I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. My pedicure felt rushed, and my cuticles were not properly taken care of. I chose a French tip design and, while the initial result looked okay, the quality did not hold up at all. Within 24 hours, the gel began to peel off completely. I have also experienced unusual itchiness in my toes and this is something I have never encountered after a pedicure before. I was charged $55 for this service. When I asked for a breakdown, I was told there was an additional $15 charge for gel and $10 for the French tip. Given the quality, I do not feel this pricing was justified. I called the next day and was advised to return so the issue could be fixed. However, due to both the results and the discomfort I'm experiencing, I do not feel comfortable going back. I believe a refund would be appropriate under these circumstances, though I was told the only thing they can do it a redo. No thanks. Not risking getting an allergic reaction from a salon that cannot even do a simple gel pedicure. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this salon. Please be careful. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Take your money elsewhere! read more

How rudely the staff were with my uncle who is a regular customer and has a disability. He came for his regular routine pedicure due to him being diabetic and was told to wait one hour and and told it will be another hour, before they can get to him with no one being there because they were coming and had other appointments. My uncle and mom left after waiting 2hours without being serviced. This nail place has lost its way of quality and service. Take your money somewhere else. I went here several times and I really like to love this place it most times service is just really mediocre. Pedicure seems to be so rushed, they don't even try to really clean the nails anymore, just remove the gel, remove cuticles, buff it and put the new polish. Jolie did my gel manicure the first time and did an excellent job. Today, Jade did my gel mani and also excellent work. Kim did my pedicure the first time also did excellent. Did a last minute booking online. Haven't had my pedicure don't in 3 years. Amy, was my nail tech. She was nice and gentle. She didn't scrape or cut too short of my nails or my cuticles. She spent time with my calloused feet (thanks to wearing slippers all summer). She could've done a little more on the massage with scrub on the legs. But thats ok. She made sure the polish I wanted was the right color. I love how she used the uv dryer on my feet. After she applies one layer of polish, she then puts the uv light on right away and then proceeds to apply polish on the other foot. Will I come back, yes. As price goes, I paid $42 for deluxe pedi with callous remover and gel polish. read more

First time here and was very satisfied with my natural colors on my nails. I call during my lunch hour to see if I can come in at 5pm for gel manicure & reg pedicure. Thank you Lynn for being able to squeeze me especially since the shop closes at 6pm. When I got there I had to wait for a feq mins so I waited outside. When you walk-in Lynn is sitting in the first booth, which she will greet you. There is three booths on one side and the other side of the wall has five massage chairs for pedicure. The atmosphere was really relaxing because there was no TV and got to enjoy the soft music Kim was my nail tech and she was awesome. She was very attentive and quick, when I get my nails-do it usually take about 1.5-2 hours. Kim asked if I wanted to get design on my toes. Which I usually get a design. Terrible experience. One of the male techs did my sister's & my nails. He put a gel on my sister's nails that she didn't ask for & charged her for it. She asked for a specific design & he did what he wanted instead. When he was doing my nails he was watching a tv show on his phone propped up against the lamp on the nail desk. He cut me 4 times to the point of bleeding. He was rushed, distracted, & upset when I asked him to straighten out my nails that were supposed to be squared, but had a u-shape. I wanted a chrome finish, but when he did it on one of my nails I saw how obnoxious it looked & asked him to take it off & he was insistent that he could make it work. I had to ask him multiple times to take it off & finish with a clear top coat. They tried charging us for the special gel he put on my sister & then insulted her saying that her nails are not that nice, that they only looked that nice because he put that special gel on it. My friend and I wanted to get our nails done for my birthday weekend, and came across this place on Yelp. I was excited because I saw so many great reviews and honestly I don't get my nails done to judge well, but every time I have gotten a full set I've been happy when I left! This time was different though. I got a full set of gel acrylics, and I have never been laughed at for wanting short acrylics. I know I'm not the one who gets them the shortest, and she kept forcing me to keep them long when I wanted them short. Also, I think the way they charge is very biased. My friend got gel x which should cost more but mine was $70 and hers was $60, though I think our designs were quite similar other than my little outline. First time getting a manicure. Queen's Nails was recommended to me by my friend. I took my mom too; it was her first time in a nail salon. My friend always has great gel sets so I decided to get a gel set. My mom was definitely out of her comfort zone and she told the technician "I don't know what you can do because I have such small nail beds" And the technician responded something like "Oh don't worry, we'll give you acrylics and make you look sexy" lol No pain reported from me or my mom except as you can see in her photo, she did already have a cut that was still hurting from before the visit. I am pleased with how the nails turned out, and the technicians were very nice. Good price too...I live in Santa Barbara and can't find any nail salon nearly as affordable :/ On day 13 I ended up removing my gel set; the edges were lifting and annoying me. The nail technicians did say to return every 2 weeks so I am satisfied with how long they lasted. My mom's acrylic gel set is still looking good as her nails don't grow fast. read more
