My usual brow lady has very limited availability and cannot accommodate walk-ins, so I had to find another threading salon because I am a procrastinator and needed the brows cleaned up before a wedding. The salon is clean and very quiet. You sign in via iPad and input your phone number. You can also input your requested threader's name so she knows you're waiting on her. Based on the reviews, I requested Ruby. She did a great job, but she did pull at the skin a bit. I got skinned under my brow. It definitely burned a little, but Ruby completed the task and my brows were cleaned up without being thinner. I've already gone a second time, and I'm still happy with the place despite the skin pulling at the end. read more

Had a nice and breezy experience here. New to the area, and was searching for a new threading spot. There was a young girl working when I walked in. She was working on one customer when I arrived. I waited about five minutes and then it was my turn. While waiting, I hadn't realized that the threading prices were only $6.99. I was nervous because of the price but after watching her work, I was pleased and a believer I came for my eyebrows. I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in close to a month and a half. She took care of this forest above my eyes in about five minutes. Very crisp job and definitely a great price. read more

Came in for my usual biweekly visit, and noticed a new Asian employee threading. At first I thought nothing of this until I was selected to go next. I regret not trusting my better judgement because I now am forced to wear my mistake on my face. I am extremely disappointed that this establishment would allow inexperienced rookies that clearly don't know what they are doing to use their customers as training subjects. At least let me know before you let someone ruin my eyebrows!!! I cannot believe I had to pay to get my eyebrows ruined, they are so thin! I specifically told her since she didn't bother asking what I wanted. THICK, NATURAL AND LONG TAILS. You literally did none of those ! Let me just say that this is the worst threading place EVER!! The heavy set lady who did my threading did not even ask if I wanted to grow them out or what shape I wanted. I had to stop her and tell her that I wanted to fill them out and make them thicker. She said "Yes" in a hurry and went about threading. Worst experience EVER. I got a full brazlian wax, and should have stopped her right away. I have gotten a full wax probably 20-25 times in my life, and this was the worst place I have ever been to. My regular waxer moved states, and had to find somewhere new to go, I guess the hunt continues! I am bruised EVERYWHERE, and kept telling her that she was being to aggressive. So I have been to this place on and off. I used to get my eyebrows threading and my lip but when I started coming back I only got lip. The first time it was quick, cheap and great. The second time is the reason why this review is so low. The younger more Asian looking woman cut my lip. I have never ever had that happen before. I used to wax and I never had an issue like that before. I knew it right when it happened. Because she had gone Over the right side of my lip a few times. I appreciated her effort at the time but now I really wished she didn't. I wished she said the hairs were too short or something. Right after, even with witch hazel and lotion it was red. I thought maybe it was just a little raw but no it lasted for the rest of the day and the next day it looked like a little burn. Not a scab but a burn where it was so sensitive and stinging. Sadly, though this place is so convenient and close, I won't go back. I can't risk it read more
