I am really disappointed to write this review as I have loved and have been going to this salon for 2 years. I have always had a great experience & the staff has always been very lovely. However, the last two times that I have been, the customer service was very upsetting. On two different occasions, I called to ensure there was time & space to be seen. The first time, I was told a specific time to go, showed up, and was asked to come back in a couple of hours. When I did return, I waited for over 40 minutes. The second time, I was told to come in at the time I called for, and waited one hour with no service before I decided to leave. Both times wasted a lot of my time when I was given the "ok" to come at the time that I did. I am very disappointed and feel very upset with my past two experiences. Even more so, because I really loved this spot & considered it my "go-to" salon. I feel as if I've been a dedicated customer but feel as though my time has not been respected at all. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special shoutout to my nail tech, Kelly. She did an amazing job on my nails. The service here is amazing! Kelly did my pedicure and let me tell guys, she did an amazing job! She was attentive, gentle and yet thorough when cleaning up my cuticles. For the 12min massage she did a phenomenal job. It was very relaxing and highlighted her skill set and care. Im not much of a talker but she was very inviting in conversation. I highly recommend! I came upon this nail salon by chance, and I am so happy I did. Kelly is amazing! She did a wonderful job on manicures and pedicures for me and my daughter. We arrived near closing time, but Kelly was welcoming and accommodating. She took the time to provide us with top notch service. She was patient and a great listener. We showed her photo inspirations of the nail designs we wanted, and she did an impressive job. The nail salon is clean, with an upbeat and comfortable atmosphere. I always have an excellent experience getting my nails done here! Usually I do spur-of-the-moment gel manicures, so I've done nothing but walk-ins, and service is genuinely so fast and efficient. My nails come out beautiful, gorgeous every single time--this go-around I got dark purple cat's eye nails, and they were just stunning. The atmosphere is also lovely, cheerful and friendly if you're feeling talkative, calm and quiet if you're just there to relax. 10/10 for sure. first of all this place is so clean and the people are so nice , they give you water and make sure you are comfortable . KIM is the one who did my nails and she did so amazing . The first time I came just because it was close but she was so great that it make me come back for a second time and she did a amazing job again , my nails are so clean very neat and she did them pretty fast . this is my new nail shop def passed the Vibe check . I've been coming to Chic nail bar since they opened and I love the service. Kelly always does my acrylic nails and they last over 2 weeks with no lifting. She takes her time and does a really good job as well as the other ladies that do really good pedicures. Rip off! I got a full set nails on dec 7 for $48 went back this past weekend got a fill didnt do nothing special it was $40 i was very upset. I dont understand how using less acrylic for a fill came out to be $8 cheaper than a full set. i will never step foot in that place again if getting over on the customers is what they do. read more

Second time here and the environment was sooooo relaxing. I went right to sleep with the relaxing organic Jelly spa pedicure and soothing message.
