First time coming here on December 12. It was pretty empty when I showed up but picked up soon with locals. I was treated gently and got exactly what I asked for. I really appreciate how much they understood what I wanted. Love my nails and will be coming back soon :) p.s. my nails are still holding up nicely a near four weeks later. Really good for price.

I went in just because i was in the area & decided to try them out but should have checked with yelp, i checked yelp once i was seated & my feet were in the water and a man was working on my hands. I got regular pedi and gel acrylics. Ugh, i hate the way they look. I will not be returning back. The man did this job so fast, the pedi lady just cut my nails and painted them. The man who did my hands did not cut cuticle or the side skin of my fingers so it's just an all around bad job. No wonder they got done so quick, they don't care for quality. They are more about speed & collecting your money. For some that may be cool but nails aren't cheap so i was dissatisfied. I had to file down my own nails because they were super uneven.

I do not recommend get dip nails here. Not even 2 days that I sent in and the dip is already coming off my nails. I was VERY disappointed! To be honest for the quality I could have just done them at home. I did get a pedicure also, which was great!!! No complaints there.

So please be aware this Nail Shop uses cheap quality Gel. I recently got my nails done here which was a mistake because this is not my " Home" nail shop that I usually go to. They did my nails and the gel chipped off the 2nd day after getting them. GEL IS NOT SUPPOSED TO CHIP off in 2days. Also, my Nail Popped off after 2days? Refer to photos please. They are obviously using cheap products and making you pay over $100.00 for gel and full set nails. Anyhoo they do not want to give me a refund on their Poor service!!!!! I'm pissed! I wanted my money back but he refused (owner Mike) and insulted me and said could I read!?? And he said NO refunds after showing him my nail fell off and chipped after 2days. -I DONT ADVICE ANYONE TO COME HERE-GO TO A BETTER SHOP THAT USES QUALITY PRODUCTS. THEy WIll NoT GIVe YOu YOUR MOnEY BACK!!!!!! This is GEL AFTeR 2 DAYS! For the ladies they have been really kind and sweet. But the owner/men workers are unprofessional and disrespectful. Bye never returning here again. Also, I asked if I could get an upgrade to powder since Mike refused to give me a refund but he argued with me back and forth even with proof in his face. Disgusted by this business. I do not recommend this place. There is a better nail shop down the street on Paramont and Carson st next to the Irish Bar next to McDonalds. They treat customers better and do a better job.

I've been getting my nails done here for a few years now. I absolutely love all the nail techs. They're so kind and give excellent service. They never disappoint me in creating the designs I bring for them to do. Because it's Black History month I had them create an African Tribal design. I absolutely LOVE it.

I love nails M Spa. They're more than welcoming and such a great group of people. Their pricing is more than reasonable, I love how they pay attention to detail when it comes to designing each nail. I love them, 10/10 definitely recommen.

So let me tell you about this guy Mike. I brought in a picture of some acrylic nails that I wanted for Halloween. Instead of following the pictures we kind of just played with other ideas. He absolutely blew me out of the water with the work that he did. I'm very happy with how my nails came out and the price was very fair. This will definitely be my new nail salon. This place is terrible. Not friendly at all. Wanted a nail repair and color change. Instead of saying they didn't know how to do the shape of my nails they didn't it anyway and now I have to back to the place to get it fixed. One lady took off her shoes and put he feet on the chair. I got there I wanted coffin nails soon as I sat down he cut at a good length but didnt cut shape for coffin he said later directly put powder on they look like bellbottoms nails I told him you didn't even clip my nail he said shape later by the way nails super thick his coworker passed by the other man I don't know his name by the way I'm talking about Mike anyway his coworker passed by smirks laughed out loud real quick and I was just done it's ridiculous I had to take off my nails so no I would not recommend this place read more

I used to frequently get my nails and toes done here about a year ago and the service was AMAZING. HowEver, I was in the area and made an appointment, and the nail technicians were crowding around me throughout my and my wife's "luxury" nail service engaging in loud conversation about their day vs focusing on a high paying customer that tips well! Not a good experience. Staff wasn't friendly at all. Spoke in their language the whole time. My mom told the nail tech she hardly did her foot massage and the nail tech got mad and got up very angry and snappy and said she wasn't finishing my mom's pedi. All she had to do was polish at that time. Also they use cheap gel polish it hardly lasted a week without chipping. Boy oh boy a good nail salon is hard to find. But I'm going to keep looking and We'll never come here again! And you shouldn't bother either! read more

So, I gave this place a 2nd chance... And I'm definitely not coming back. I went to get a mani with gel nail polish. The coating was so bad you can see right through! And the reason I like gel nail polish is because my nails are thin, the gel makes my nail feel thicker and prevents them from breaking so fast. After just three days with this nail polish, it already started peeling off, so annoying! Because when I shower and run my fingers through my hair, my hair kept getting caught between the gel nail polish, and caused my nails to slowing break! Should've learned my lesson the first time. I came for a pedicure today expecting the same mediocre service I usually receive but to my surprise it was absolutely terrible. The women that performed my pedicure was so involved in a conversation across the salon her attention to me was below the bare minimum. This shop should be ashamed at the level of service they're providing. Not only did she not ask which type of pedicure I want, she squeezed my legs which I'm assuming was her way of giving a massage and didn't use any exfoliating scrub. Her conversation is still ongoing with another technician who's getting her nails done. I strongly advise against coming here for any type of service. I know I won't be returning. read more

