The space itself is super cute with a relaxed, feel-good vibe that makes you actually look forward to your appointments. Mia and Aimee are the real standout. They both have amazing personalities, make you feel comfortable right away, and are seriously talented at what they do. What I really appreciate is that they never rush. It's not a quick in-and-out, assembly line type of place. They take their time and stay fully focused on giving you the best possible service, and it shows in the results. If you're looking for a spot where you can trust the service, enjoy the experience, and leave feeling put together, this is it. I recommend this place without hesitation. Once you go, you won't want to go anywhere else.

What I have an issue with is their communication. I had an appointment booked today and even received a email to confirm 2 days before which I responded to immediately. To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them. The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.
