My mom and I came in today for pedicures, and I really liked the service. The massage chairs were really nice and full body massage chairs, the colors we both choose came out really pretty and the staff was also really nice. It was pretty empty because we came in closer to the end of the day, around 5:30. So it was also just the two of us, which is probably unusual but was nice. The price was pretty good for what we got ($60 each for the #5 spa package plus gel and gel removal), so overall I'd come back for a pedicure again. read more

I went in just because i was in the area & decided to try them out but should have checked with yelp, i checked yelp once i was seated & my feet were in the water and a man was working on my hands. I got regular pedi and gel acrylics. Ugh, i hate the way they look. I will not be returning back. The man did this job so fast, the pedi lady just cut my nails and painted them. The man who did my hands did not cut cuticle or the side skin of my fingers so it's just an all around bad job. No wonder they got done so quick, they don't care for quality. They are more about speed & collecting your money. For some that may be cool but nails aren't cheap so i was dissatisfied. I had to file down my own nails because they were super uneven. read more

I do not recommend get dip nails here. Not even 2 days that I sent in and the dip is already coming off my nails. I was VERY disappointed! To be honest for the quality I could have just done them at home. I did get a pedicure also, which was great!!! No complaints there. read more

Came here to take nails down and get a simple gel mani/pedi . No one was in there but me . Had a lady working on my pedi and a man on my mani . He was about to proceed to take my fake nails off using that method many chop shops use using another acrylic nail and I was like WOAH please do not do that if I need to pay extra for you to soak them off I'll do so (that is so painful & damaging to your nails , please don't allow others to do this to you) . He got so angry he was telling me it's going to take longer and I said I know I expect to be here 2 hours LOL , he got his possibly manager and you can tell the manager told him if that's how I want it to do that so then he did. I've been coming here for years & have had a couple nail techs who were really good with mani & pedi. This review is for my most recent pedi with Michelle. Michelle has been here for years but I recently just added her to my " must have or never mind " tech about a year ago. My pedi isn't the easiest has I always have a lot of skin especially my big toe & a bit of discoloration to some of my nails. Michelle takes her time utilizing her skill & varying tools as she gets skin/hang nails. Her tools, station & cart is always clean & organized. Michelle is also well groomed. I observe a lot.. Michelle also paints my toenails evenly where it's hard to tell if a nail is slightly darker. She's honest & will say "too light..will need too many coats..not good for nail". I wish she did manicures. Michelle typically works everyday except Wednesday & Sunday I think. When you call, Mike (the owner) will answer. I have a love, like, grrr relationship with him but that's how we communicate with each other. Ask for Michelle!!! Ask for Michelle. I would suggest making an appointment but she's also open to walk ins if she's available. I'm still working on finding that manicurist. read more

So please be aware this Nail Shop uses cheap quality Gel. I recently got my nails done here which was a mistake because this is not my " Home" nail shop that I usually go to. They did my nails and the gel chipped off the 2nd day after getting them. GEL IS NOT SUPPOSED TO CHIP off in 2days. Also, my Nail Popped off after 2days? Refer to photos please. They are obviously using cheap products and making you pay over $100.00 for gel and full set nails. Anyhoo they do not want to give me a refund on their Poor service!!!!! I'm pissed! I wanted my money back but he refused (owner Mike) and insulted me and said could I read!?? And he said NO refunds after showing him my nail fell off and chipped after 2days. -I DONT ADVICE ANYONE TO COME HERE-GO TO A BETTER SHOP THAT USES QUALITY PRODUCTS. THEy WIll NoT GIVe YOu YOUR MOnEY BACK!!!!!! This is GEL AFTeR 2 DAYS! For the ladies they have been really kind and sweet. But the owner/men workers are unprofessional and disrespectful. Bye never returning here again. Also, I asked if I could get an upgrade to powder since Mike refused to give me a refund but he argued with me back and forth even with proof in his face. The fastest mani/pedi I've ever had... and there were many reasons. The gel mani turned out ok with no frills, but the pedi was almost useless. The water was cold, the exfoliation went for about 30 sec per foot, and I asked for no polish so there was plenty of time for massage or more exfoliation but... nah, I guess not. and I paid the same price as a full pedi!
