During the service I expressed to her that she was going too fast for me as I was in extreme pain from the way she was applying the sugar on my skin to the yanking of the hair. She stated that it was because I was on my cycle and because my hair was extremely long, now I understand it was long but like I said im not a newby to the pain of a Brazilian. Also, there's a 5 minute grace period where if you're late, you may lose your appointment or part of it. There's a variety of services offered from skincare to what they're known for, hair removal via sugaring. All staff are trained and certified for all services they provide and are the sweetest.
