Very disappointed with these nails. All I wanted was some cute dainty simple nails and instead I got Chiclete gum looking nails. Look it up. They're uneven, clumpy and chipped.. how?! I had some acrylics on that they charged me $5 for removal.. might as well take them off yourself before you walk in.. all she did was literally rip them off my nail bed!! No soaking was done. Don't go here... save yourself! First, the lady who did my pedicure washed her tools in the SINK!!!! Didn't even use soap...What?!?!? How unsanitary is that... Second, I saw a MOUSE run across the back room!!! The lady who did my pedicure sAw it too... so horrible!!!! Last time I came here was over a year ago, the owner Jenny remembered me. They were quick and my brother enjoyed his pedicure

It look about 2 hours for my nails to be completed. The nails came to about $55 not including tip. I showed the lady my inspo pic and she said it was really easy. The nail lady did about 10-15 layers of dip powder which created my nails to look think and lumpy. She also would drill the nail and nic my skin where there was blood. I thought the nail design I chose was not complicated but they do not look like the picture I showed. The base color is too pink and the nails are very chunky and crooked. She cut my thumbs way to short that they do not match the rest of the nails. I would go somewhere else this place is not really worth your time or money. :( my nail lady was Julie. read more

I brought my daughter and her friend to the salon to get a manicure and pedicure as a treat to start the new school year. I asked the price before they started and was quoted $29.00 each. I have had trouble at various salons changing prices so I always make sure of the price before we get started. The prices were posted, but I did not initially see the list. In any event, the girls picked their colors and went to their chairs to get started. I had already spoken with my daughter's friend and told her we were paying for her expenses. When the girls were done, they rushed over and made a beeline for the front door. I had found a 10% discount on Yelp when I checked in, so I wanted to remember to use it. When I went to pay, my daughter informed me that her friend had already paid for her services. I was confused. because we had talked about paying for her. The woman at the desk was hurrying me to pay so I was unable to fully quiz them about the pre-payment. I informed the salon people that I had a 10% Yelp coupon and was met with, we already gave you a discount. I remarked, "what discount?" They said the $29.00 was the discount. I told them this was Yelp and it stated an additional 10% on all services. They reluctantly gave me the discount and did give my daughter's friend the discount by refunding some money. As I was gathering tip money, my daughter and her friend said not to tip. I followed them out to figure out what was up. Apparently, my daughter's friend was badgered and bullied the entire time she sat in the chair. The woman kept telling her she needed to pay and she wouldn't put color on her nails if she didn't pay. My daughter told the woman that I was paying for both of them, but she kept at her. The woman even feigned not being able to open the nail polish. She said she would have to find another color or pay. I had no idea any of this was happening. My daughter's friend finally paid the woman with a $50 bill her mother had given her. The woman brought her $10 in change, shorting her $11.00. My daughter's friend was smart enough to ask, "wait, how much was it?" The woman pulled out a calculator and did some weird calculation. She finally relented and gave her the correct change back. I was mad that they didn't tell me in the salon and they didn't alert me to it, when it was happening. A lady in the chair next to my daughter was done and tried to settle up, when the woman told her it would be $50.00. The lady told her, you quoted me $20 and $20 is posted at the front. The woman told her those were old prices. I heard none of this from where I sat in the front. My daughter and her friend witnessed the argument between the patron and the woman who worked there. They were both a little unsettled by that exchange and all that went on. They just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. That is why, they didn't let me know what was going on. We will never return to the salon. The facility is nice and very clean, but with such unsavory business practices going on, it is not worth it. My advice, if you go to the salon, beware of bullying, cheating and price gouging. This practice may only be limited to that one woman and may not be known to the owners or managers, but I don't really care to find out. I am unsure, how you would maintain a regular client base with these practices going on. At least my daughter and her friend learned a life lesson from this experience. read more
