Great vibe, the shop was very clean and everything was keep up. Holly is amazing! I have been one of her clients for 20 years.

There was a reveng change of ownership, and the new people were just plain rude, The old owners were nice and accomodating. The new people refused me service. I am 72 yrs old and they seemed to be offended by the fact i walk with a cane read more

Friendly staff, loved my nails... not thick layers of acrylic starting far below the cuticle causing an obvious need for a fill sooner than truly required. My favorite thus far. Will definitely be going back. read more

I've been asking for lots of random styles, and they always deliver cute results!! I would make an appointment though, because they are always pretty busy. read more

I went in for a gel color change. The lady in the front was very nice, didn't push me to get a manicure, or any other services. She was very nice. Ann did my gel color an off white and she was very sweet and focused on the job. Very polite and asked me if I was happy with my nails after each coat. I would definitely recommend her as she really is sincere. The place is very clean and simple, and the regular news was on. Really cute place and even though it's in Hawaiian Gardens, it's really safe. read more

my sister came in for a pedicure and the lady told us that it would be a 15 minute wait, but it turned out to be 35 minute wait. The lady that was supposed do it finally came but while she was doing it she was distracted because she was watching a show, and would stop doing the pedi to pick up her phone to answer and answer texts messages and calls. she also was a little rough during it that even though I wasn't getting the pedi I could notice. read more

Came in today for a spa pedicure. The woman who provided service was distracted watching Korean dramas on her phone and would stop my pedicure to check and reply to her text messages. She also stopped to kill a fly with her hand, washed it off, and then proceeded with my massage. She did hurt me a couple of times and must have made me bleed (I didn't notice it) because she put some chemical on my toe a couple of times. When she was finished, I asked her to clean up the excess polish because I could see it on the side of several toes- that is something she should've done without me asking. I will not be coming here again. read more

This nail salon is under new management. I've known the new owner, Doan, for a couple of years now. She takes pride in her work and provides excellent customer service. She does phenomenal work on long or short acrylic nails and really pays attention to detail. I love natural looking acrylics and she has nailed it every time! The nail salon is very clean and neat. They provide water for their customers and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place! Try it out, you won't be disappointed! read more

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. If You don't care about sanitation and proper board procedures ask for Tina. She cuts You, use dirty tools and drills. After expressing to her that I was cut and bleeding all she says is sorry. No alcohol, ointment, or even peroxide to clean the cut. Instead She proceeds to place her nail right in the center of the cut as if it didn't exist. I'm screaming every time she comes near it to the point where I tell we don't work on that nail anymore. Needless to Say, I'll never go back. They will be hearing from My lawyer and ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK read more

The ladies were nice but I waited 45 mins for mani and pedi with gel, so make an appointment if you decided to go here. The worst part was She literally ruined my nails. She never filed them but used the drill or electric file and my nails are so thin now it hurts to open anything. Be ware of this before you go. One positive is I like there color selection but what's the point if the work is bad. read more

37$ for a full set, are you joking??? Not only did we pay that for 1 set, but 2.... so we paid 74$ for 2 full sets. No manicures, no pedicures, no other extra special treatments... Does 74$ sound reasonable for 2 full sets?????!!!!! I dont think so! I shouldve COULDVE gone somewhere else, i couldve paid that for 2 full sets AND 2 pedicures and maybe some waxing involved anywhere else.. but decided to give her our business. Vickys been doing our nails for years since her first location, and we've actually recently stopped coming for the fact that shes so pricy. Lower ur prices lady and i might come back! Sorry if i may sound a little harsh but i just cannot deal w bougie places. Yes i understand u get what u pay for but i shouldve just gone somewhere else. Same quality, diff quantity $$$ read more

I absolutely loved this place I came in during my work break and told them I needed a gel Mani and pedicure had 2 girls work on me the young girl doing my gel was so pleasant she suggested things that would be better for my nails and made them look so nice usually my gel will last me a week but the way they did them here they lasted about 3wks and I am so happy got it done on time as well before I had to go back to work. The name of the place says it all they are very detailed and will be coming back. read more

I came here for my second time and just wanted a fill on nails I had done with them my prior time. The young man told me if it was fine to wait and I said yes. I started to look at colors and went to the display and I had finally found one I liked and took it and sat back down to wait. The man, who was mid doing someone else's nails, got up and walked straight to me and grabbed the polish and said they had another. Like if I was going to steal it. Then he told me to wait until he was done and went back to his client. I know I don't look like a criminal and I definitely did not like being treated as one. I walked out and went down the street to another. I think as their customer that should treat us as if we are thieves. read more

Came in here for a regular pedicure for myself and my daughter. They didn't put liners in the pedicure tub initially and when asked to do so they started yelling in Asian. The lady doing my pedicure was clearly upset and too rough my daughter complained twice when it was her turn! Won't be coming back! Not good for kids, they are not patient or understanding that kids move a little when getting their toes done! This is not our first rodeo, horrible costumer service! read more

Loved it here and the prices are reasonable. They did such a great job on my acrylics they're my favorite set so far, even went so far as to clean my cuticles. Fill will gel was 25 but was a little more since I got a matte top coat. Will come again, also recommend the pedicures they're reasonably priced. read more

My sister and I visited the shop. I got a fill and amazing pedicure! The woman who did my pedicure cleaned all my toes from ingrown toenails. Detail Nails - Before and after. Plenty of colors 2 choose from. Very neat & clean shop! - Nail Salons Near Me - Long Beach, California

They've always done a great job until right now that there are two women in here fighting (2 nail technicians) talking super fast and loud in their language! So no one would to attend me. Then finally, the lady who was already working on someone's nails got me seated and water going. After about 7 mins of this going on and me just sitting in the chair with my feet in water, I had to butt in and tell them that it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. They said sorry and stopped for about 15 secs then continued arguing for another 5 minutes. Sucks because I really like the way they do nails and the girls here but this was HORRIBLE service. Something you'd see on a TV show!!! read more

It's called "detail" because Doan, the new owner, really pays attention with every little detail on your nails! She has been my go-to for years! She never disappoints, maybe only when she gets really busy. Lol! Other than that, you'll definitely get your money's worth over here. read more
