SALON IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! T wasn't there for a couple of days so Daniel (new) did my nails. they are so cute ! I just got them done yesterday and I've already gotten so many compliments on them. any only complaint is that he works fast. which can also not be a bad thing. he also told me he has been doing nails for 10 years which is why he is fast.
This was a nail salon I used to like going to and I loved their services. This was convenient as they had a big parking lot, located right next to the freeway. The last time I was here I received two coats of a sheer white color with Gel X ($60), which is exactly what I wanted and asked for! This place does great with designs, but I don't think I will be back. Every time I made an appt over the phone, I still had to wait another 30-45 minutes for someone when I got to the salon. It's unfortunate, since their services are pretty great.
Success was made finding this place ! Came in as a walk in early to when they had opened and let them know of what I wanted with my inspo pic. I was sat down and immediately the work began. It was just me and the workers there however a nice music played in the back as well as a tv screen with minimal chatter from them. Overall nice environment. I have already been asked where I got my nails done so thanks a ton and highly recommend! 45 min time spent and after tip and tax/fee(3.50) for using card it was $93
My go-to nail place! All the ladies are very friendly and efficient. My favorite tech is T! She's wonderful. I recommend this spot!
Update: 08/21/2024 So apparently this nail shop is under new management? Kim (former owner) no longer works here....and the tech who did my nails today did an average job?! He was way too eager to do my nails and they came out alright?! I'm not sure I'm coming back here, they have changed everything and I liked the old way better!! If Kim does get a salon of her own, I will be going because this nail shop has fallen off?! And I didn't like how Daniel was somewhat rude and being sarcastic....very unprofessional and unnecessary!!

However, I've always liked their service and staff so I decided to give them a try. I was surprised to see some familiar faces and met Daniel and V. Daniel did my gel x nails and did exactly what I asked for! Love my new nail set and have already received compliments. V did a great job with my pedicure as well, loved the foot massage! The service was great and I was out of there within an hour. This will still be my go to nail salon!

This my favorite set of nails done by T! She is super kind, fast , professional and really was tedious in the best way. I am so happy and can't wait to have more designs done in the future. She had great suggestions and ideas. I recommend her to anyone. She'd the one. The shop is nice, roomy and comfortable. I was greeted kindly by the staff who seemed also very attentive to their clients. I saw them all doing above and beyond to make their customers happy! Well done. This picture isn't the best. They look better in person.

Hannah!! Love love love when I can be serviced by Hannah. She is a great artist with great customer service who is very gentle and meticulous. Getting my nails done is a form of therapy and I appreciate the level of care all the ladies here. My pedicures are always done proper, regardless of who does them. If they have you wait they are honest about wait times, I am typically a walk-in but they always take care of me. It's hard to find a good shop, so I am glad I have found and have stayed with this one. read more

Friendly staff, took me and my friend in at the end of the day, I had a to wait a little longer so we were not done at the same time but it was ok we weren't in a hurry. "Na" was very nice and new her polishes lol I recommend her. They did the simple design I showed them as well. read more

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years and I always get my manicures and pedicures faithfully done by T and Q (who are the best)! On this day I had to come in to get three gel-x nails repaired and my regular tech was on vacation for 6 weeks. HANNAH was asked to do my nails and I had a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience with her. She did not do a soak off of the chipped nails, she constantly kept twisting my hands telling me to relax, and still added gel tips to my fingers with gel residue and buildup still on my fingers from the previous set that she didn't soak off but rather filed instead. Due to the buildup the new tip was not level and would not cure properly, and she repeatedly took the tip off and added more gel. After 4 different attempts she left the tip on crooked and bulky. At this pint I had to intervene and asked that she remove the tup because it was not straight and did not lay sidewall to sidewal. I also told her the issue is that there is still gel buildup from the previous set. She looked at me and said "well it looks straight to me." I replied "T uses the same tips and doesn't have to customize the nail to fit." and she replied "well do you want to wait for her?" I replied "no, can you take this off please?" (the remark was snarling and uncalled for knowing that T was on vacation for 6 weeks) She then started yanking and clipping at the nails. I only asked that she remove 1 of the 3 and she began to cut off the other two and I told her that that wasn't necessary. and then she proceeded to try and gaslight me by said "don't you want me to cut these down to size?" when in fact that was not the motion or angle in which she had the clippers going. I pulled my hands back and she started putting away her supplies whike rolling her eyes. She spoke in her native language to the manager, then told me to "go wait for him to finish your nails." Several minutes after that she started gathering her belongings and left the salon. I told the manager about her behavior and he did nothing. I clarified and asked if he was the manager and he said "we all are, but I just cover for my sister. she is the owner but has another salon." When Kim was managing the salon under "Angel Nails and Lash" it was better. Now the new techs have no respect and attitudes towards returning clients. read more

