The work here is good although me and my boyfriend came to get 30$ pedicures, there was a 15 up-charge for gel polish and 7$ up-charge for french tips ohhh and mind you its a 20% off deal. When it was time to pay we were told 90$ which is ridiculous. If you add all those numbers and subtract the 20% it will come up to $65.60. the worst pedicure i've ever gotten for $50. i called ahead to ask how much it was for a GEL pedicure, was told $27. i go in, i got a french tip and was told it did not cost extra. woman rings me up and tells me it's $50! i asked her was the french tip $25 extra?? you said $27 on the phone. i expected the french tip to be $15 more MAX. that's average. that's honestly not even the worst part, i asked for a flower and after the woman failed to do the flower i simply said i didn't need the flower and it was okay without. she then proceeded to tell her coworkers i was entitled and didn't know what i was talking about. i would've put up with it if it was a true $27 pedicure but nope. i am so truly disappointed by the service i was given and will never return back. i tried to support a local business and was left scammed. read more

I went here last minute. It seen to be a great place till the guy in the back almost finished my nail and the shape and everything else was wrong with them. I brought it to his attention and he sore he would fix them. Mind you I've been doing my nails for many years. So I know the process and it's really always trust the process but not today. When I asked him to fix them he tried and tried so I just asked if I could get a refund and he can take these off. He literally got so rough with my nail and just cut the tips off instead of cutting asking them completely off. Never again will I ever go there the vibe I should have know when the lady insisted of me getting a pedicure. After all this they were rude. I used to pay for my bride to get her nails done here. But NO MORE! On June 25, 2024, I sent my bride to the familing nail lab once again and she was so mistreated! She was being worked on and another client walked in, they told her how long it would be and the client said she could not wait that long. The man working on my Bride, stopped and began to assist this lady. My wife was left to wait. My wife spoke up and the man, possible the owner, said she can wait because he ca't lose a possible new client. Well, he may have gained one, but loist 5-8 people whom we know persoanlly, that USED to go to this "Fail Lab." Do not support this business, find a location that does care about their clients. I've been coming here since it first opened and I've had nothing but great experiences. The staff are all so friendly, they all do an amazing job (I've never been disappointed). I've got my nails done here twice before today with my mom. Amy is amazing. Today she wasn't here, but they workers stopped working on my moms nails and helped a new person because she was in a rush. My mom explained that we too are on a time limit and the man said, you'll still be here they are working on your feet and went to help the other person. That was just before 12pm. It is now 2pm, and they are just starting on her nails. This is crazy. The lady who came in even said that she would leave. I will start off by saying, that I did in Fact come in an hour before closing. HOWEVER, I asked for Gel X so it would be quicker and easier. Instead, I was given acrylics. Fine, whatever. It's cheaper! I'd expect the artist to at least take his time and make them nice. BUT NO. I asked for a very easy and simple design and it turned out horrible. How hard is a heart shaped French tip?! The base color is my fault. I should've just gone with a nude acrylic color, but instead went with a gel nail polish color. The shape is terrible, the color application is terrible. I normally don't write reviews ever! But this place does not do a good job and are really overpriced and I feel that the nail techs do what they want and don't listen to what you ask for. I had asked for almond shaped nails because I like my nails to look natural. The nail tech did them almond shaped but they don't all look the same size and she also did dip powder that I didn't ask for. My pedicure polish was so bad that I had to ask them to fix it. Needless to say I'm never coming back to this place oh and that whole thing about 20% off is not true they don't give it to you. read more

They took me as a walk in, I wanted a gel mani pedi. I saw their mani pedi combo was $55 dollars, but what they don't tell you while you're in the chair is gel is an additional $15, and the and the callous remover is an additional $7. After I was done she said my total was $88 and after I asked for a break down she took out a sticky note, wouldn't let me hold the price sheet and couldn't really make sense of it herself, writing down numbers she was coming up with herself.
