Honestly, they really did a fantastic job. I got the deluxe pedicure and the lady really took her time with my beautiful scale and make sure that my feet looks like they needed to that. I really appreciate that she took her time and was very thorough.Lam that did my nails was just as wonderful. She really took her time to get the shaping right and then make sure that I loved everything from the beginning process. She is really a special gym.! her artwork is amazing also! Terrible customer service. I went in for a pedicure and fill. The pedicure was atrocious. The young lady never asked which pedicure I wanted and placed entirely too much acrylic on my big toe. She did not scrub the bottom of my feet either. Additionally, the young lady doing my nails did not let the polish dry, so they chipped almost immediately. Lastly, I was told the technician I requested comes in later during the day. She was doing a full on pedicure when I walked in. read more

Man what can I say but that this nail salon exceeded my expectations. It was my first visit and I had text to make an appointment at 7:30pm, initially when I walked in I was blown away because it was exceptionally busy, like almost every seat was occupied including the waiting area, they were working quick though by 7:50 they were soaking my nails for me, Tristan was the one who helped me out he was so kind, talkative and attentive to not just me but all of the customers present. Me and my girlfriend called 45 min before and were seen as soon as we got there, we asked for specific designs and were given exactly what we wanted no hesitation, sometimes it's minimal sometimes it's maximum lol. But either way they deliver. We each paid 53$ for our gel manicure which was insane, and the nails... PERFECT. Also they accept Zelle which was so helpful. You would never have guest there were so many talented ladies under one roof but there are here! They are extremely good at FREESTYLE nail art. Thank you again we will be back. read more

I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time I got a gel mani with I think the techs name was Laurel. She did an amazing job super nice and my nails came out beautiful. Today I went back for a second gel mani. This time Lam (not sure if I spelled it right) took care of me. Again top notch service. She was very good so much attention to detail. Hidden gem This nail salon has great reviews for a reason! Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. I'm 7.5 months pregnant and they sat me down in a comfy chair with a nice little pillow whilst I waited. Go with time to spare! I made an appointment at 11:30 and they were very obviously so they didn't start on my nails until 12 but that was honestly fine with me. I was able to see them hard at work and pay attention to detail. I showed my girl a picture of what I wanted for my nails and she DELIVERED! She wasn't sure at first but I think she had to have more faith in her craft because she KILLED IT! I visited Luna Nails Bar on a Saturday morning (I had an appointment for 11am) and it wasn't very busy so it is the perfect time to go if you want to avoid the crowd. It gets very busy in the afternoon so just keep that in mind. Also another thing to note--they only accept cash here! Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and the store is very bright and clean since the shop was recently renovated. I came in for a gel mani pedi and Sally worked on my nails. Initially I wanted to get cat eye nails but I'm really happy she did a test nail first because I ended up not liking it on me very much. She had no problem changing the colors and I ended up getting a pistachio color with chrome on top. The cuticle work was very clean and she was very gentle with my nails which I appreciate because I've been to salons that tend to be too rough on the cuticles and my nails end up hurting afterwards. The pedicure was just as nice and she used a nice scented scrub on my legs and feet before beginning the pedicure. I got 2 coats of funny bunny then 2 coats of bubble bath on top--definitely recommend if you like a neutral pedi! Another thing I appreciate is the techs here are sweet and conversational. The owners (Tristan and Sally) are very nice and you can tell they care about their salon/work. They don't try to push you to upgrade for more expensive services or anything either. Overall I felt very comfortable here and they work efficiently but meticulously. I recommend coming to this nail salon for all your nail needs! read more

Came across this Nail Bar due to another nail salon not honoring my appointment. I showed up at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and waited about 20 minutes to be helped. I didn't have an appointment so I was prepared to wait. While I waited, I ordered myself some pizza from next door lol. Anyway, I was helped by Jayden and she was so incredibly professional and talented. I got almond shaped acrylics, showed her an inspo pic, and she DELIVERED! One reason why this will be my go-to place is how late they're open. They don't turn away business. Oh, I guess the only con is they only accept cash as a form of payment. I arrived right when they opened at 9:30 AM, Saturday morning. They were a bit short-staffed initially--two employees were doing a simultaneous manicure/pedicure for one client. I had to wait 30 minutes for a third employee to arrive and start my pedicure.Once I was seated, the service was great! The technician did an excellent job on my feet!! Important tip: They do not accept credit cards, ONLY Zelle and cash. They have an ATM inside, but be advised that both the ATM and your bank will charge you a fee to withdraw money!! A male employee claimed banks waive the fee, but that is COMPLETELY FALSE!! read more

