There was no accountability for the injury or the reaction I experienced. I developed contact dermatitis as a result of this service. The physical trauma and product exposure triggered a significant skin reaction that required attention Clients deserve proper assessment, informed consent, safe practices, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The end results were okay. Not my favorite

Service is amazing. Quality is amazing Conversations amazing. Everyone is so nice. My first time was 3 weeks ago on a whim and it was my friend, her daughter, my mom, sister, my 2 daughters and myself. They accommodated to all of us! That's 7 people. They were not frustrated. If in fact they were excited. The best part is the way they treated my girls. They took care of them like their own children, very sweet and gentle. Definitely do not recommend this place. Called the day before to make an appointment to get a builder gel fill and gel pedicure. I show up the next day for my appointment. The lady that does my toes is very sweet, but no one is working on my hands. She says, when she is done with my toes, the older man will do my nails, I said ok, but I do have to leave in an hour. Mind you I had an appointment for both services. The man then looks at me and says no, we don't make appointments here, and I take at least 45mins! Extremely rude. Then a younger man comes and rushes to do my nails. He said why didn't you tell them you wanted builder gel???? Whaaaaaaat!!!!! I said it multiple times. I walked in and asked for Tracy for a pedicure based on Yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I did! She greeted me right away and was very professional and kind. She really took her time and made sure everything was done carefully. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she was honest and said she'd try her best but couldn't promise it would be exact which I appreciated. Came here after seeing so many good reviews and they get another one from me! I came in yesterday as a walk in. Was greeted by Robert who then did my nails. I showed him a picture of the unnamed color I wanted and mixed powders to a perfect match. I wanted a full set but needed short (for work) and he took over. Nailed the assignment. Yesterday I randomly chose a nail salon near me moved back to my hometown PRMNT, need to find a new place that's local & convenient. This place had the right review and the right stars however I took a shower this morning and noticed this. First it was overpriced for 2-pedis with gel I paid $120! ($60 each) for my daughter & me, overpriced especially for this to happen. Even if I took a shower right after I left the salon This Shouldn't Have Happened. I came here several times for their O Skin Signature Facial for $165 but you can customize it with…read moreupgrades like LED light therapy, dermaplaning, dermasweep for an extra fee. The actual treatment is very relaxing. Their signature facial also includes a face mask, a shoulder and hand massage, and paraffin wax for your hands and feet. They also offer other services such as weight loss, botox, eyebrow sculpting, etc. Just keep in mind that only RNs are allowed to perform extractions here which turns to be a real hassle at times. One time, I had to wait over 30 minutes just for a nurse to become available, and on other occasions, I couldn't get the extraction done at all because they were too busy. To make matters worse, some of the RNs have poor attitudes and "hardly ever follow up". A family member was specifically told to text the nurse with any medication questions, but when she did, the RN repeatedly took hours to reply. I also had a personal encounter with an RN who got visibly upset when the front desk asked her to do my extraction. She actually took her frustration out on me because she mistook me for another customer. Whether it was a case of mistaken identity or not, paying customers should never be treated this way, no matter how busy they are. Otherwise, the front desk staff and the estheticians themselves are very nice. If you plan on becoming a regular customer, my tip is: Get to know the estheticians and find one you like because some are amazing while others are just so-so. As for the facility itself, the place is very clean, smells great, and has nice amenities. Their waiting area is very comfortable with light snacks, they provide lockers for your things, and they even have heated toilet seats! The place is located inside the Cerritos Mall. But despite the huge parking areas - finding a spot is a real pain. With the exception of some nurses who have attitude, O Skin lives up to my expectations of providing high quality facials.

Monthly microdermabrasion, facials, and body scrubs have done wonders. I drive all the way from San Diego just for Skin Essence. I have recommended family&friends and they all love it. Not one regimen is the same and that's what I like the most. The products I use differ from my friends so I know they are taking the time to give you what is needed for your skin type.