Mike or Nick do a great job, this place doesn't ATTACK you with services as you walk in, at least when I went. They also don't give you attitude when you ask for a specific thing, or correction. First experience was great. Quiet and relaxing! read more

This place sucked my mani pedi was rushed you can see the strokes of the brush on my nails. Never going back to this place again. My pedi looks opaque because she didn't put enough top coat. I kept telling her i want round nails and she couldn't understand i had to file my own nails so she could see what my version of round nails were. read more

I would not recommend this place. I went yesteday to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I am not sure if it was the polish or the technicians but I was not impressed. There is nail polish on skin and it was done very sloppy. When I brought it to the technician she proceeded to try and file my skin to get the polish off which hurt. Was helped as soon as I walked in. My first time here was off to a good start. I came in for gel polish & wax my total was $30 Mona did my nails she was very nice, I asked for an almond shape & she did a great job. I think she could have done a better job at covering the nail it's not to close to the cuticle, I didn't mention anything because I felt I'd be annoying & I didn't want to seem like some super picky customer. I was a little distracted by my phone at the time searching for apartments & texting my husband about those apartments so I wasn't paying to much attention when I noticed she was almost done she started putting lotion on my hands & then I started thinking "did she put the top coat on both hands?". I didn't ask or question it until an hour later once I was long gone I noticed she DID forget to put the top coat on my left hand so now one hand is nice & shiny & the other looks almost matte. A different person did the wax & I haven't waxed in a long time I've been threading lately but I was in need & figured I'd just get it done here. I've avoided waxing because I usually get a weird skin reaction which this time didn't happen. She did apply the wax hotter then the previous times at one point but nothing I couldn't handle. I LOVED my nails until I noticed the top coat was forgotten on one hand. I would go back again but I'll just be paying closer attention next time. read more

This is exclusively my shop for nails! I usually just get gel nails with a neutral color. But, Today was extra special. I let Mike know I would be celebrating my birthday and he suggested I let him "make my nails beautiful" for the occasion. I'm so glad I did. Mike gave me neutral "hombre" nails with "born pretty" sparkle and accented my ring finger nails with glitter dust. My set is gorgeous! I cannot stop looking at them. Mike's work is always spectacular but he raised the bar this visit. I highly recommend you give him a visit! Oh, and their matching pedicures (with massage) are also absolutely heavenly! read more

Will Not Go Back Again- I've been to this salon once before and they did a good job on my pedicure so I went back again. The second visit the lady burned the back of my foot with some product during my pedicure. I told her it was burning so she just splashed some water on it. I left with slippers on my feet but when I went to put my shoes on I could barely walk with the burns rubbing against my shoe. Will never go back to this salon again. read more

This place is fading away... The costumer service that once was pretty good, is now very bad. Not only do these asian ladies talk to eachother in their language they use their arms for gestures which takes from the service they are doing to you, thats rude. Then you pay $1 to use your credit card, which by they way sometimes doesn't work to process anyway. FYI Recently the prices went up a couple dollars too. read more

This place sucks. I got a so called "pedicure". The lady didn't even clean my toes correctly. She just touched my toes and my feet. She "scrubbed" my feet for 2 seconds each. The whole pedicure took less than 15 minutes. Never coming here again. read more

Great work but they donot sanitize their instruments You have to remind them to . I would suggested they use the pre/package ones, however some shop pretend they are opening a new pkg but it is not they just reseal them. Watch out for your health. read more

I live literally across the street from this place and honestly I've been coming to this place ever since it opened and i haven't gone anywhere since, this is the BEST place I've ever been to! I've had a few incidents where that weren't its best but I've kept in mind that I've had more good times than those few incidents and I don't plan on going to any other place. They never fail to disappoint me, I always get the nicest workers and they provide me with the best customer service. I walked in and it was literally empty so I got seated right away. I came in for a fill and a shave down. The guy doing my nails seemed so rushed as if there was people waiting to be helped. It took him exactly 20 minutes to shave down, fill and paint. He didn't even shape them evenly or completely apply gel to the bottom of the nail. I basically left with nails that looked like they had a week of growth. Sloppy and unacceptable! read more

To add onto that, when it was time for me to turn over on my stomach, there was still wax on my leg which ripped the paper lining I was laying on & I could see old blood stains on the cloth under. At that moment, I seriously should have walked out and left. I still left a tip but needs serious improvement as I expected more from a service that has 4.8 stars on Yelp. Avoid if you value cleanliness, etiquette, and overall have high expectations. Will be returning back to my previous waxer.

I considered going back in to just have the rest of the hair removed but I really hate to be bald. I'm still debating.
