Came to get just a clean up and I verbalized it prior to her starting on my eyebrows that I am letting them grow up and just want them cleaned. She starts one eyebrow, i ask to see it because it feels like she's taking too much off. She says "oh do you tweez because you have ingrown hairs. I AGAIN tell her no because I am letting them grow in. So at this point she's ignored my clean up request, my request to see one of my eyebrows anddd again the part of me growing them out. Long story short she completely changed the shape and threaded practicality the entire bottom part I've been letting grow in. So now my brows sit higher on my face. And the girl she called to help her, saw the picture of my brows 2 days I ago i showed them its a pretty significant change to what she did. I said at least 2x to clean up and at least 2x that I am growing them in and she completely disregarded what I said/asked for, Really poor communication and customer service. read more

My coworker was trying to gatekeep Bindu's Threading for such a long time. I guess I finally wore her down after a year of compliments and admiring her brows. I've been to Bindu at least 5 times now. Her work is excellent! She is thorough and gentle and generous with her threading. This is not your typical threading spot. It is clean, organized, efficient and welcoming. You will WANT to pay her double for the excellent job she does on your face. I do. I am grateful that I found this gem and while I now understand why my coworker selfishly wanted to keep Bindu's threading to herself, I cannot help but sing Bindu's praises, because She Deserves It. She is extremely thorough when it comes to threading and she consistently takes her time making sure my eyebrows look nice.
