Took my two friends here to get mani/pedi. Took a bit long. I wasn't pleased with either of their nail jobs. And one of my friend's gel nails came out super lumpy.- looked like crap! My friend was not happy with the job at all, but she didn't want to waste more time at the nail place, so we paid and left. The following morning, my friend texts me that her nails cracked open and polish completely falling apart (not even 24 hours later). She immediately called for reimbursement, which they did. So my friend was pleased that at least she got that reimbursement, but upset that she now had to go to another nail shop to get her mani fixed. So I am giving them 2 stars only because they were willing to reimburse, but we will never return to this place again. read more

It's my first time to get my pedicure done here and let me tell you, I am hooked! Vivian is really great in tackling my ingrown nail that I thought I would be needing to see a podiatrist for. She's very good and gentle, aside from not making you feel so uncomfortable with the process. So whether you have the same problem or not, this is the place to go. To Vivian, thank you again and I'll be seeing you soon. read more

Found this spot when my regular place was busy. No wait, very friendly associates, comfortable environment, beautiful gel colors with exact match for toes. Not overly pushy with add ons but offered none-the-less. Overall a great, reasonably priced little nails spot. My new favorite. read more

I came here approximately a week ago during lunch break, gave it a try and glad I stopped by. Their shop carry all OPI polish!! They asked if I'm interested in a color gel for just $22 with a manicure, but nah, I don't like to have my hands under the uv light. Regular polish will do for me. Great place, my nails still look GREAT after a week, no chip still shines. read more

I have been here twice. Loved the attention to detail. The first time, I got a regular mani and pedi. The second time, I asked for gel mani and regular pedi. I did not like that I was charged an additional $3 to take off my gel because I wasn't a "regular costumer." I have never had a nail salon do that so it didn't sit well with me and make me want to come back a third time. I ultimately loved my mani but they nicked me during the pedi and it bleed for 10-15 mins. Not as cute of a pedi when you have to walk away with a scab on your toe and also many hidden up fee charges. read more

Service level was above and beyond!! I had a particular design that needed to match my dress and they NAILED IT! the service from the time i called in was great and when i got to the establishment i knew i was going to have a great experience. I am definitely going back as i have been looking for a nail salon that gives me what I want rather than what they want me to have. Preciseness was their aim and that i loved!! Job well done princess nails!!!! read more

I wanted to give this local spot a chance to help me fix a broken nail before New Years Eve and instead they cut my finger, and broke another nail! They are so unprofessional. The entire time they spoke to eachother in their language never addressing me. Needless to say I am never coming back to this establishment. There was only one lady that knew what they were doing while the other 2 were just watching when there were 4 other customers waiting. Save your nails, hands, feet and go somewhere else. read more

They did such a lovely, careful job with my gel mani and pedi. Will definitely be coming back here!

I came in today and there were 2 people ahead of me and only one lady working, however she still took got to us pretty quickly and the experience was that of a basic gel mani which is soaking, cleaning of the cuticle, shaping, prepping for gel, then polishing and to finish a light hand massage the only thing that I didnt feel was right was the price it was $23 for a basic gel mani that I usually pay $15 at my other salon but I wanted to try something new..my other nail shop does a great job and the gel lasts a good few weeks or so I will update my review to see how long this one lasts read more

Clean facilities and very good customer service! They were very detail oriented and I love how my nails turned out :)

For my daughter's bday we hit the spot for a mani pedi... I would of gave 5 stars but she nicked my dawgs and the wait was a little long.

Vivian is the best. Great skill and customer Service. Will come back again and again.

Very clean and great staff. I think I found the nail salon I've been looking for in my neighborhood. Attention to details here is amazing. They take their time and don't cut any corners. Katie did my nails and I was very very pleased. I highly recommend them. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 3 people on 3/4 at 5pm: 1) Dip w/Spa Pedicure; 2)Full set Acrylics w/ Spa pedicure; and 3) Mani/Pedi. All services to be done at the same time. We were told by Vivian at 10:45 am that she would be fully staffed. Instead we arrived at 4:50 pm, and found that she had already taken 4 walk-ins and had 3 walk-ins waiting. Vivian was rude and made no excuse. After almost 3 hrs, they had only completed 1-Dip & pedi; and 1 full set acrylics. During the time that we were there, 3 other people left abruptly with complaints and vowing not to come back. Still no apology from Vivian or discounts to the others with complaints. When we left, there was no apology or discount from Vivian for our trouble or the lack of services completed. But instead she more excuses of how "we" didn't schedule correctly (when she actually scheduled the appointments) and she called me a "Karen". Vivian must be the owner as that can be the only way she keeps her job. But with these type of business practices....she will not be profitable or in business long. Too many other "Good" establishments in Bixby Knolls, that you don't have to put up with no service, rudeness, and name calling! read more

