Pedi: it was super relaxing to give your legs some tlc! They were very meticulously on making sure my cuticles were at their best and their sugar scrub and cooling gel.. omg my legs felt so soft! And that minty/cooling gel they put on.. you gotta get that package! Mani: definitely get the gel for this one as well! Trust the process! The owner is a hard working mom who really cares about her clients and she's raising her son to be a hard-working, studious young man. I want to support that whenever I can! Also, once the employees get to know you, they remember your name and treat you like family. Ivy took care of me (she's only there on Saturdays), and she was amazing. I decided to treat myself and went with the "Awesome Pedicure"... and it definitely lived up to the name. I got paraffin treatment on my feet. I also had to get my hands done since I'm a massage therapist, and she took great care of them too. Probably worst nail salon experience I've had, didn't buff gel x nails before gluing, saw bubbles when on my nail, didn't listen to the shape or length, and didn't listen to the amount of Coats, the size of the nail is too small so I can feel it squeezing my finger nails currently, so the size placed on is too small. My daughter and her friend (french nail) visited Phoenix Salon recently, but unfortunately, the results were not what we expected. The shaping of the nails was sloppy, and the overall quality wasn't great. We appreciate that the owner allowed them to come back for a repair the next day, but even then, the work was only slightly improved. Additionally, the service took over an hour, which felt excessive for the results. While we value the effort to make it right, we hope the salon can improve its techniques and efficiency moving forward. I also did offer to pay additional for any add ons that might be incurred. I completely get that this is post COVID and businesses have suffered. I would just like transparency on nail techs strong suits. I've provided an inspo of the french time we hoped for. read more

Thank God I saw this little bit of blood in my big toe on my right foot and when I brought it to his attention, he just dismissed it saying it's nothing and will be ok. I later texted their manager Kelly who promised they will redo my pedicure next time free of charge. I hope they keep their promise but I'm not sure I'll go back to this nail salon, considering there is a ton of nail salons around the area. read more

As someone who has never left a bad review, I felt this was necessary. I had found this place on Yelp and read through multiple reviews stating their experience was great here. I trusted the reviews and decided to give them a try. My mistake. The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the pedicure I received. The employee did a great job with that. As for my dip powder manicure, I could say the exact opposite. For starters, I was the only customer in the establishment and was early to my appt so there was no need to rush. I had two people working on me, one doing my pedicure and one for my nails. Since I had a previous nail set, the first step was to remove the dip powder I already had. The worker who was doing so did not completely remove all the material I already had on my nails from my last set. I mentioned this to her to which she rudely and quickly filed down my nails to try to remove as much as possible. After, she began doing the dip powder. I asked for French tip. She proceeded to apply a clear/neutral dip powder. After, she said she would apply a pink gel polish to help my nails look more natural and add some color. After removing my hand from the UV light, I noticed my nails had bubbles and looked like cracked glass. When I mentioned this to her, she dismissed it and said it was fine. I showed the nails to the lady doing my pedicure which she agreed and told the other worker that it was because she polished too quickly. After roughly removing the gel polish, she applied another coat. My nails still looked the same way and I had mentioned that to her. She continued to tell me that there was nothing wrong with them and then proceeded to file my nails down even more. After some time and lots of filing, my nails still looked the same. I informed her that it seems as if it was the dip powder but she continued to dismiss my concerns. I grew impatient and annoyed by her responses so I informed her I would just go elsewhere. I have gotten my nails done (dip powder, specifically) consistently for the last few years so I know what it should look like. I ended up getting up to leave. I told the worker who did my pedicure that I'd be happy to pay for the gel removal from my last set but would not be paying for the dip the other worker did. They only charged me for my pedicure which I appreciated. Overall, it was an obnoxious experience as I am paying $$ for this service and was dismissed when I had mentioned my concerns more than once. It seems as if she was in a rush and just trying to get out of there as quickly as possible. This is how my nails were left. read more

I love Phoenix! Always reliable and convenient. You can call or text Kelly (the owner) to schedule an appointment, even day of, or you can do a walk-in. Kelly has you covered! She is kind, super stylish, and makes sure you get the service(s) you want, taking the time to chat with you and your nail tech about the different options, preferences, etc. Everyone feels like family, which is fitting, as you will often see her son helping out with customers. He is also very kind and respectful, and he is learning some great life skills at a young age! All of the technicians are also super friendly and do a wonderful job. I've had my appointments with Sylvie the last few times. She's great and also very funny! A joy to talk with, and she makes sure you are taken care of with refreshments and such. My go-to is a gel pedi since it lasts a long time. I usually do the awesome pedi with all the features (scrub, callous removal, mask, paraffin, massage), but sometimes I splurge and do the jelly which has most of the above and feels really nice (with awesome scent options to boot). I have recently also tried their adjoining business a few doors down that does hair removal. I got my eyebrows threaded. It was quick and a great price, and my brows look awesome. Ashu got what I wanted down to a T (natural look, clean up w/ a little shaping, minimal removal to keep the integrity of my brows, especially in patchier spots). I am impressed with both businesses. They are comfortable, nicely decorated, have great availability, and know how to make you feel pampered and cared for, both physically and emotionally. Walked in recently and Mai seemed to be in a rush for my mani pedi gold combo. Cut my skin twice, no reaction or apology. Thankfully I wasn't bleeding. Massage was horrible- basically just kept rubbing oil on the same spot of my leg for only a little over 8 min instead of 10 min. Didn't ask if the temp of the hot towel was ok, just wrapped it on my legs and arms and I had to tell her to take it off it was too hot. Once the sea gel was rubbed on she immediately wiped it off with the hot towel after a couple of seconds. After she was finished, didn't bother to hand me back my sandals which she placed against the wall of the chair. One of the worst experiences. read more