It's not the fanciest but they are good with their hands. It's surprisingly hard to find a good pedicure spot in SoCal (my other spot is in Santa Clarita and I'm in West LA) so even though this is a hike for me too, it's worth the trek. We came for a friends birthday and got 3 pedis and a mani and the ladies were wonderful. We all were very happy with our service and I will definitely come back for a pedi if I'm in the area. There was no system, no fairness, and clearly no respect for customers. When I calmly addressed this with an employee, she blatantly ignored me and pretended I did not exist. No response, no explanation, no apology--just pure disregard. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run. This salon is disorganized, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time and money. If you enjoy being overlooked, dismissed, and treated like your time does not matter, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. You can get far better service, professionalism, and basic human respect at Elevation Nail Spa. Lotus Nails does not deserve your business, and I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone.

I have very thin nails and can never…read moregrow them long enough, within 3 weeks the builder gel starts to detach from the top, breaks and my nail breaks with it or they start to fade and the design on the nails look spent. I do a lot of weightlifting and am not as gentle with my hands. This time around, the gel builder feels strong and well build. Lin did an AMAZING job and listened to my concerns. She also listened to how I wanted my nails to look - made a super adorable design and reassured me they will last more than 2-3 weeks I'm hopeful about these nails. I didn't rate a 5 star since I just had them done and want to see if they do last as long as mentioned. It was very easy to be seen on the same day. They were quick and efficient. Already made an appt to return for the refill. I'm hopeful. So far love this place. Will be coming back.

My nails grow quickly, so I usually come back every 3.5-4 weeks for maintenance. Today, I requested a short length and a round shape that followed my natural nails. My only concern was with the filing--because my nails were already short, it started getting a little too close to the skin near the sensitive nail bed area. It didn't hurt too badly, but there was a mild stinging sensation at times. Another thing I wanted to mention was the total. My service came out to $125. While I understand pricing can vary depending on add-ons or designs, I was a little confused because the last time I received the exact same services, I paid $110. I would've really appreciated a receipt or price breakdown so I could better understand how the total was calculated. For reference, this visit included a gel mani/pedi, builder gel, a simple design, and the #2 Tru Signature Sugar Scrub pedicure. At my last appointment, I received the #3 Tru Moisture Rich pedicure, so I was surprised to see a higher total this time. Overall, I still had a positive experience and enjoyed the service. I contacted Polish via Yelp looking for the right salon to get a gel manicure for an upcoming event this weekend and Thu was very quick and responsive with all my questions and requests! Even rescheduling my appointment was incredibly easy with them when I mixed up my schedule. The salon is very clean and modern. Everyone there was incredibly nice and my tech Nikki was absolutely amazing! She quickly found the color I wanted after I requested a different blue from their swatch stick and went straight to work! She hit a little bit of a snag when it came to the polish since the formula is so sheer and you need thin coats to apply properly, it wasn't really covering my nails the way we wanted it to. Two techs and Thu (I believe since she greeted me and knew about my appointment) came to the rescue and the problem was quickly solved by adding a coat of opaque polish that was similar in color. I didn't ask them to fix this, Nikki went out of her way to fix it herself so the manicure came out absolutely perfect! A sheer look is not my personal favorite so I really appreciate that she caught it and found a perfect solution! I was also surprised by the hand massage I received after Nikki finished the manicure! With cuticle oil, lotion and a hot towel my hands were soooo soft afterwards. I was so upset when I had to wash my hands after using the restroom when I got home lol From start to finish I really loved my visit to this salon and will definitely come back if the manicure lasts up to two weeks.