This is my go-to place for pedicures. The ladies here All are fabulous. Efficient and talented, and lovely human beings. They often are able to accommodate walk-ins but I like to call ahead. Prices are very reasonable -- $15 for a great pedicure. Every once in a while, one of the chairs' massage features doesn't work terribly well. But only the whole,it's a lovely experience. read more

I have to start by saying the owner is super nice but if you want to get a real Manicure or pedicure go somewhere else. I was trying to save some money but what I paid was for poor service. The owner rush the whole time and kept saying she had many appointments but the salon was empty for that hour. Which I thought it was rude if she wanted new customers. What was shocking is that she used the same tools on me and my mom, I didn't knew how react to this. But kept my cool and paid more than I expected. Also, the nail polish they use is cheap, it's been a week and my gel polish is already coming off. This was not a good experience so think twice and go to a professional salon. read more

first visit impression - nice and tidy little place. i had called for an appointment and was immediately greeted upon my arrival. i noticed every one who walked in after me was greeted promptly as well. was glad i had an appointment as there were only 3 techs that i saw while i was there. a walk-in was told it would be an hour so it was nice that they didn't say pick a color and make her wait incessantly. now for the actual service - it's going well so far. they sanitize theirs tools, yay! tech is very attentive to cleaning my janky toes. i have a propensity to get ingrown nails on the big piggies and she is diligently yet gently cleaning those grooves. i opted for callous remover treatment and again she is diligently yet gently scrubbing my heels to reveal nice soft skin. very satisfied so far. i am picky Penny about the paint job as i could do that myself. fair or not i tend to find fault with pretty much anyone who does the painting. it's not unusual for me to get home and have to re-do a nail or two as i am that picky. since i gravitate toward the same colors i have a collection at home of similar shades. massage was short but nice. i will definitely be back. read more

Theyre very kind but: -Slow service. Theres 3 ol' viet ladies running this joint -my lady left me mid manicure to go wax another customer -When you ask how long and they reply "Can you wait few minutes?".. it really means 30min -There are no nail dryers -Only have a couple Opi options read more

I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately the pedicure was mediocre at best. The gal was very nice, let's not forget that. But her work wasn't the best. She didn't clean up my cuticles after painting. I had to do it myself when I got home. I asked for an acrylic overlay on my big toes, and they are not even. After trying to tell her it wasn't. Their reviews are good nails. read more

So I give this place 2 stars because they were nice and the lady who did my toes did a good job. However, the man who did my nails did A horrible job! The acrylic on may nails are too thick and uneven. My original nail shop is in Carson so I thought I'd try this place out because I didn't want to drive all the way to my nail shop with it being 20 mins away from my place. I came in and they were friendly and prices seemed reasonable. The lady immediately started my pedicure and the man started filing down and prepping my nails for my full set when he cuts me with the machine. I ignored it because I do understand that stuff happens. Then he proceeded to my other hand and cut me on 3 other fingers. I still try to keep it cool. Then he goes and applies the acrylic and he globs a bunch on and doesn't even spread it out evenly. At this point I'm annoyed. It's too late for me to turn back and walk out so I'm thinking nothing can get worst. Then he goes to paint my nails and I could have done a better job. He missed the sides. He painted it unevenly. On top of that he filed my nails to look crooked! I'm already over this place I wasn't even going to bother asking him to fix it. I should have just went to my original nail shop. This was such a disappointment. Waste of my time and money. Pictures will be posted! read more

