Hannah!! Love love love when I can be serviced by Hannah. She is a great artist with great customer service who is very gentle and meticulous. Getting my nails done is a form of therapy and I appreciate the level of care all the ladies here. My pedicures are always done proper, regardless of who does them. If they have you wait they are honest about wait times, I am typically a walk-in but they always take care of me. Success was made finding this place ! Came in as a walk in early to when they had opened and let them know of what I wanted with my inspo pic. I was sat down and immediately the work began. It was just me and the workers there however a nice music played in the back as well as a tv screen with minimal chatter from them. Overall nice environment. This was a nail salon I used to like going to and I loved their services. This was convenient as they had a big parking lot, located right next to the freeway. The last time I was here I received two coats of a sheer white color with Gel X ($60), which is exactly what I wanted and asked for! This place does great with designs, but I don't think I will be back. Every time I made an appt over the phone, I still had to wait another 30-45 minutes for someone when I got to the salon. Came in yesterday after work and was taken in right away. I should note, it was a Tuesday and 5:30pm therefore, that may be why it wasn't as busy. Right away I noticed the new sign outside (Tipsy Nails) I believe, so I figured that they were under new ownership . However, I've always liked their service and staff so I decided to give them a try. I was surprised to see some familiar faces and met Daniel and V. I have been coming to this salon for 2 years and I always get my manicures and pedicures faithfully done by T and Q (who are the best)! On this day I had to come in to get three gel-x nails repaired and my regular tech was on vacation for 6 weeks. HANNAH was asked to do my nails and I had a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience with her. She did not do a soak off of the chipped nails, she constantly kept twisting my hands telling me to relax, and still added gel tips to my fingers with gel residue and buildup still on my fingers from the previous set that she didn't soak off but rather filed instead. Due to the buildup the new tip was not level and would not cure properly, and she repeatedly took the tip off and added more gel. After 4 different attempts she left the tip on crooked and bulky. At this pint I had to intervene and asked that she remove the tup because it was not straight and did not lay sidewall to sidewal. I also told her the issue is that there is still gel buildup from the previous set. She looked at me and said "well it looks straight to me." I replied "T uses the same tips and doesn't have to customize the nail to fit." and she replied "well do you want to wait for her?" I replied "no, can you take this off please?" (the remark was snarling and uncalled for knowing that T was on vacation for 6 weeks) She then started yanking and clipping at the nails. I only asked that she remove 1 of the 3 and she began to cut off the other two and I told her that that wasn't necessary. and then she proceeded to try and gaslight me by said "don't you want me to cut these down to size?" when in fact that was not the motion or angle in which she had the clippers going. I pulled my hands back and she started putting away her supplies whike rolling her eyes. She spoke in her native language to the manager, then told me to "go wait for him to finish your nails." Several minutes after that she started gathering her belongings and left the salon. I told the manager about her behavior and he did nothing. I clarified and asked if he was the manager and he said "we all are, but I just cover for my sister. she is the owner but has another salon." When Kim was managing the salon under "Angel Nails and Lash" it was better. Now the new techs have no respect and attitudes towards returning clients. read more

This is one hard review that I had to write I give a 4 star because they do a great job I give a 1 star for the customer service and how the Situation was handled I have been coming to this location for over 6yrs old owners and now knew and referred over 7 people to this business and I never ever gave them any problems til today instead of trying to correct the problem the tech got very defensive and then start making 6 or 7 different excuses on way it was done 1st said it wasn't done 2nd I had broke nails not true 3rd why did I wait so long to bring it to there Attention then you told me yall don't write tickets when customers pay cash but a ticket was found with a crazy amount on it I go over my bills at the end of the month and I figure I would bring it up at my next appointment why did I figure that because then it was said why did I wait so long and why didn't I say something then or why did I ask how much was my nails and feet WHY because I never do never because I trust they will charge me the right amount once the tech found the ticket it had a different amount on the ticket that I never pay nor paid for an fill or pedi in the 6yrs of me going there so instead of correcting the problem more excuses were made not once did i get an apology just get an attitude and had the nerve to charge me 10$ for the broke nails I came in there to fix you would think the tech wouldn't charge but it's clear it's about the money and not thank you for being a loyal customer and it's not even about the money it's the principal and how I was treated and basically been called a lair 3 other people sad they had a Similar problem and stop coming customer service will make you lose customers over all my feelings are really hurt that I was treated this way but for sure I will ask prices so this won't happen again one more thing even going by there own prices I was still over charged how many broke nails do I have to have 4 smdh unreal when I had none yall must do better and stop just writing and kind of amount on the tickets read more

Super disappointed. Went in for gel x removal and manicure (really just a cuticle clean up, shape). She soaked my gelx only once per hand and didn't get all the gel off. Not to mention she cut me. Then only soaked my nails in cool water with no cuticle softener or soap. I have good length on my natural nail but they were left crooked. I'm just giving my nails a break but I won't be back here for my next gelx set. read more

I'm so glad I found this place. I had been in search for new nail spot, and I was very frustrated. My old tech of 2 years had to quit during the pandemic and I moved out of the area. I was headed to a shop nearby that I didn't want to visit but they did "ok" work and I had to at least get the dip off my nails. I stopped at 7-Eleven to get some water before I reach the shop, and saw Angel Lashes & Nails Spa. I peaked in just to see if they were busy and they said they had time for me so I decided to give them a shot. I'm VERY pleased with the work that was done! Pictured is an acrylic full set that feels super light and looks natural. No HUMP at the base of my nail bed. I got a nice pedicure with Na, and Mina and Sandy did my nails. I told a friend about this shop soon after and she enjoyed her gel x manicure too. I will definitely be going back there. After a year, I found my place. read more

I decided to give them a second chance and this time I can honestly say I had a much better experience. Sandy took care of me and she gave my nails life back! 2 stars because the ladies who did my mani and pedi were super nice but wow.. I feel like I just got ripped off. I've never paid SO much for a gel manicure and pedicure. A gel pedi was 40 + 15 for the gel polish (I didn't know I was paying for the gel polish bottles itself and they don't even cost 15 dollars) and a gel manicure was 48. I was the last person there so the lady asked if I had cash to pay for my services and I said no. When I first got there I asked if they accepted Apple Pay and she said no just credit card. I wanted to pay with my card because I didn't have enough cash. She then insisted I pay with Venmo which was fine. Overall, I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was a first time customer here and I would never come back. The work that they did was 70-80 dollars at best with tip not 103+tip. read more
