Went in for a lash lift, and it did NOT look anything like the pictures they have on their website. I went in expecting something beautiful....and walked out with the complete opposite. Don't get me wrong, the lashes didn't look horrible.... but when you have high expectations based on what THEY advertise and end up with... I don't even know... yeah, it's not a great feeling. Honestly, don't waste your money. $120 is a ridiculous price for results that don't match what's being promised. Just buy a lash lift kit off Amazon for like $50, you'll get the same outcome. No shade intended, the staff was very kind and so was the lady who did my lashes. I'd been searching for a place that did lash lifts close to my house, and came upon Label Me Lindsay (LML). I was previously a die-hard lash extension lover, but I just started getting bored of them and I developed a nasty habit of picking them off. It got so bad, that I hardly had any lashes left. Started taking R+F Lash Boost and I was actually surprised it worked. My lashes are straight and grown down, which means I always have to curl them. Since I had the length, I wanted a lash lift. I pored through LML's reviews and decided to book. The booking process was seamless online, and I appreciated the fact that I could book without having to call and ask availability. I also liked how each stylist had a picture along with a little blurb describing competencies. I searched Yelp for each stylist's name, and decided to go with Candice because she seemed to have the most reviews. Honestly, I mostly chose Candice because of the owner's response to one of the reviews listed below. She's been working with the owner for 8 years? Let's do it! :) Got a confirmation call the next day. Today, I walked into the salon and was greeted by Lindsay (she looked exactly like her pic on the website) and the receptionist. They apologized for the showroom mess, because they were undergoing construction. It actually still looked pretty nice. Very clean. I filled out paperwork as a first time client and was escorted upstairs to where the appt rooms are. Candice immediately greeted me. She was also very approachable and easy to talk to. I had my lashes lifted and tinted. The process was about 45 minutes for both. I did the lash lift first (30 min), then the tint (15 min). I am SOOO happy with the results! I don't have many lashes and they're all different lengths because I haven't been as consistent with the Lash Boost. However, I'm super happy with how they turned out! See attached Before and After. She used the Medium barrel for my lash lift. It's such a subtle difference but I love it! This is a service I will definitely be doing regularly. According to Candace, I can get them redone in as soon as 8 weeks, though they will usually start to drop during week 5/6 due to the normal lash growth cycle. The staff was excellent throughout. The salon appeared very clean and inviting. They stock good products such as Redken, Pureology, and L'Oréal Professional. They also sell Sigma Beauty brushes. If I didn't need to get back home, I would have purchased product! I will definitely be returning! read more
