I had a very good experience here. The pedicure is fantastic and muy full set look wonderful.

The ladies in the salon was nice. The pedicure was by far the worst paint job I have ever seen. Everything up until the painting of the toes were great. Needless to say I could have painted my toes better than what that lady did in the salon. I have never been so disappointed paying to get my nails done. Don't get your nails done by this particular person and I really wish I got her name. On a side note: The lady at the first station did the manicures for me and my mom did a very nice job.

I first discovered this place when I was getting acrylic nails taken off, that I had gotten done at another nail place (which the owner was pointing out what they had done wrong), and during that little span of time I seen the owner was very attentive and I saw how great of a multitasker and communicator she was with customers and her employees. A real boss! So I definitely wanted to get my nails done here and just to give her a try. Thankfully I was right to come here and when I say BB nail and spa pulled through! They can definitely add me to there regular customer list. :)

Whenever you come this salon you will be totally 100% happy!!! I went in for my second time today after having a great experience the first time. I had gotten a full set with gel polish and they lasted almost a month. I came in today for my fill and was not disappointed! Nikki takes her time to make sure your nails are perfectly shaped how you want and also does a great job with the polish. I also got a classic pedicure done by Amy. When I walked out of the shop I clumsily tripped on the curb and it ruined my toe polish. I walked back inside and Amy fixed them with no problem. The ladies who work here are all so friendly make the experience even better. Will definitely be back again!

Today I found my new pedicure spot. My last lady at Cerritos mall was very good but Tran @BB was way, way better! I didn't have to tell her how to cut my toenails especially my left big toe that got smashed on directly by a cleat during high school football and an accident later in life at a basketball gym that took the whole left big toenail off again but it's ok now because Tran took care of my toenail problems! They look great and more importantly they feel much, much better, very clean as well. Also I got the $20 pedicure which included, toenails cut/cleaned and filed, callous removal, sea salt leg scrub, lotion applied, a five minute massage, and hot towel to cap things off, which was $28 at Cerritos mall. My little brother wants to go with me next time and his best friend too. I am so happy I tried this place today! read more

Full five stars for their pedicures only!!!! It's fully worth the $40 I promise!! You will receive the best foot massages along with hot rocks, foot scrubs, and wax! I always bring my friends and they enjoy it as much as me. Don't let them rip you off on being lazy though cause some of the girls will hardly put in work since they don't usually get tipped. I will take pictures of each step next visit. read more

This is always my go to nail salon! They treat you nicely and try to make sure they get you in real quick if you're a walk in. I've been coming here for so long they always ask about my family and how I am doing. I can't repeat enough how lovely they all are. Whether I want a new set of just a gel nail manicure, it has always come out nice. Just be prepared they can be busy sometimes so make sure you know you'll have to wait or make an appointment! read more

So I've been coming here on & off since 2016. I started going more regularly to her the past 1 1/2 years. Every time I have gone, I get the same thing, light pink almond shaped medium length. I always ask for acrylic but she puts on POLYGEL. The tubes she uses are polygel, not acrylic. Poly gel is way less expensive than acrylic. Every time I have gone in, she charges me different amounts for the same thing. Once it was $45, then it was $50 then to $55. I called two days ago & asked her how much an acrylic set would be. She told me $30 starting price for acrylic. When I went in today, she again tried putting poly gel on me instead of acrylic. When I asked her about it she told me she was allergic to the stuff in acrylic. I then asked her how much the poly gel was. She told me she was gonna charge me $65 & that she was giving me a deal because she should charge me more. I ended up walking out with just the fake nails glued to my fingers & went to a different place. I have personally bought poly gel tubes, you can get several different colors of professional poly gel TUBES for wayyy cheaper than what she's asking for. FOR THE WHOLE TUBE OF IT. I have been a loyal customer to this place & I feel as though they have been taking advantage of me & upcharging me for way too long. I purposely called her ahead of time this time to find out pricing BEFORE hand. She uses a brand called JAS Nails. You can buy these tubes online for wayyy cheaper. Do not go here for anything acrylic nails because they are not actually using acrylic. I'm deeply sad to write this post as I've been coming here since high school but when I asked her about it she got defensive & lied to me & told me she wasn't upcharging. Do not come here for anything besides gel polish. read more

My 1st time here and wow wow wow. The women here are nice and respectful. They didn't hesitate to contingency treatment when I asked for more time on my feet. Most places test you like they're robots but not here. My hands and feet look great! Definitely a diamond in the rough in Cypress. read more

Terrible! First day open after quarantine and they are packed. Made an appointment for 6PM for me, my sister, and my mom. They made us wait outside and took in the people that just got there without an appointment before us. Then made us go in one by one... they should have planned this out better read more

I found this place online while looking for a new place to get my acrylic nails done. I had gotten matte pink acrylic nails done and I admit they were nice. The price was reasonable but I couldn't understand why a matte top coat cost an extra $2. Even when finished, my nails did not look matte at all. I applied my own matte top coat which made it look much better. I don't recommend the matte top coat but everything else was fine read more

Okay, so I had my nails done by Nicki. She is sweet very personable. As far as my nails I came in for a fill An to fix one nail that had completely lifted. She told me to get a new full set because my nails where lifting. So I agreed to the full set, I got my nails styled narrow coffin, a couple of the nails lifted where she put the fake nail. An one of my nails is Crocked. I paid 25 for her taking off nails An a new set when compared to my last ones, I should've left them alone. Money waisted. The lady who did my feet, Loved her. That's why I gave this place 3 stars. read more

The price for a gel mani is so good here I think this is the most affordable place I've been too. I always leave loving how my nails turn out. Amy and Nikki have helped me multiple times and are very sweet. The first time I came I let them know I had a sensitive finger and they remembered the next time and if someone else has to do my nails for me they let them know about my finger so that they make sure it doesn't hurt. read more

I called and asked if they would take Amex and the lady gladly said yes! They do a great job on nails and seem to have a nice staff of ladies working. I happened to try this place out because the other nail place I used to go is not as welcoming. For a first time here it was good! I would not mind going back again for nails. read more

Came in to get my acrylics taken off and was told that my nails were too long to do and denied of service. I don't know how the length matters when I only wanted them to be removed, wasn't told even to come back at at a different time seems like they are just lazy and didn't want to do it. Went to the next nail salon and what do you know they tell me to wait only 15 mins and gave me a bottle of water while I waited. Customer service people, it goes a long way read more

Wonderful nail salon! Very clean and the women were extremely friendly. You are offered a complimentary drink when you are seated. Nikki did an amazing job on my gel manicure! This nail salon used to be called Technics Nail Salon est. circa 2000. It was changed to BB Nails & Spa under new ownership starting May 2016. Together with a new name, we are also bringing a customer-oriented way of doing business. The entire premise was completely renovated and equipped with brand-new state-of-art spa chairs, nail stations and many others. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights. Called one day in a limb and they took me right away. Very polite and courteous. I was helped by Nikki for my fill and Amy for my pedicure. They were amazing!!! If you are picky and Type A like I am this is the place to go. My nails came out perfect and Amy went above and beyond and cut my cuticles as an added touch. Hidden gem for sure!!
