This place is only $25 for a pedicure and almost across the street from my house and I'd really hoped that they'd be good. However, my first time, the guy cut pretty aggressively into the side of my toenail which left the right side where my nail and skin meet raw and sore. As I wasn't positive that this was because of what he's done, I returned. This time, a woman did it and could see that something was going on the right right side of my big toe and asked if it hurt to which I responded, Yes, it does. Please, don't do anything to that toe other than redo the polish. Next thing I know, she is digging into the side of my nail and pulling a piece of skin and nail all the way down the side. I begged her to stop and she did not. She continued to yank on it despite me saying numerous times, Please, stop. Of course, it started bleeding, hurt like hell and will likely turn into an ingrown nail at this point. I will never return. Absolutely awful. The refused me service when I asked for a soak off. They told me since I was the first customer of the day it's not good for business for them to do a soak off. This place blows. I got a pedicure here, I would show a picture if it wasn't so embarrassing. There's still paint on my skin outside my nails, lotion was not rubbed in and when she was "massaging" my legs she kept digging my heels into the platform. I left with lotion still on my legs and nail polish around my nails. Even on my actual nails, there's a build up on nail polish on the boarder...... HUGE WASTE of $40. I would've been better off doing my nails at home. really sad. read more

I am finally getting around to posting this review. I have never left such a negative review on a service because I have never had such a bad experience. I went to this salon because I drove by once and it looked clean and new. I asked for a simple design, wavy blue tips with stars. *inspo pic below*. The woman who serviced me was having a hard time, and wiped away the design 4x. Rather than tell me she couldn't do it or asking for help, she continued, stopped showing me and began curing the polish. I would have been extremely understanding and would've been okay with switching for a solid color with no design. Aside from the design, the gel-x application is completely wrong. The gaps in between are very obvious. *not pictured* I also got a gel pedicure from another woman at the same time. I do not suffer from ingrown toenails and the woman was digging into my skin trying to get something out. She was going beyond regular cleaning dead skin and ended up making me bleed. My toe was tender for days after that. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. read more

I have been coming here for years and always pleased with the services provided to me and my daughter. Yvonne and Queen are the best. Queen is so nice and does a really good job with pedicures. There is also a male tech(don't know his name) but he did a really cool design on my daughter's nails for a concert. She's also had a Hamilton themed design. I go often without an appointment and never have to wait long. The space is nice, clean and no issues with parking. read more

0 stars-I walked out! So chaotic and rushed upon entering. I used to go here before the pandemic and so I now go to another place that I like very much. I was in the area so I decided to give them a try out of convenience. The vibe was stressful and unfriendly from the start. I got as far as a soak but because they were stressed, distracted and in a rush, I wasn't able to have a choice in service. I was told because they have appointments in 1/2 hr, they would do the minimum and wouldn't do the service I asked for. They were immediately being heavy handed and rushed. I was so uncomfortable that I immediately told her to stop and that I was leaving. I NEVER do this. It was that bad. I went to my normal place that I love (Fendy Nail Lounge in Cypress). There, I got to have my usual relaxing and great service with a nice complimentary beverage. read more

Second visit today, and will honestly never go back. Both times, timing was promised, and not delivered. Today was especially eventful because my daughter just needed a fill. The tech Did the fill, did the polish, look like a five-year-old did it. The technician took the polish off, and proceeded to re-polish in the same fashion. We were told it would take about 30 to 40 minutes... We were almost an hour and add to leave. Very frustrating so my daughter walked out of there with a fill, without nail polish. I was a walk-in on a late Saturday afternoon. No problem. All I wanted was a pedicure. No gel. No design. No extra massage. They asked. I declined. NO PROBLEM! As a business person I appreciate someone trying to upsell. It is their job. I am just boring and just wanted a pedicure with basic red polish. The girl that took care of me was sweet and attentive. Did an excellent job. They have SO many colors and designs to chose from I apologize I only wanted plain red. The foot and lower leg massage that was complimentary was great! The owner teased me that I needed to come back every 2 weeks (I had not been in 6 months due to work travel). Everyone was offered a free bottle of water.
