I figured I'll get my mani and pedi done fast because there were more than five workers. But no. All these workers no customers and they couldn't start my hands while working on my feet. Most places I go to will do their best to assist you and get you done fast with quality work. Plus The older lady there kept trying to pressure me into more than what I wanted. I've been here twice for gel mani and regular pedi. They do great pedicures but there gel nails do not last at all. I went in and 2 days later my nails chipped. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Customer Service. One of the nail artists (who is a man, but didn't catch his name) had really long natural nails and were dirty inside. And he kept pinching my fingers. Then he was doing my nails and was really rude to me. I still had leftover nail glue, and he very rudely drilled my nail glue away to the point where my nails were SUPER thin!!And then I asked for a jewel in my ring finger, but it wasn't centered, so I asked him if he could fix it and he was like "I'm going to have to redo!" And then I explained to my mom what had happened, and then he screamed to me "I heard you!!" but I was talking to my mother. Terrible experience, never returning again. Went here on a busy Sunday for three pedicures. I usually go done the street but it was very packed and they only had fans blowing. Here, I love that they had their a/c blasting as it was such a hot day. We were seated into the massage chairs and waited for about 20 minutes before getting the actual pedicures. I did not mind since they were extremely busy. I do wish that they had more regular nail polish though, I settled with gel. I got my pedicure done by Vy and she was such a sweet lady. She did such a wonderful job, very very detailed. I got her and she made sure that it was clean before going under the UV which I was appreciative. It was only $24 and I was very very pleased. I will definitely come back for future nail appointments as it is relaxing, good prices, great service and satisfying nail work. Thank you Vy!! read more

Girl.... I've never had a pedicure this bad in my life! Lol I wanted white nail polish and instead I left with toes looking like someone rubbed white out all over my toenails and skin. The lady helping me, older woman with glasses, was not even paying attention, second time I get her, she just watches the tv and doesn't even do anything for my toes. They came out so crusty, uneven, different shapes? My toenails are not difficult to shape, yet some came out slanted, others like waves, some dip. Like how does that even happen??? I thought they just needed a rinse to get the paint off but no... the nail polish was all over my cuticles!! I don't even know if she cleaned up my cuticles cause they came out so bad lol don't go here for a pedicure. Or if you do, don't allow that lady to touch your toes. Lol read more

This is one of the worst nail shops I been to. Came here to get a full set and a pedicure they started my pedicure right away. The lady that was doing it asked if I wanted callus removal I said yes. She asked me something I didnt really understand her so I answered to what I thought she said. She laughed and said no I said whatever it is that she was saying. Since I didn't understand her she started talking in her. Language about it and they all laughed. I hate when they do that but whatever. As another lady was putting my acrylics on I noticed the lady that did my feet was putting bags on a lady feet for the callus remover. So I asked why she didn't do that for me. She said next time. I'm thinking if u do it right the first time there shouldn't be a oh next time. Anyway I'm sitting in the pedicure chair still waiting for someone to cut and style and polish my nails. I've waited for at least 30 min for someone to start on me. Remind u that someone else (a loyal customer) walked in. Instead of taking me to do my nails she takes her and just leaves me waiting. Finally someone does my nails. She does a good job. Made them look natural. I was getting ready to leave and messed one up so i asked her if she can fix it. Instead of taking the polish off she puts the polish on the part that messed up and now I have a two toned nail. I told her that it doesn't look right. She said if i take it off u will have to wait. She asked if i wanted to wait so she can fix it. I told her no and walked out. I parked right as im getting in my car the lady that did my feet was talking about me in their language, they were all laughing. I know they were talking about me because they all looked at me after.
