain, but I could barely sit through the pain. I was also bleeding heavily, I did not come in with much acne to begin with, it was excessively painful. I understand that you have to wait up to a month to see full results but I am now dealing with problems I have never had. After the facial, i came out with more red spots and scars I never had. I have never had stubborn acne and it clears up fairly quick and never scars. Over two months later, I have terrible acne scars in places that were not there before. I would love to get some help, compensation or explanation for this. Especially considering having a clean diet, drinking only water and having a consistent skin care routine and not touching my face, there is no reason I should be dealing with this. read more

The 2 stars are only because everyone there is so sweet. My daughter and I came here on a Saturday just after 10 am. We had an appointment up there street at 12 , and this nail spa was on the way. There was already another mother daughter pair there when we arrived but there were three people working so I wasn't concerned about time. Fast forward 45 minutes and I'm still sitting in a pedicure chair with my shoes on and my daughter is finally having her nails finished. Finally by 1130 one of the nail techs started my pedicure at a snails pace.... usually a pedicure takes about 30 minute but by noon my nail tech hadn't even removed my previous polish. We had to leave since we had an appointment. So i left with chopped up toes. My daughter manicure was also pretty crappy considering her nail tech almost 45 minutes to complete. Needles to say we won't be back... everyone was nice but I don't have 2 hours for a pedicure at a nearly empty nail salon read more

Vivian is amazing at nails! She is so particular about each nail looking perfect! She takes her time no matter what makes u enjoy your experience! I came to this salon for Diana, I followed her from another salon! Yes she is that good, she did the most amazing pedicure with a 10 min massage and a combination of sea salt scrub, cooling gel and parrafin wax. My feet are baby smooth! Love this place. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Came here 12/4/17 around 3:30/4 I got a pedicure and wanted a manicure with powder dipped nails with gel over it. It has minerals that are good for the nails. I got the nails done but not a full manicure which included a massage, I think. But that's okay because it took a really long time to do my nails. She had to add tips too. Overall the price was really good for the time spent. They were very kind and set up my chair with a massage and they have a big TV in gen middle of the room. ORDERED: - pedicure with regular polish - powder/gel hand nails with added tips PROS: - great service. This nail salon is not in the best plaza. There is trash strewn all over the parking lot but I was desperate to get my nails done. To start off with, the technicians were late. Not a good first impression. But they were very nice! And Wendy, who did my pedicure, was meticulous in her work, however, the leg massage was not much of anything. Viviann handled my full set and was just as sweet as Wendy but left my nails looking oddly shaped. I must also add that the service was pricey considering the lack of amenities at this salon. Wish i could give them no stars AND i bet most of the 5 stars here is because they offer a $5 coupon if you give them a good review. I got here at 7pm and asked if they could take in 2 pedicures. They said yes and we sat down. When we got there there were two other customers and only 2 workers one customer left and they had us put our feet in water. Okay that means we're next. WRONG. I sat i. The water for over an hour and a half while they both worked on that other customer. Like i get it, but i could've been told hey she's gonna get a full set it'll be a while if you're willing to wait. But no my feet were Litterally ALL pruney. I ended up leaving because why is it this long and they don't even acknowledge you. But fine. Waited in the car for my mom to finally get a pedicure. Okay, let's be real. It's not easy to find good nail salons let alone try to choose from the 4, 4.5, and 5-star rated salons in your area! But this one is worth a try. TIPS: - There is no Yelp 15% promotion, at least not right now. I checked in and brought it up to the girls who said it was a February promotion. Well jeesh, take it down please. - GPS is your friend. It's kinda a small salon located inbetween the liquor store and hair salon in the shopping center (plenty of parking available) - Bring cash or be ready to pay .50 cents to use a credit card - Call to ask about pricing beforehand. Ask again when you're there lol don't trust the signage. When I called I was quoted a price of $25 for a regular manicure and pedicure. I arrived and noticed the board on the wall AND their printed, LAMINATED pricing guide says $10 manicure and $16 pedicure. I didn't think it was a big deal since it's only a one dollar difference but was again surprised when she told me my total was $25. Just maybe they'll advertise correct prices one day. Overall, it's a bargain! The salon is clean and the staff is friendly, very kind, and most importantly incredibly GENTLE! The two ladies who were working when I came in took their time to deliver great customer service. They both were thorough and professional. No side convos or laughter between themselves making you feel like they are talking about you right in front of you. Instead they work quietly while you get to relax and enjoy watching tv during your spa pedicure. I never felt like she was rushed. Took my two friends here to get mani/pedi. Took a bit long. I wasn't pleased with either of their nail jobs. And one of my friend's gel nails came out super lumpy.- looked like crap! My friend was not happy with the job at all, but she didn't want to waste more time at the nail place, so we paid and left. The following morning, my friend texts me that her nails cracked open and polish completely falling apart (not even 24 hours later). She immediately called for reimbursement, which they did. So my friend was pleased that at least she got that reimbursement, but upset that she now had to go to another nail shop to get her mani fixed. So I am giving them 2 stars only because they were willing to reimburse, but we will never return to this place again. read more
