I went in for a gel color change. The lady in the front was very nice, didn't push me to get a manicure, or any other services. She was very nice. Ann did my gel color an off white and she was very sweet and focused on the job. Very polite and asked me if I was happy with my nails after each coat. I would definitely recommend her as she really is sincere. The place is very clean and simple, and the regular news was on. my sister came in for a pedicure and the lady told us that it would be a 15 minute wait, but it turned out to be 35 minute wait. The lady that was supposed do it finally came but while she was doing it she was distracted because she was watching a show, and would stop doing the pedi to pick up her phone to answer and answer texts messages and calls. she also was a little rough during it that even though I wasn't getting the pedi I could notice. read more

Came in today for a spa pedicure. The woman who provided service was distracted watching Korean dramas on her phone and would stop my pedicure to check and reply to her text messages. She also stopped to kill a fly with her hand, washed it off, and then proceeded with my massage. She did hurt me a couple of times and must have made me bleed (I didn't notice it) because she put some chemical on my toe a couple of times. When she was finished, I asked her to clean up the excess polish because I could see it on the side of several toes- that is something she should've done without me asking. She does phenomenal work on long or short acrylic nails and really pays attention to detail. I love natural looking acrylics and she has nailed it every time! The nail salon is very clean and neat. She never filed them but used the drill or electric file and my nails are so thin now it hurts to open anything. Be ware of this before you go. Came in here for a regular pedicure for myself and my daughter. They didn't put liners in the pedicure tub initially and when asked to do so they started yelling in Asian. The lady doing my pedicure was clearly upset and too rough my daughter complained twice when it was her turn! Won't be coming back! They've always done a great job until right now that there are two women in here fighting (2 nail technicians) talking super fast and loud in their language! So no one would to attend me. Then finally, the lady who was already working on someone's nails got me seated and water going. After about 7 mins of this going on and me just sitting in the chair with my feet in water, I had to butt in and tell them that it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. They said sorry and stopped for about 15 secs then continued arguing for another 5 minutes. Sucks because I really like the way they do nails and the girls here but this was HORRIBLE service.