My feet are ticklish and sensitive! That's one of the reasons why I don't like to get them done that often. Plus, I have been nicked too many times at other salons. My 1st visit here was quick and pleasant. I'm not one for small talk, but the young lady who did my nails held very nice conversation. I was in a hurry, so she had taken the place of her brother. She was efficient and most of all GENTLE!! Today is my 2nd visit here and I asked for a French tip with gel. The brother did my feet this time and was very gentle and extremely careful. He took his time cleaning my cuticles and scrubbing my feet. He spent a little too much time painting and he started just a regular paint, instead of gel. Which is why I deducted one star. I'm not sure if I'll come back. Still deciding. read more

I went there yesterday 12/07/19. This was my first visit and I only went there because my regular nail spot is closed on Mondays & my nails had to come off for work. I really just wanted to take off the acrylics and get a pedicure . There were 2 girls working , 1 must've been new because the other girl kept having to show her what to do. I took my daughter with me. She took almost an hour on my daughter's mani/pedi (she's 7). Then took almost 2 hours on my feet only, mind you we were the only ones there. It took so long I didn't have time to even get a color on my toes because I would've had to wait for them to dry which would've been another 30/45. The girl who I feel was new was the one giving me the pedicure but she never paints the nails, she just does the cleaning up; while doing my callous remover she cut me & she kept hurting me which I informed her but she didn't understand me. So I just waited to be done and left since it was so late and I needed to get my daughter home .. Sorry in advance for my feet photos but she def cut me . And the more experienced girl who did my mani, didn't even do that great of a job. I will not come here again especially because they also charge a lot more then other salons read more

OMG! Never again! I walked in with my husband today at 11am and walked out at 150pm- yes almost 3 hours!! Mind you the place was empty when we walked in and there were only 2 workers so i figured, Perfect! Boy was I wrong I got a gel mani /pedi ... nothing crazy, right and my husband got just a pedi. Having spent almost 3 hours there you would think the work was amazing -of course it wasn't! It was standard and I'm hoping it lasts a good 3-4 weeks and doesn't chip right away The place was okay... in terms of cleanliness ... the ladies were super slow and Thao worked on me and was a bit rude. On the bright side the two ladies didn't do a lot of back and forth communicating in Vietnamese which can occur in some nail shops and I happen to think is extremely rude. I gave this place a shot because it's local in my community but never again. read more

The first nail salon i can actually see myself coming back to time and time again....that's how I felt about this place when i have visited in the past. That view has drastically changed in the last week. I went in for gel polish and pedicure after being told they could accommodate me right away. I was in the chair for about 15 minutes while waiting for the employee to start on my nails. She was obviously upset that her lunch was interrupted or something and made this clear by taking her time in the back and throwing tools on her cart. I had specifically asked her to paint my nails to the edges as she had not and she responded with "I know." So I figured she'd fill them in, she did not. The gel polish started lifting on the third day and the color is obviously inconsistent among each nail. The pedicure was rough and after asking for her to not cut the corners of my nails, another technician came and did exactly what I had asked my original technician to not do. The response "this is better for you." Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were the expert on what's good for me. So really, I won't be back. read more

Just being honest but I went for a last minute search and tried them out. There were 2 ladies with very limited English and did a ok job. They tried and were careful and nice but my cousin and I both agree that they lacked experience. I really tried to like this place because it's close to my family's home but I need to now plan a day to get it fixed. Please step it up. I can recommend to shape the nails all even, paint better, work faster (I didn't have time for a pedicure because my nails took over an hour and a half), and know your prices. read more

If you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't know it was there! I was tired of going to other salons where they were so rough, hated the fact that they never listen to what you ask them NOT to do. I love this place because they listen and are very gentle. Your hands aren't sore afterwards. They use good quality gel brands and yeah maybe it doesn't always last as long but that's because they aren't ruining your nailbed to make it stick. I'm ok with that! Very clean, nice atmosphere always some type of interesting moving playing. read more

The service was great from when I entered to when I left. The guy who worked on my nails was great. At first I was scared but I told him what I wanted and if there was a mistake he wasn't rude and fixed it. He was patient and kind. I got a full set and I'm very content. I also got a pedicure and it was very nice. Only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because they told me the 15% off check in deal expired and on the yelp page it's still on. Other than that it was great! read more
