Ive been coming here for about 3+ years so really disappointed in having to do this. Robert is excellent at nails, no issue with him whatsoever. However when it comes down to the pedicure. Got a pedi. Normally I recognize all the ladies but there is one semi new girl. Don't know her name. But if your a regular you know. I knew she was new but still wanted to give her a chance as all the regulars kind of have their preference. During my pedi she was going in deep, I showed discomfort, she did not care she kept going. Ok didn't want to be that customer complaining let her do her thing although it was getting painful. I did bleed a little, but I was like maybe its just that bad, haven't gotten a pedi in a while. Now fast forward currently getting a procedure done at urgent care due to improper work done. Dr. told me no one should ever be cutting that deep, there not even licensed for that. A little trim, clean up of the cuticles fine, but going in deep to the point of bleeding is unacceptable. The day after my pedi, I knew she had overdone it. And here I am, so be careful ladies who does the pedi. As well as for the owner please don't just hire anyone, make sure proper training is done. And also don't rush and do a wrong job to continue to the next client. With this going on I can only wonder if they even sterilize their tools. We go in there for proper care, your prices have always increased which is fine, things are expensive but please dona good sanitary job. read more

The first time I came in the owner, Cindy was polite very welcoming. The second time I came in, she barely greeted me. She rushed through my pedicure because one of the other employees couldn't do what I needed done. She cut my cuticles to where they were bleeding, she never apologized. And at the end of my appointment, she didn't even lift the armrest up for me to get out. She just walked off and I didn't even know I was done. I would not recommend this salon nor will I be returning. Plus there were two drunk men sleeping right in front of the business. Definitely not a good area and not safe. read more

Definitely do not recommend this place. Called the day before to make an appointment to get a builder gel fill and gel pedicure. I show up the next day for my appointment. The lady that does my toes is very sweet, but no one is working on my hands. She says, when she is done with my toes, the older man will do my nails, I said ok, but I do have to leave in an hour. Mind you I had an appointment for both services. The man then looks at me and says no, we don't make appointments here, and I take at least 45mins! Extremely rude. Then a younger man comes and rushes to do my nails. He said why didn't you tell them you wanted builder gel???? Whaaaaaaat!!!!! I said it multiple times. There was no accountability for the injury or the reaction I experienced. I developed contact dermatitis as a result of this service. The physical trauma and product exposure triggered a significant skin reaction that required attention Clients deserve proper assessment, informed consent, safe practices, and professionalism. NAILS REVIEW - HARD MAYBEEE Two stars cause the owner was kind & was willing to make sure my request for my toes was done right. Services : I asked for milky white & got pink toes from one of their female workers. She argued that I was wrong so I asked the owner to fix it. I waited for the guy to do my nails & he rushed them. I asked for gel overlay , he said he don't do that although I requested it when I called them. I decided to get acrylic overlay. His painting is great but the rushing is a No for me . 2 days later , I had black spots all over my nails & I was on a flight for vacation. Retuning ? A Hard maybe , but I get my nails done monthly , I expect good work, & these were rushed. I paid $80 for those nails & 45 on feet.