Kelly did my toes and Kim did my Gel x nails!!! When first walking in I definitely didn't expect the place to look the way it did from the outside, but it was a really nice surprise. The place inside was so pretty and i was greeted right away with a warm welcome by all the ladies. Even the customers that were there were also very friendly, Kim especially was very accommodating, she was all over the salon helping every, i think it was short staffed when i went, but fortunately i was in no rush, but she was a star! she handled everything gracefully and got it done and still did an AMAZING job on my nails! Initially I liked going to this place because of the color selection that they have. But every time I came I left disappointed.. mainly because of the wait time! Even though you have an appointment you are never seen at your appt time. The excuse is always short staffed or because of the time I walked in! This was not my first time.. came here for different services! For the first time I got gel x here closer to work and thought why not give it a try. Within 6 days it lifted and broke. I have been getting gel x for a year now somewhere else and this has NEVER HAPPENED! For the amount they charge this should of not happened! Their method of doing gel x is so different from the other two places I have been going! read more

Kim did my nails, and Karen did my pedi. I had to wait a long time because they were short staffed, but they both did a great job. I like that they ask you what design you want and let you know ahead how much the cost will be. My nails had lasted 3 weeks now without lifting, chipping, or breaking. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! EVErytime I visit Long Beach I'm always coming to this salon. All of the artist are really good and they take their time , I do not feel rushed at all and that's the one thing I enjoy is being to sit and relax. Kim did my set this time and she was great! I'm so glad I found this place. I had been in search for new nail spot, and I was very frustrated. My old tech of 2 years had to quit during the pandemic and I moved out of the area. I was headed to a shop nearby that I didn't want to visit but they did "ok" work and I had to at least get the dip off my nails. I stopped at 7-Eleven to get some water before I reach the shop, and saw Angel Lashes & Nails Spa. I peaked in just to see if they were busy and they said they had time for me so I decided to give them a shot. I'm VERY pleased with the work that was done! Pictured is an acrylic full set that feels super light and looks natural. No HUMP at the base of my nail bed. I got a nice pedicure with Na, and Mina and Sandy did my nails. I told a friend about this shop soon after and she enjoyed her gel x manicure too. I will definitely be going back there. After a year, I found my place. read more

I had to come back after going almost 5 weeks with the previous nails and not a single one of them breaking! I have to say I was definitely impressed! I decided to give them a second chance and this time I can honestly say I had a much better experience. Sandy took care of me and she gave my nails life back! I choose to go with the same color since this was a colored acrylic powder they originally applied but the shape, feel and overall look is times better. They treated my daughter and I very kindly and we're very attentive not to mention professional. I'd definitely recommend them now. P.S. A much Happier Customer read more

2 stars because the ladies who did my mani and pedi were super nice but wow.. I feel like I just got ripped off. I've never paid SO much for a gel manicure and pedicure. A gel pedi was 40 + 15 for the gel polish (I didn't know I was paying for the gel polish bottles itself and they don't even cost 15 dollars) and a gel manicure was 48. I was the last person there so the lady asked if I had cash to pay for my services and I said no. When I first got there I asked if they accepted Apple Pay and she said no just credit card. I wanted to pay with my card because I didn't have enough cash. She then insisted I pay with Venmo which was fine. Overall, I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was a first time customer here and I would never come back. The work that they did was 70-80 dollars at best with tip not 103+tip. read more

Kim is my girl! I have seen her three times now and she always does an amazing job. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails since I worked in a salon for six years and I'm extremely happy with Kim's work. The salon is very pretty and clean! Walked in on a Saturday morning. The ladies are very accommodating and go above and beyond to take care of everyone who walks in. First time I've gone to get my nails done in about 10+ years, so I was excited. I asked for short, almond shaped with a simple design. I got long pointy claws with the design done haphazardly. Like I said in the picture's caption, I thought she nailed (pun intended) the design until I saw them in better lighting. Paid almost $100 for this, can't say I'll be back. read more

This was one of the best Nail shops I've ever been in. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. They are welcoming to all customers who came in and I loved the diversity of clientele. My nails were done perfectly and I was out of there under two hours.
